My vehicle was in and out in a timely manner as usual. All the employees that I spoke to were very nice. Great shop to get your vehicle worked on rather than using a dealer and having headaches. I've been using them for years.

These guys are great. Have brought my wife s car and my car in for service on a few different occasions now. They get the job done and at a reasonable and fair price. For anyone living in the Massapequa area would highly recommend Nassau Shores Auto Repair.

I went in last week as a first time customer for a quick emergency plug in my flat tire that needed a fast fix. Jay at the front was extremely helpful and his team quick and professional in getting the job done asap. Much respect to their efficiency. I highly recommend them and will be returning for my inspections and such

I found them online and ask them to do a pre-sale inspection for a car I was planning to buy. They pointed out several potential issues which saved me a ton of money in the long run. The team was fair, honest, and very easy to work with. I found a new mechanic and highly recommend giving them a try.

Top notch guys at Nassau Shores Auto. We love Nick, Jimmy and All the other mechanics. They are straight up honest and always take great care of us! No reason to go anywhere else for all your car needs!

My mom has been a customer of Nassau Shores Auto Service for a long time. She has always received excellent service at reasonable prices and no upselling. She no longer drives, her car is primarily driven by me when I am in town. I have brought her car in several times and always received excellent service. Nick and Jimmy alway ask about my mom when I go in. This is a small, very personable business and it doesn t get better than this. You won t go wrong having your vehicle serviced here!

I have been going to Nassau Shore Auto for nearly 2 decades and every time I am there I know that I will receive an honest quote and service. Nick and his team are professional, reliable and always willing to answer any questions you may have. There is a reason I am still a customer after all this time. Jim from my most recent service was quick, honest and thorough in his explanation about my cars battery issue and had my car ready within hours. Highly recommend.

First time going to Nassau Shores Auto Repair as I recently moved to Nassau Shores. Went in for inspection and oil change. Very friendly and quick service! Car was finished in less than 2 hours. Definitely my new mechanics.

I decided to come here because of the reviews, but it has been a nightmare. They're very friendly but very disorganized, they don't put your car back the way you left it, and they're quick for a reason... FYI, they try to blame everything on the age of your car. Didn't fix my AC correctly and left pieces out under the hood... Guess they thought I wouldn't notice. They claimed they fixed it after I had to bring it back, but now my car is shooting out smoke and making crazy noises in the front. Had to shut it off before it exploded. This is my second time driving my car after they "fixed" it, and now it's blowing out smoke, smells like it's on fire, and I can't drive it. Things only went downhill after leaving my car here. Never again. They also called like four different times saying different things. It went from ordering new parts to just repairing them to oh no your ac is fine to oh we checked again by running Freon through it to hey that piece that we broke that goes over your radiator isn't necessary has no function we removed it to we called Jeep and it's essential for the car... can't make this up. Typical incompetent mechanic shop,came here for a shaking/not straight steering wheel ,dropped the car then couple hours later they said its straight now,they said test drove it every thing is fine they said they balanced all wheel.picked the car immediately notice same problem.they so incompetent that they can t even notice a NOT straight steering wheel and the car shakes?? They where friendly for sure,but again the average incompetent mechanic.

I wish I had gotten the name of the guy I spoke with, but was a little out of sorts. I called on a whim as I just got out of the hospital with pneumonia and when I went to get my meds, something was dragging from under the car. He told me to come right down and he took care of me right away, knowing how sick I was. He was beyond accommodating and altruistic, and there are so few people/businesses like that anymore. I had never been there, but they are now on top of my list. I wanted to give them a shout out and to him especially, for making me rest easier and have one less thing to worry about while I was recouping. Thank you again.

Great place to take your vehicle for scheduled or unscheduled work. Nick and his staff are always professional and great at what they do. Jim and his crew of mechanics are trustworthy and extremely competent. I trust Jim with my daily drivers as well as my classic cars. They service all 9 of mine and my families autos and always deliver a safe vehicle back to my family.

Drove in to Massapequa from Ohio with car trouble at the end of our journey and pulled into Nassau Shores Automotive late on a rainy Friday evening and the mechanics were SO helpful. They diagnosed my problem immediately and were able to get parts and fix it by the next morning. Very professional, excellent work, fast service and nice to deal with it can t get better than that! Highly recommend. Thank you for great service!! They did such great work, we took my daughter s car there the next day for an oil change, same great service and courteous staff. We have been coming here for quite a few years because they're friendly, efficient, and reliable. Over the week-end our normally quiet, big sedan suddenly developed a roar, like a muscle-car. I'm an old lady who's not a muscle-car aficionada. On Monday morning I called, they said to drop it off, and by noon the exhaust was fixed. And our car is, once again, a big stately boat, serenely sailing, quietly down the road. We certainly appreciate everything they do for us!
