WOW! Rudeness at it's finest. I guess it's to much to expect to be treated with respect. The man i dealt with was were very quick to take the money out of the account but it took daily phone calls and 9 days for them to get the part shipped out. we won't be doing business with this place again and if you"re smart you won't either. Maybe I should have read the reviews first. LESSON LEARNED

This place is awesome not once have I been there and haven t left without being very satisfied. I went there looking for a specific item and was told by the owner to check a certain something on my car before spending a certain amount of money that can be avoided and low and behold I went home did what he requested and I was so happy he gave me that info yes he s a salesman/owner but he shows interest in helping his customers also and I appreciated that most owners would ve been more focused on the sale!

Always good customer service and good prices keep up the good job Action and also for any truck rear ends check Scott he did my truck it's been great ever since. Man I'm glad I found the place it a far drive for me but well worth it.

This place is cool he always is upfront with you strait to the point some people cant take it so they have to be children and now er days you cant trust people that call you on the phone so when i have a problem i go in person that's the only way to get things resolved by the way Kyle ill be in today for my 68. And for people that give a 1 star review there intention is not good anyway and it shows what class of people they are.

Worse costumer service ever!!!! DO NOT ORDER ON THE PHONE... WILL NOT RECEIVE PART AND WILL PROCRASTINATE IN RETURNING YOUR MONEY!!!! They will blow you off over the phone, put you on hold and tell you the BOSS will be in in an hour or so and NEVER call you back! Kyle since Nov 2017 & I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED PART NOR MY MONEY BACK!!!! We're in the 2nd week of 2018!!!! And I gave 1 STAR cuz otherwise it wouldn't let me post, but 0 stars!!!

I recently purchased a $4500 Diesel Engine from this company which was the worst decision i have made in all of my years in business. I paid $4000 to have the engine put in to my truck by a certified technician. When i received the engine back there were multiple issues including gray smoke from the exhaust and oil leaks. I had called and spoke with JR about these issues. He instructed me call him back when i had a diagnosis. I brought the truck to the International Dealer where I was told there were serious issues including an Oil Leak at the oil pump,mass amounts of rust inside the engine caused by the previous owner not maintaining the coolant system, and cylinder #2 had liner cavitation causing excess pressure in the cooling system also stressing the head gasket. The necessary repairs would cost 6k to bring the engine back to where it should have been before it was sold to me. After speaking with the owner of Action Auto wreckers "Phil Schaffer" he offered to fix the engine if i brought it to him but i would have to pay the 4k to have it put back in. I asked Why wouldn't you just pay the dealer to fix the engine so I am not out any more money. I am an honest hardworking individual that would never ask for anything i was not entitled to. All i want is the truck that i use to earn a living repaired at the cost of those whom sold it to me. This company offered to do what was in their best interest not of the interest of their clients. This issue is going to jeopardize my business significantly so i would urge you to think twice before you trust JR and Phil with your hard earned money.

I can say as 27 year army veteran, I want to believe that this is a great country and fill with great people. However, that would not be true. As a soldier I could not pick who I defend, I am a United States Soldier that means defending the entire country and it's way of life. For that I am saddened to say that Action Auto Wreckers is one of those agency that hide behind the very freedom we provide and use this way of life to pray on the unknowing. I paid Auction Auto Wreckers $ 790.00 for a fully functional lt1 350 engine. What I got was a $790.00 scam. They sent the engine but not only was it not functional but could not be repaired without paying more than the engine was worth. After making Phil aware of the problem, he had no reservations about not compensating me. With that I can say if he will willingly scam a disabled veteran, then you can rest assured that they will scam you. BEWARE STAY AWAY.

Jr was extremely accommodating to my father in laws needs.....very honest which is very hard to come by these days!!!!!!! I guess that s why he s in business for over 40 years. Family owned and operated...

They are great to pick up a vehicle in any condition I know I used them once and they salvage what you give them literally! Just wonder if they also brand the chosen vehicle with the name Garrett, just an idea!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARELIAR SENT ME A JUNK MOTOR WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE 100,000KSAID IT WAS FINE WHEN IT LEFT HIS PLACESO I GUESS THE OTHER 100K HAPPENED WHILE IT SAT ON A PALLET IN ROUTE TO MY SHOPASE MASTER MECHANIC W 30 YRS EXPERIENCE HERECHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND TOOK 1 MONTH TO SHIP ME JUNK.MY BANK WILL GET MY MONEY BACK.STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIARS.AND IF YOU EVER GET THE CHANCE......PUNCH THESE PUNKS IN THE FACE.
