I bought my car here 2 weeks to have them check my front brakes. They were extremely honest and did not pressure or guilt me into getting work done immediately. I will be going back here for all future work and recommend anyone who wants an HONEST mechanic to do the same.

This is a trustworthy place. I replaced the brake pads and rotors, and then changed the engine oil. The mechanic John did it in less than half an hour. He also enthusiastically reminded me to replace the vehicle registration certificate, and it was completed in 10 minutes. The boss is very smart and enthusiastic. He will use translation software to communicate with me when I don't understand. Reasonable prices and warm service.

I don't have a lot of experience yet but my first impression was very good. They were fast and accurate with service and took the time to explain clearly. I don't know prices anymore but I though they were very reasonable.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brought my car in that was having issues and told me exactly what I needed to do with no extras. Will definitely be bringing my car back here.

First time at this shop, I brought my Factory Five 1965 Cobra for inspection. They were all very friendly, they took care of me right away and best part is they are family owned and operated. Very good experience compared to other shops that I have been to in the past.

Dominick s is a true diamond in the rough. Long story short; Mavis quoted me $2,500 6 months ago for front breaks & rotors & the oil change I asked for. I have been beyond worried driving it around. My dad told me to bring it to Dominic s and there was NOTHING AT ALL wrong with my car. Be out there careful folks! Great business. Heard about the shop and stopped by for a second opinion. Had been told previously that I needed a lot of work done to get my car ready for inspection but when I brought it to Dominick s they told me that almost all of it was unnecessary to get my vehicle on the road and only charged me for what I needed. The inspection and oil change went speedy and I will definitely be returning in the future! I went to this shop for a car inspection and a tire repair on my Ford Focus. They had me in and hour in under an hour. Transparent and honest employees. Excellent pricing. These guys are courteous and knowledgeable. They fixed an issue with my van that was a bit outside the norm. The tire mount specific part to my van is back ordered and i'm heading out of town so couldn't wait. They were able get the tire mounted quickly and securely regardless of the part. I definitely recommend and will go back to them!

These guys are greatThey always do the right thing by me take care of me I was going to buy a car I had them look at it they diagnosed it and they found out it was a dud they savye me a lot of money they always do great work nothing but good things Greak guy's

What an amazing place!! After an 11 day ordeal with a check engine light and inspection at another place which was not resolved, I took my car to Dominick's, praying for a miracle. Not only was the process excellently and clearly explained in terms I could understand, the issue was resolved super quickly...miracle received!! I am so grateful for the experience, and will definitely be reaching out for any future service for my car. They are super friendly and professional...I cannot thank them enough!! Best in the business, I wouldn t take my car anywhere else! Family owned with years and years of expertise. It can be tough to find a trustworthy mechanic but these guys have never steered me wrong.

My family has been using Dominick's Auto Repair for over 20 years. I always have great outcomes with them. Just about a week ago I went there for an inspection. I was in and out as promised. It was quick and easy. Dominick is straightforward, honest and helpful. He's helped me over the years from accidents, repairs to inspections. He also helps you by looking for the best price for parts. I always recommend Dominick's to anyone who lives in that area.

Saved my life!I was out doing deliveries for my cake business when I got a low pressure alert for my tire. I put air in my tire and got a few more miles down the road before the alert came back on. I got off the parkway and slowly rolled along the street hoping to find a repair service station still open.I found Dominicks! The lady at the desk jumped up and asked me if I was ok when I pulled up. I explained my problem. 2 minutes later a super nice repair man had my car up on a lift. 5 min later, my tire was plugged and I was on my way! They were Super Nice, super efficient and instantly put me at ease.Plus they have the cleanest road side bathroom I have ever used!I am so grateful for their kindness and excellence service during a stressful and scary moment. What a great team!

I came here one day basically on random and they treated me with such honesty and great service for a simple emissions test. I came back for oil changes and sent friends here for tune ups. They are honest offer a fair price and have a clean waiting area. It s so rare these days to find that.

I went there they say they support the troops and I'm a veteran and they give no discount whatsoever. BUT this is not the only thing.... They over charged me. So I went with my wife and my car. We both brought our own oil and filter. My wife's car takes 5.07 quarts. I brought 5 quarts (which would work just fine) they without asking charged me 26$ for 1 more quart for her car. I also brought my own air filter and they charged $20 to Install it. This install takes all of 2 minutes and I could have done it myself but I didnt think they would be so unreasonable. Also I have suspicion that they didn't even use the oil I brought them because my oil temps were 10 degrees above my normal temps and I always use the same oil. I only went there because it was winter and so cold out and I didn't want to change my own oil. Avoid at all costs they are not genuinely good people. The woman at the counter is very nice I will say that though.

Have been going to Domicks for 31 years. Never any issues. He is genuinely a good honest guy.Has helped me out more times than I can count. A mechanic you can trust. Its great to be able to deal with the owner of a local business for so many years.

Quick in and out for oil change and inspection. All the mechanics know what they're doing and will explain what needs to be done on your car and why.

So I moved to long Island about 3 years ago and was in search for a good mechanic as im not very fond of mechanics due to past experiences. I came across Dominic's who I must say are the most honest people I have ever met. I had a few problems with my car battery that kept dying on me. I could have sworn it was the alternator by Dominicks ran the diagnostic test and said everything looked good and that it had to be a faulty battery and since the battery's was fairly new he recommended i go back to auto zone and try to exchange it which I did and voila problem solved and i was not charged by Dominicks or by auto zone. Than weeks later my check engine light went on and I took it to them and than ran the diagnostic test and 2 codes came up, they cleared the codes and wanted to see if the light would go back on and what it would read however they said the light never came back on and to leave the car as is and they felt there is nothing that needs to be fixed at the moment and once again did not charge me. I have never taken my cars to any mechanic that has told me there's not a problem and nothing needs to be fixed. Mechanics will constantly lie to you and take your money but Dominicks auto repair are professional and honest people. I HIGHLY recommend them and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. If i could give them 0 stars i would. I have been using this mechanic for years with little to no problems but my recent experiences leave me speechless. About a month ago i brought my car in to be serviced for an airflow sensor/hose. While it was being repaired i requested an inspection be done as well. When i received my car back i realized they charged me for the inspection but never put the sticker on. They assured me they would run the inspection again and put the sticker on no problem! I did not believe i would be not charged again for the inspection, let alone DOUBLE. For an inspection that they had already performed on my car and FORGOT to apply the sticker. The disaster doesn t end there. When i went to pick up my car they had left the car running the entire night to the point where my entire car was burnt out and would not turn on. They had to recharge my entire car and battery the following day before i could pick up my car...may i add i dropped it off a little less than half full, when i left there was 10 miles left in my gas tank, basically empty. This is so bizarre and insane and i can not believe a business can function these ways. Not only did i get ripped off for a service THEY failed to do correctly, i was not able to pick up my car when needed because THEY left my car running the entire night?? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My family has been using Dominic for 45 years now. TRUST is the most important thing on running business and we won't be using him this long if we don't trust him. He is knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly, highly recommend him

Dominicks is the best auto service expirence ive ever had. Theres no beat around the bush, they get straight to the problem fast and for a resonable price. I recomend them to anyone who ever asks me were to go and they always leave happy and satisfied. All there mechanics are experts and know exactly what there doing.
