The most considerate and kindest service. Their work is pristine, and everyone there is helpful. Judy will handle your insurance claim as if it's her own. A body shop never made it easier to put your car back to new

I just want to Thank Steven and the Massapequa Auto Body staff for doing an above excellent job by fixing my car. If i didn t know it was 18 years old, i would think it came off a show room floor. Thank you so much for saving my Truck!! a once again very happy customer!!

Where do I begin this year in November a deer decided to jump out into my front driver side wheel of my Range Rover. I, for sure thought my car was going to be totaled and that no one would even want to try to deal with the problem at hand. Steven and his staff Have done nothing but be completely helpful through the whole process. My car looks better than before the accident in my opinion! Such a clean beautiful shop with an amazing front desk woman named Judy ! She is and angel of customer service . In total I recommend massapequa auto body for all your vehicles needs

My experience with Massapequa Auto Body was great. When you have an accident and have to go through the whole process with the insurance company seeing the vehicle and then worry about the repairs and the timeframe for the repairs, these guys and gals make it so easy due to their friendly, professional and compassionate care of the whole process. I would never use anyone else. My car looks brand new. Ten stars to this shop. And a great big thank you. . Jim Grossman

I had a flat tire and went to the shop as they were closing. They stayed late and fixed my tire. The owner and the staff were so nice and accommodating. I am going to definitely use them in the future for all services including oil, change and maintenance!Service: TiresService: Tires

Wonderful shop! Great staff experience from beginning to end. The Owner (now Steven) is fantastic to work with, listens, patient, knowledgeable and very visible. He, the Staff, & Mechanics do a top notch job-every single time. I always feel comfortable and taken care of when I come here. Strongly recommend. Trustworthy, honest & reliable.

Right B4 Christmas I had my first accident in 30 years. Contacted my insurance, agreed on auto shop. 15 minutes later they CALLED ME & invited me in ASAP! They were great. Finished job early, did a NYS inspection for me & a car wash! Bringing my car back for some custom work. Strongly consider them if you need work on your vehicle!!!

The service at the place could not have been better. Fred kept in contact with me the entire time my car was in the shop to let me know what was being done, what it would cost, and when it was expected to be completed. They did excellent work and it's always nice to find a shop that communicates with it's customers.

I was referred to Massapequa Auto Body through State Farm after my 72yr mother crashed her new car. It was a terribly stressful time for her - but Massapequa Auto Body went above and beyond to make things as easy and comfortable for her as possible. The car she crashed was towed to a place 3 towns away and her signature was needed in order for them to release it to Massapequa Auto Body for repairs. Mom was too nervous to drive the rental car over to sign for the release (and I live out of town) - so Massapequa Auto Body picked her up and drove her over. They did this a 2nd time when the car was repaired and ready for her to pick up and take home. This type of personal attention and accommodation really makes a difference. And repaired car looks and runs like brand new too!
