Finally a honest used car dealership. Kudos to Top choice auto of massapequa n.y.. Their integrity makes me a customer for life. If you need a honest car dealer in your life to purchase a reliable vehicle. Then contact the dealers at top choice in massapequa li. . And no I didn't receive anything for this review. I just wanted people to know that their are still Honest used car dealer out their. God bless all.

In one month and one week the transmission is gone. As the month guarantee is just for one month they I have pay by my own. It s unfair

We went to Top Choice Auto to find an inexpensive but reliable vehicle and we were not disappointed. Upon arriving at the lot in Massapequa we met up with Shawn who showed us a couple cars,one of them being exactly what we were looking for.After a short test drive we settled on a nice gold-colored Hyundai Accent of the 2013 vintage.The car is in pretty good shape for its age and mileage.We left a deposit and returned a couple days later with insurance and the balance of the payment.Shawn even took off a couple hundred bucks to help us get the two year warranty.We drove the car home in air-conditioned comfort and could not be happier with our purchase.We highly recommend Top Choice Auto to anyone considering buying a relatively inexpensive runabout or station car.

My first car hunting experience was very stressful. We have been looking around Long Island for about a few days. We have experienced a lot of terrible treatment and salesman kept asking me to buy a more expensive or a brand new car even if I have a specific budget. We have been to numerous car dealers and got no luck. When I saw the Nissan Sentra 2012 that was offered by Top/Rite Choice, I wasn't expecting anything. I fell in love with the car at first sight. It was in a perfect condition. It was below market price and Ronnie gave me a very good deal. He considered my budget and didn't force me to do financing. It was the easiest and most straight forward deal I've had. He is honest and was very nice. He wanted me to be very happy with our deal and he entertained every question and concern I had with the car. And oh! They do not have any hidden fee at all! My car drives like a brand new car. I am beyond happy.

Not one price tag, sticker, or any info on any car in the lot. total waste of time. Forces you to go inside and find a salesman [which were no where to be seen], and basically have him walk with you during your entire search. No way to narrow down your search... we are looking to buy a jeep, they have 5 on the lot. who knows maybe one would've been a perfect fit. don't bother going here.

Terrible- stay away. Went to look at a car and before test driving the owner added many unexplained fees and quoted prices for DMV services that were 10 times the price ( example 300 for new plates) condescending when I commented that the car had a lot of damage.

Test drove one car and was almost scared for my own life and the person I brought with me when the brakes made a clanking noise. The guy selling the car said it was nothing and he could fix it (even though he wasn't the one in the car while we test drove it to have a clue to what it was yet). Another car we checked out (Ford Focus) had a faulty handle that obviously didn't want to let me in the car because when we finally got it open to turn the key in the ignition, it roared loader than an old pickup truck engine. I sure as heck didn't want to test drive that one. Will not negotiate price, even when you have solid proof they have the car way overpriced $1,000 to $2000 over market book value. Thanks for wasting our time Top Choice Auto.

Due to my own mistake...I bought a car from these scam artists. After getting it checked out by my mechanic (he wanted me to use his mechanic...now I know why) I went back to him with a relatively short list of faults. He refused point blank to do anything about it even though it was still covered by his 30 day warranty. Kept insisting that all the faults were 'service items' and were not covered.Do Not Use This Place.

Overall it was a pleasant experience.Went to see a 2007 Hyundai Tucson. The manager was there.The vehicle is not what I expected, so I did not go forward with the purchase.During my visit - the manager did not deploy any aggressive sales tactics, which I appreciate.

Bought a car that appeared to be in good condition only to have the transmission blow a month after buying. Would not honor warranty. When a mechanic took a look, found the transmission had to be rebuilt, brakes were shot in addition to other problems. They clearly just slapped an inspection sticker on without actually inspecting. DO NOT TRUST.

Just purchased a 2010 Malibu for my son, The owners were really great in making a smooth transaction that was very transparent, fair and were a pleasure to work with.. Over the years I have bought many cars and hated the usual haggling and attempted ways to sneak in added fees or unfair financing.. I can honestly say these guys are great to work with, they have nice inventory ,fair pricing but most of all they are sincere and really make buying a car enjoyable for a change,.

Owners are brothers , not reasonable with prices and don t care if they sell cars or not! They don t have financing so, they want cash smh they advertise they finance but they don t because they are probably fixing there books! They told me to go to my bank for a personal loan..... they are shady never buy a car from them!!!!!!

Put in an inquiry for a car and never heard back from the dealership. Then the vehicle got sold with no communication. All they care about is money. Avoid used car dealerships.
