Recently my Ford Fusion was in an accident (my daughter was driving) and I was told that the damages exceeded the value of the automobile. I was discouraged because the car had hitherto been in excellent shape, providing reliable service. Chris at Pratt auto body was reassuring from the beginning, that he could fix the Ford and make it safe, beautiful, and as reliable as before.I can not say enough about Pratt Autobody! They did a terrific job and I proudly showed off my newly restored automobile to friends. They all said to me that they will consider getting work done at Pratt as well.. Thank you, Chris! I appreciate your very professional manner of doing business. Pratt kept his promises and went the extra mile, keeping within my budget. Excellent service, I had pulled my front bumper off and Chris told me to bring it in the next business day. I brought it in, and I can swear the car looks better all around - I think they even washed it! Brian and his team helped us out big time. Our tree service had a bucket truck stuck in a lawn and Brian was out in no time at all. By the time our crew was finished taking a lunch break, the truck was out of the lawn and ready to work again. He helped us out with a special price because he knew BrinkStar tree service was a veteran owned and operated company. Thank you for the great professionalism service, we will certainly be using them again in the future.

I took an aftermarket spoiler by Stillen to get painted and it turned out to be a nightmare of a process.I brought the spoiler in and they said it can easily be painted with no issues. They charged me 225. I was fine with the price. They said they will call me when it was ready. They took pictures of the door panel that has the paint code.During the 1st week, I get a miss phone call but no message. I dialed the number the next day and it was one of the workers (I'm not to sure of the names). He said he was trying to reach me because the painter took pictures of the wrong sticker and they had to look on google and car fax to find the paint code.A week goes by and I did not receive a phone call to say it was ready so I decided to call myself. Sure enough it has been waiting for me to pick it up. I drive right after work (12 hr + night shift as a RN) to pick it up. I was too exhausted and looked it over real quick and it seemed fine.The main guy that was doing the business transaction was saying how the product has multiple imperfections and because the spoiler is "sh*tty material, the paint did not cooperate". I didn't think twice about what he said. I went home, woke up and took a look at the spoiler again and noticed an approximate 3 inch by 0.3 inch bubble.I called them right away and spoke to the same person again that did my transaction.He said, "that is the imperfection I am talking about. I am not happy about it but like I said it is 'crappy' material and it happens to our bumpers and other spoilers also"I responded with, "that does not make sense to me, how is it the material when it is polyurethane and it is in a localized region on a symmetrical lip spoiler" His response had something to do with when the heat from the paint expands it will create an air bubble. That did not makes sense to me and then he said "we can re-paint it and sand it but there's a chance that it will come back"The spoiler was sent back and again, they said they will call when it is ready. Approximately a week and a half goes by and still no phone call. My father went to pick up the spoiler as a favor, and ran into the owner. The spoiler was finally painted properly with no visible bubbles. The owner said "I don't know why this wasn't done properly the first time". He told the owner that we were given a bunch of excuses.I used to know the previous owner of the shop until it was sold off without my knowledge. If I would have known this prior, I would have never taken my spoiler here. I did a quick research to see if anyone with the same spoiler had painting issues and I was unable to find anything related to "material" being the factor. Any information that I found was related to improper painting techniques.

My 2019 ram pickup truck was sideswiped by a riding lawn mower I did not think this could be properly repaired to to my expectations. I could not believe it when I got my truck back it was perfect and I mean perfect you could not tell in way my truck had been sideswiped. All I can say is thank you to the men and women at John prats Auto body.

A+ work . Wondered why the wait. It s because they refused the scratched and half ass parts originally sent by manufacturer. These guys are on your side. My genesis looks amazing . Thanks Chris - Greg

I highly recommend this shop. Not only did they repair my car quickly and beautifully following an accident, but the manager, Chris,was so pleasant and helpful. One a scale of 1 to 5 I give this shop a 10.
