Love everyone here and always the biggest help when needing any work done on the car. I highly recommend going through Gina as she is super friendly and helpful when it comes to getting your car in and out and getting it back like new. Been coming here for years now and they never fail to disappoint. Just wish they had more loaner vehicles available.

I lost my car recently and had to begin searching for a replacement vehicle asap. If you've ever had to purchase a vehicle in a certain amount of time, then you understand how annoying and time consuming this process can be. I called numerous car dealerships and as soon as you inquire about one car, the car salesperson begins to call you every hour on the hour to try to convince you to buy from them.I started to give up because it was becoming too annoying but then I contacted Infiniti City of Massapequa and spoke to the nicest, knowledgeable and most patient sales woman named Alyse Vargas and OMG!! She was soo helpful and never pushy. I inquired about a vehicle I saw on their website. She gave me all the information I needed and more. The price on the vehicle She quoted was a bit off from what was posted on their site and she fixed the issue immediately! Just by the way she handled everything I told her I'M SOLD! I didn't even test drive the car. And everyone knows that's a no no but she talked to me and gave me the confidence that I'll be okay and not be "taken for a ride". The process with Ms. Vargas was smooth like butter. I came in the next day and she had everything prepared already. I mean she was soo efficient I couldn't believe it. I've never had a car buying experience like this before, and I've been through a couple of cars!I had to give her the biggest hug because I don't think anything could've gone better (except if they would've given the car to me for free lol) . Thank you to the entire Infiniti City of Massapequa for your help and a special thank you to Ms Alyse Vargas! You have a client for life.

Worst experience every time.First time I serviced my car, and we agreed to a fixed price. When picking up my car, the price multiplied by a couple thousand without notifying.Service was not even done right because I had to bring my car in shortly after getting it back.Recently, we made a service appointment and requested a loaner car, so they said the next available date for a loaner car was 2 weeks later. So we scheduled it for then. My car was having some more issues which needed to be addressed. When the appointment date comes, and we bring in our car, they want to act like they don't know what we are talking about and say that they don't have any loaners. That is not acceptable. It costed us to find a means of transportation, after they told us they will have it. They caused us such a significant inconvenience, as we even delayed our service for a later time just to have a means of transportation to use in the meantime.All my past encounters at other infiniti dealerships exceeded my expectations, however this dealership has to be the worst dealership I have ever went to in my life, as someone who has past experiences with various dealerships. They do not know how to treat customers and also come off like we are the inconvenience ones, when in reality it's their jobs to take care of us.

The service rep Gina is such a pleasure. She is helpful and the most pleasant person I have received service from in a long time. In all the Infiniti service centers I have visited, Infiniti of Massapequa is my favorite because of her.Thank you Gina!!!

Infiniti of Massapequa is the only Infiniti dealership I go to and I live a good 40 minutes away, well worth the travels. The staff are nice and accommodating, and the work done to my care is always done above and beyond expectations. Thank you Infiniti and thank you Gina.

horrible horrible service department!!! 3 year old car never a problem, check engine light is on, they act as though i have the plague, no loaners for 45 days, no appt for 15 day's. i asked if car under warranty, they said i should check my paperwork. they have no idea computers not updated...3 years ago bought it. were we in the non comp age.... much better dealers don't waste money!!!!update, i called again spoke to Gina. much better service. she seemed to care. will update again after appt to hopefully give them 5 star service

Worse car service department. I walked in to make an appointment the day prior, and Gina acted like it was an inconvenience. The following day I go in 30 minutes early and drop my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. It took over 3 hours for easy maintenance on my car. Customers after had their cars ready before mine. I will never return here I will go to Lynbrook to get my car serviced. Avoid MASSAPEQUA if possible!

Not sure about the sales department (bought mine new at Kings Infiniti in Brooklyn) but their sales dept is arguably the best in the Tri-State area and I couldn't recommend enough of Gina. Other dealerships such as Kings, Queens Infiniti (think it's called city of queens but whatever), Manhattan, and Lynbrook... I tried them all. There's a reason why I bring my Q in from 40+miles away just for a single oil change. Check the dealership's website for an occasional coupon lol.

Easiest car buying/leasing process I have ever dealt with. Salesman Joseph Cunningham was a pleasure to deal with. Did all paperwork via email and just had to sign when I went for pickup of our new QX60 and return our old leased QX60. In and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes.

Gina and Landon at the dealership were incredibly helpful during my recent visit. Gina was knowledgeable and efficient during check-in, making the process a breeze. Landon's expertise as a mechanic was evident in his thorough inspection of my car and his patient explanation of the problems I came in for. He kept me updated throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top condition. I had an excellent experience at Infinity of Massapequa ! The sales staff was very accommodating to my needs and concerns. They took the time to explore the different options I had available to me. In addition, they guided me through the process of turning in my leased vehicle which was a breeze!! Mr. DeStefano, Mr. Cunningham and Mrs. Harney were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!

Great cars service is A1 Craig Zwerling is a great service advisor I bought a 2013 M56x a very rare find but he makes sure I'm running in tip top shape ... A CPO is worth it and thanks again this is 3rd service there and I never have a complaint.. thanks to the wonderful service to the Infiniti Team..

Shopping with infiniti took all of the overwhelming factors out of car shopping. I hadn't car shopped in a few years and was relocating at the same time. Safe to say I had a lot to worry about. Joe C. and the team at infiniti of Massapequa took care of everything with an immaculate sense of urgency. I was not burdened with anything other than making the right choices for me. I am very confident in my purchase and look forward to doing business with this team in the future. 11/10 experience.

The worst dealer in earth, I have a Qx50 2019 first I brought the car because we have a lot of issues explain to the manager Frank there with me and Mona to drive around where he ain t professional told me that he doesn t have anything when I clearly see three cars in the parking lot for me to use, I felt that know where he was trying to help me service is the worst . Between me and my family spent more than $150,000 at this dealer. I m not ask him to give me privilege just ask you guys to do your job right? I brought the cars for one day. You guys kept it for the whole week after week my car still acting the same way. No no no no I got the worst treatment between your manager Frank and you also associate Gina, thanks to that I would never spend a dime and another car but you guys I will definitely go to a different dealer and recommend anyone go to a different dealer.

Go see GINA!!! Her service is unmatched!! She is honest, knowledgeable, clear, and she gets the job done! I ve never had such a pleasant car buying experience, until now. I ve been looking for a car for over a month and I was in and out of this place in 3 hours start to finish! The entire team was upfront, honest and helpful from the minute I walked in. The process to purchase my vehicle was seamless and easy because there were no BS fees & negotiating wasn t even necessary because their prices were unmatched!! This dealership doesn t feel like any other dealership I ve ever been too where you felt like you were getting played the entire time. I love these guys they are great / Millie is the best she helped me find a beautiful Qx 60 for my wife , Millie was patient with me and went above and beyond to help me. After I purchased the 2020 QX60 I presented it to my wife and she noticed a small ding on the door and was upset about it / I asked Millie if they could do something and they repaired it for free. Wife very happy all thanks to Millie. So if you need a car get it from Millie at this dealership.

By far the absolute best car dealership I have been to. After months of being played and getting crushed by other car dealerships, Millie really made me the happiest customer! Got me in and out in 2 days with a beautiful shining jeep of my dreams!!! This place really cares about their customers sincerely and does everything they can to help you get what you want.
