I saw the ad in the morning , fell in love with the car, and went right into the dealership to buy the exact M4 and Adrian and Tony found every possible way that I left with it in the best way they could manage. Typical terrible used car dealer. Went in to look at a Mustang GT. Online it was posted for 26K. When I got there the price was magically raised to 32K before any fees involved. The reasoning I was told was, the price online is to bring ppl in the door. The real value was 32k. So I literally got baited. All said and done the car cost me 10k more than originally advertised. Crazy. So predatory. I went through with the purchase simply cuz I dreamed of this exact sports car since I was 8 years old and it had mods on it that would have been purchased and installed right away. After more market research I probably could have saved 5k if I was patient. These guys don't work with you. They don't sell cars at market value. They are what give car dealers a bad name. If I want something bad enough I buy it. Money ain't the issue but these guys are only there to get any and everything they can out of you. Adrian was my salesman and God bless him but he was terrible. Kendall the manager did all the selling. And he wouldn't swallow the 3k to actually make it a fair deal. I'm all for paying a fair price with even a thousand or two extra cuz dealers need to make money, but Power Motors are the worst of the worst. Just there to rip ppl off. The whole process took about 10 hours, INSANE. Even the bank wouldn't lend as much as I needed cuz I over payed. So extra down payment. I had to ask the girl filing paperwork three times for updates to only be told oh sorry i havent worked on your DMV stuff yet. Then wait 2 more hours for a simple temp tag after the loan got apporved. I'm an idiot I know but I got my dream car with all the extras I've ever wanted so I don't care. However if you can be patient, look for a car and shop around do so. Avoid this place like The Black Plague. Go anywhere else but here. I made a mistake buying from here but I'll work an extra weekend or two to make up for how much I over payed. In my eyes thats worth my dream car. This place is what gives car dealers a bad name. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible customer service. Car was priced reasonably online and after repeatedly having to ask for an out the door price was told the actual price was 10k more than what was listed. Manager tried to explain that this is the only way for his dealership to survive. Avoid this dealership at all costs as not only was the manager unhelpful but the entire sales team is subpar. Was told by one associate that there is no reason to talk to a manager when discussing a price and then another associate told me that if I called saying I was from a different state then they would offer an out the door price. It s a shame that places like this exist with the sole purpose of having a low advertised price to get people in the door only to tell them the actual price is much higher than what was listed. Extremely unprofessional as well to have the sales associate in the background of the phone call commenting on the conversation while I was on the phone with the manager. Overall a horrible experience and I hope that others can learn from this review to not give this dealership any business.

What an awful experience. They pull you in being kind on the phone and when you get there it's an entire different persona. Telling me the car I was interested in had actually sold a week prior but they had " another one " coming the next day. So I took off of work and went back and one of the salesmen told me confidentially that the car never existed and he can't even stand working there because of these tactics. Please check reviews before going to a used car lot !

we have bought a car from this dealership and its been 1 month . no title is has been processed to the bank and also my tag is expired and they aren't trying to give me another tag and the DMV has told me that this dealership has not processed any documents. after 1 month after buying this car.this is horrible customer services !! and the lady malaroy that is supposed to be dealing with all the DMV stuff has not giving me a good response and every time I have called they front desk lady puts me on hold and I can never get straight answers from them. if i knew this was going to be a hard process then i wouldn't have bought this car from this dealership.i want to speak to the director of the company and it seems like every time , they don't want to allow me to speak with the director.i spoke with Mr. Ethan he was very nice and he wil hoping to help me. because i need answers, this isn't how a a dealership[ is supposed to run business.why would i buy a car that i cant drive after one month of having it ?

One star is comical at the least... I purchased a vehicle here a year ago. I went to trade it in to only find out the vehicle has a rebuilt title. I contacted them to rectify the situation. At 1st I was told that was impossible. Until I provided a complete report from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System. I was then told I would be contacted by the manager. A month later, multiple phone calls, various emails, and left messages and I have not heard from anyone. I am left with a vehicle not worth half of what I paid. Not only was I not aware of the rebuilt title, but they also did not inform me of two crashes on the vehicle. I spent over $80k to only get ghosted. Not a way to conduct business. I would not recommend this place unless you want to get robbed.

Recently purchased a 2021 x4 competition from here. I worked with Norman, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Took care of me from the time I arrived and stayed a couple hours late for me. Overall this was a great car buying experience. Would recommend !

Beware. The listing price is reflective of a deposit of approximately $3,000 (buried deep in the description). Additionally, there is a mandatory $5,000 protection package. So any vehicle you are looking at, you need to add $8,000 to get its actual price. They will sit on their hands with anything extra. I had to stop driving the truck I bought there for a few days because they dragged their heels getting it registered. I was also charged for something I was told was going to be given to me at no extra cost. It took two and a half months to get it refunded. All they had to do was mail a check. This is the cliche used car dealer that is more of a pain to deal with than anything else.

Saw a car listed online for 32k (kbb value is roughly 35k) so I called to confirm price/availability. Once I asked about the out of door price, I got a long answer of saying they charge over $10,000 in fees and my out of door price was 45k. Really shady marketing tactic. Super grateful I didn't waste my time going to see the car in person. This is the type of dealership that makes buying a car such a hassle.

Where do I even begin! I saw a 2020 Ram 1500 which was a reasonable price.But when I got there the price was jacked up almost $10,000 not to mention all there dealership fees and warranties that you can t opt out of. Continued the sale and was handed the keys and as soon as I was leaving they didn t have the title for the vehicle which makes no sense to me on how you would post it up for sale and not have the proper paperwork for it.I officially left the dealership with the truck 13 days later when they finally called and told me to come in.A month later the truck motor blew up which I found odd because they swear up and down they do all these multi-point inspections before selling anything.I was left stranded and had to be towed to the nearest dealership.Truck wasn t covered under warranty due to it being a Canadian vehicle.So i had to figure that out.The Dodge dealership found so many issues with the truck as they inspected it.Dirty oil,Spark plugs were bad no coolant in the radiator and reservoir clogged fuel injectors etc.(Basically they told me they sold you a lemon)Right now the truck is still giving so many issuesI m fighting to get some money back for the repairs being made on the truck.I would never do business with them again or recommend anyone to go there.

Bought a car. From here. Had problems with it. They lied and said they did a 178 point inspection which cost $2800 and proceeded to have problems with the car that I bought for a really high price. Which means yes. THERE WAS NOT A 178 point inspection. Will say, they have very good customer service and the vehicle wasn t that bad, but They make you right a google review before the customers leave. And if they don t write a good google review you don t get the car. I opened the battery to find a Canadian coin sitting on top of it. Which means they didn t clean the car out. My air filter was so dirty. Was the stock air filter at 52k miles on it. 178 point inspection but out of the many car dealers I ve been to this one s higher class. If you really want a nice working car just go buy a new one my suggestion.

10/10 I ve been looking for a specific car for sometime now. After car shopping and going to multiple dealerships I came across power motors East . Not only did I find my dream car here right away but I had a TEAM help me get into this car right away. MATT , STORM, and TONY exceeded my expectations with the work they put in. They care, they are professional and they are trustworthy. In addition they got my car ready by having it detailed, cleaned, filled with gas, and ready to go with a big pink bow!! From the second I walked in to power motors east they made me feel so welcomed to the second I drove off in my new car! I would definitely recommend power motors east to anyone! Thank you so guys so much for everything you did for me. I will definitely be back again.

Just bought my new car from Power Motors East this weekend, and let me tell you it was a great experience. Justin led the way, but everyone in there played a huge part in making me and my family feel welcomed and comfortable. I didn't just buy a car, but built an awesome relationship with this dealership. Can't forget to shout out Kendall and John as well!!! I appreciate you all.
