Just got a new car from the sales rep Ozzy Nunez. He was super nice and professional. He wasn t pushy at all or tried to pressure me into any up sales or extra features. I told him exactly what I wanted and exactly what my budget was & he was very helpful with all my questions and never once tried pushing me to do anything more than what I wanted. He took the extra time to not only show me everything but then also help me set up the entire app and connect my phone to the car & etc. Ivy in finances was also extremely nice and helpful & got the whole process done quickly but still took the time to explain everything that I had to sign. Overall great experience with this dealership, and while the entire staff was friendly and helpful, I personally would recommend the sales rep Ozzy as your go to.

I visited Audi of Massapequa today to look for a new lease. I met Ozzy Nunez, who is a professional, caring, and extremely detailed sales associate. He walked me through the features of 3 vehicles that fit what I was looking for. I ended up signing the paperwork for a new Q5 and can't wait to pick it up next week.I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Ozzy.

Excellent experience at Audi Massapequa. I have gotten my two previous Audis at two other dealerships. This one is by far the best. My salesperaon Roy and the manager Jamie were easy to deal wirh. Found the car I wanted within days and made the process so easy. And the price I got was $100 less per month than another Audi dealership for the exact same car.

We came to check out a 2024, Q7. We spoke to Jessica who was a very knowledgeable person about all Audi vehicles. After she tried to get us a 2023 Q7, we decided to purchase a 2024 and order it to our specifications. She was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Audi of Massapequa and ask to speak to Jessica.

The biggest SCAM for a car dealership I have ever experienced. I have been leasing luxury vehicles for years and have never met LIARS like this. They will lie about anything to get you to sign the deal. Eric is soft spoken and plays nice just to lie in your face about the terms of the contract. ERIC, OZZY, JAMIE are scamming people. Would never recommend this despicable dealership

Enjoyed working with Megan and the GM for Audi was very responsive but multiple issues with recent purchase. They provided title at purchase but never provided the lien release, although they advised of an issue with wiring during pre-delivery inspection they didn t provide the details for what the wiring was related to and stated they were replacing the harness (this was not the case). I am glad I purchased an extended warranty through the dealer because after getting home and having the car on the lift I realized that the diff is leaking at the cooler and both lower motor mounts are bad. Additionally, they sold the car with 2 dry-rotted tires (slow leak in 1 of 2) and used the wrong style washer for the last oil change (super slowly leaking).

ERIC AND OZZY and MANAGER JAMIE are complete SCAMMERS.These people have no moral compass and will lie straight out of their teeth in order to make a sale. I was ENSURED 3 separate times that I am trading in my vehicle as is, and would not have to pay another dime for it. They did this to make me sign the deal for an Audi, and I was slammed with a 5k bill after they went and returned the car to the original leaser?? AS A TRADE IN, they assured me we are taking your car as is, any damage on it is no longer your problem . Only for it to become my problem a month later?? I would not have signed this contract had they been TRUTHFUL. I am fully taking these con men to court. SCAMMERSERIC COMPLETELY LIES AND TAKES BACK HIS WORD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COM MEN.

They wasted my time, came here from far away for 10k maintenance and I scheduled a loaner so I can drive my daughter to school after dropping off my car. They told me no loaner and no apologizes from Cathy the service advisor. Really unprofessional. I d never give money to this place. Go to Lynbrook Audi is better. This location service department is HORRIBLE. Please don t waste your time here

The people who work in this location are top-notch! The customer service is ALWAYS great, and Cathy is always on point and helpful. I travel 30-40 minutes away from a much closer Audi dealer to have the customer experience I get at this location.

Went there Sunday of Columbus Day weekend and there were maybe 3 salespeople? One was working with someone at the desk, the other two with another couple who was leaving. No one offered to help us or ask to wait. The two salesmen then left the lot in cars so we headed outside to look at the cars. About 20 minutes later we head back inside and still only one worker. We decided to leave and as we were leaving the two other salesmen come back but didn t wave us down as we left. I purposely went to this dealership based on their high ratings even though further from me. Very disappointed!

I ve been a loyal Audi customer for 9 years. But I no longer will be. Don t take your car here for service or don t buy a car from them. Service didn t disclose any of the diagnostic fees to me upfront and didn t notify me I m not under my car warranty that is still on lease. The sales people here are lazy and don t call you back. Over all do not go here. Worst experience. I came in because airbag light and safety malfunction light went on while driving. I was in for the same lights in May this year, where I was told they did an upgrade and lights went off. Suddenly three months later same lights went on while I was driving. I am returning my car back to Audi at the end of the month so I figure I bring it in to get the issues cleared, thinking it's under warranty. Someone called me and asked what was wrong with the car and I went over it. Then I told them I was there few months ago for same issue. I told them Im returning the car but it should be under warranty. Seemed like he didn't even acknowledge what I said. I got a call later that day saying you need a part I said ok. Then he said it's $500 something and I was like oh my cars a lease and it's under warranty. He's like no your warranty expired in august. Then I asked him why wasn't this disclosed before you began the service or even while making the appointment?? He said it's not our responsibility to tell you about warranty. So I asked if it's your responsibility to disclose what charges there might possibly be on a car you're servicing for a customer? He was very defensive and didn't let me get a word in.Then I said again I don't need to pay for parts I'm returning the car. He goes ok. Then you just pay $400 For diagnostics! He was not nice or empathetic. Im not in the car business so don't treat me like I know about warranties. Especially when I came in 3 months ago for the same issue. Then I was told my cars being held hostage till I pay. I need my car for work. I ended up paying the money to get my car released however I will complain to corporate and higher if I'm not refunded. This is not how you treat loyal customers that have had 3 Audi vehicles and planning on getting another one. It's made me think I don't want to deal with Audi and such people and I should take my business elsewhere. Especially because the sales person doesn't even call you back for deal you discussed.

Hi , I recently had my Audi at Massapequa! The service I received was beyond professional.Starting with my phone call to her very spry. Happy and welcoming Felicia from there. I had a great welcoming committee with Cathy and Ziggy at the front. Dess that welcome you with smiles and anything they can do to help you with your issue. from there I had a terrific one of the best in Audi mechanic work on my car Matt . That explained in detail plus a video that he sent to me on what he did to my Q5. I couldn t be happier at such wonderful caring people at Audi. Thank you again all Felicia , Cathy , Ziggy, and Matt.!

Called inquiring about a car. Got their numbers asked if they could do better, was told something that wasn t in my neighborhood of pricing. Told them it s alright and tried to get off the phone. Salesman was persistent in getting my price, and hung up on me rudely after.Why ask? I knew the deal I wanted wasn t going to happen with your dealer so wanted to part ways nicely. But the rude attitude burns bridges and gets bad reviews.If you want to pay msrp or higher, the type of service might be better here but if you re looking to talk numbers don t bother. Hopefully you don t get the same salesman as the one who called me if you want to talk numbers.

I have bought many cars and have had all types of experiences. This has to be one of the best I have had. From the first phone call, to the process of finalizing the deal, to the pick up of the car, it was as smooth as could be. Megan D. was phenomenal and I can t say enough about her professionalism and communication (even after work hours and on her day off). She really went above and beyond for us and we are super appreciative. Thank you Megan and the rest of the team for making our first Audi purchase such a good one.

Great service! Took my Q3 in for an oil change. Called on Friday and they were able to get me in on Saturday at 10am. Scott the service manager was friendly, professional and courteous. I was done in an hour. Will be back again!

Service here is fantastic! They always have fresh clean loaners if needed and just overall they provide you with excellent service! Just wished they offered more coupons on service but other than that my go to if and when my audi needs service.

I have a 2017 Audi A4. I went to Audi Massapequa twice.On the first occasion, I had the misfortune of needing help from the sales staff. There were no customers in the showroom yet I was treated like I was wasting the salesman's time. He lacked knowledge to resolve my issue and further was uninterested in helping me. I was basically blown off and left without resolving my issue and feeling pretty disgusted with my treatment.On the second occasion, I scheduled service to take care of two service campaigns and, under contract, regular service including an oil change etc. One of the service campaigns was botched with the 4G module installed in the dash but not plugged in and so not working. The oil change was also sub standard with the oil level reading low when I got the car back. I called and asked to speak with the service manager but was instead put in to voice mail. I left a message for him to call me but, not surprisingly considering my already awful experience with this dealer, I never received a call back.Amenities you say? There were none.Awful incompetent sub standard service and no concern for the customer at all. I don't think I'll go back for service again and I recommend that you don't buy a car from these people.

Very disappointing and unprofessional. Was trying to help a friend purchase the RSQ8. At first, everything was going great and seemed like the deal was a done deal. Within a few hours things soured, tons of excuses why they couldn t do the deal. Was it the sales rep, the general manager, who knows as I couldn t get a straight answer. Typical car dealers nonsense and my friend walked away from it.Now the owner responds looking to know how they can do better? Actually it s very simple - honor the verbally agreed upon deal, period. Megan knows the deal that was agreed upon.

This dealership was incredible- the best and easiest car buying experience of my life. Pierre was my salesperson and he was wonderful. After hearing my horror story of Carvana delivering me a filthy dirty vehicle that had a chip in the windshield and all kinds of paint issues, he even freshly washed this car (which I bought and am in love with) that I came down to look at before I got there! Super kind, attentive, and quick responses by text and phone. And Ivy the finance manager was absolutely amazing- she somehow secured me a better rate than anyone else could and made sure I got a great extended warranty. She made it her mission to get me the best possible deal and truly went above and beyond for me. Considering I was buying the least expensive used vehicle on their high-end lot, they both treated me like I was a VIP. That says a lot about them, and I am recommending them to everyone I know! If you want to feel well taken care of and get a great car, come here and ask for Pierre!

Update December 6 - I remain disappointed. After I received a reply from Massapequa Audi, on December 1 I sent them an email ( as requested by them). I have not received a reply so I wonder whether they care at all about my disappointment with their service. The following was my original review:I was very disappointed with Audi Massapequa. We brought car in for 3 year service (which we paid a lot of money for when we leased the car). The passenger seat belt kept unhooking from the latch on the floor so my husband asked if it could be checked. The service rep told us it was $185 (plus tax = $200) to diagnose the problem if it was our fault (she gave an example that if it was caused by dirt). He unfortunately told her to go ahead because we couldn t figure out how we could have caused the problem. Picked up car - and got charged $200 for untwisting the seatbelt. We googled twisted seat belt - it should take about 1 minute to untwist it. But We feel ripped off.Spoke with Ed Jaffee, our salesman, who absolved himself of all responsibility but admitted that it could be something that should have been covered by warranty. Wrote email to Steve in the service department - he didn t replay. My husband tried calling the service manager several times but he was always unavailable. Tried calling Audi customer service. The rep promised to get back to us, but never did. I would have expected better service

So let me start by saying what an amazing team they have there! Pierre was excellent in his service, assisting me I what I need. He even went as far as delivering my car to my job Couldnt ask for better! Ivy has magical fingers. She is amazing!!!! Anyone looking for a family atmosphere and super friendly staff that will go above and beyond visit them!!!

I've continued to bring my 2015 A3 Audi to Massapequa Audi even though it is no longer under warranty (and pay more $). In October 2022 I brought my car in for oil change, inspection and because my low antifreeze light came on for the 1st time. My car had about 43,500 miles. When I picked up my car I was told everything was good and that it was not unusual to loose a little antifreeze after so many years. About every 3 weeks the light was coming on and I'd be down a small amount of antifreeze. I had someone look at the car mid January 2023 and they said it was the water pump. A water pump is expected to last 100,000 miles. I went to Audi the next day and was told that the water pump was under warranty for 8 years - which I was never told. For a split second I was relieved until I was told that my car was 8 years and 1 month. They told me they had no record of me telling them to check why I was losing antifreeze in October while it was under warranty. The internet has many comments about a faulty water pump. There was also a class action suit against Audi for the water pump. I am so very disappointed in Audi of Massapequa service department. I was a loyal customer and got screwed. I am about to purchase a new car and it will NOT be an Audi. I will also tell anyone I know thinking about an Audi to BEWARE. What a shame!

Extremely disappointed! This is in regard to the service department. I have now leased two Audis from this dealership and the process was just fine. However, the service department has taken a drastic turn for the worst with my latest vehicle. A department that once served with a customer first attitude now lacks professionalism. I booked an appt. a month in advance and was told I could wait for the car. Upon arrival, they shared it would take up until 6 hours for the car to be complete. No transportation home or loaner was offered, therefore; paid for an UBer out of pocket. Throughout the day, there was no communication regarding pick up until I called to check on the status at 4:30pm, they closed at 5:30pm. I asked to speak to a manager, but the assistant said he would not be there until Monday (it was Wednesday-the day before Thanksgiving). Upon arrival to retrieve the car, the manager miraculously happen to be there on a Friday the day after Thanksgiving knowing I was going to be there to pick up the car. Lack of training, communication, and honesty will drive this dealership into the ground. I suggest they completely overhaul this department and connect with the individual who was their leader 3 years ago when all processes ran smoothly. Do better, Audi Massapequa.

Excellent service! Had an issue with my Q7 that was diagnosed and repaired very quickly. They were in constant contact with us every step of the way. Matt was our awesome mechanic and it s running perfectly now. Also the entire repair was covered under an Audi extended warranty that they made us aware of so there was no out of pocket at all. They stood by their product. Won t take my car anywhere else!
