Honestly, this is the third time that I have went in there and tried to get an oil change from this place. It is 5:20 PM on Saturday and the place closes at 6 PM. That is 40 minutes for an oil change, which we all know it Doesn t take 40 minutes. when I walked in the guy Behind the desk was sitting on his cell phone and I said hi I was just wondering if you guys could do an oil change? He proceeded to tell me it would be about two hours! I said two hours? You guys close at 6 o clock how would it be two hours? Any pretended to look at his phone and not know what time it was. I said, I guess that s a no when I walked out. So, although I ve never received service from the center, I have literally tried three times and been turned down every single time. Obviously, they don t recognize the importance of new customers and that is how they keep their business open. I won t be coming back here. Three strikes you re out !

Shane was so helpful when I dropped off my car. I told him I had a death in the family and needed to get my car Inspected before I left to travel to the service. He was so accommodating and was able to get my car in immediately and completed it very quickly. He even asked how I was doing when I picked it up. Can't say enough good things about this place

I have been a loyal customer for 5+ years, getting oil changes, tire rotation and recently bought new tires for my 2019 Ram 1500. My last oil change was on 12/27/23. On 2/5, my truck broke down. After getting it flat bedded to Westbury Ram service. The service advisor informed me that I lost oil quickly due to an oil filter that not only wasn t changed, but when Firestone tried to remove it they twisted the housing and caused a hole . Firestone left the old Filter on (which was dated 2022) this leak caused my engine to seize. I have a claim now with Firestone Corporation to pay for a new engine. I have photos and video from Westbury Ram service. I am devastated as to the lack of concern caused by the Firestone mechanic who I know well. I will never go back here again.

I was in a bind on a Sunday and came in with a leaky tire that was plugged once. I knew I d at least need a pair and was in a pinch. I had to leave early AM the next day for a business trip so I couldn t wait or shop around. The service writer was helpful and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. He gave me several options at varying price ranges. This was a lease vehicle going back in a few months so I didn t want to spend a fortune but wanted safe tires to last me until I turned it in. Chose the Firestone All Seasons. I appreciate the service writers honesty and for making it an easy transaction. Highly recommended.

Absolute scam. I brought my car in for a few various services. My headlight went out about a week prior so I asked them to change it, thinking it would be a minor service. They stated that the whole unit needed to be replaced because a plastic clip was cracked, along with ballast and bulb. I stated no to the unit and said change ballast and bulb which they said would cost 700. When I get the bill, they charged me 1100 for the headlight and there was a 350$ charge for headlight replacement . I didn t notice initially because I had other service done but when I called them that afternoon, they stated that the charge was a labor charge because they had to remove my headlight and put it back. 350 labor charge for maybe 30 min of work is insane to me. Steer clear of this place is my best advice. Don t make the same mistake I made.

Very little wait, friendly service, good price (oil change) and although the battery check showed that I kind of need a new battery, there was no high pressure when I said I'd like to hold off for now.

I have to share my experience and its a poor experience. I ordered wheels and tires from tire rack in may 2020. They delivered them to firestone and was told by keith the item wont fit (i was not charged, i was going to pay but they said they could not do the work). i went back and fourth with tire rack and finally picked up the order since there was nothing firestone could do to attach these wheels to my car.I spent about an hour and a half jacking up my car, removing my old wheels, mounting my new wheels from tirerack. there was no issue it was a perfect fit and i was able to do it my self. I accused tire rack of not sending the right equitment but in reality it was never their fault.i wanted to just have a professional handle the install but I did not get that experience. I was lead to believe I made a mistake in ordering this item but that was not true. I did the whole mounting in my driveway, Maybe it is not worth doing the install but they should be removed as a tire rack partner for sure.

Got a great deal on 4 tires for my Pilot. They installed it in a timely fashion. Many other places quoted me including a wheel alignment cost but Firestone ran the diagnostics and gave me a printout showing I didn't need it which saved me approximately $100. Love that they were honest and they were very nice to deal with.

Extremely honest and friendly! Great customer service! Frank was honest in telling me that the brake line repairs would be too expensive compared to the value of my old car! He showed me the rusted lines and explained why it would be expensive to fix! He was courteous and kind enough to let me leave my vehicle until I could make arrangements to junk it. Frank and staff are exceptional and very professional. I highly recommend their services!

Brought my truck in for an alignment not only did i watch them spin my new tires multiple times but after they said i dont think its going to help you have alot of play in your steering wheel you might need a new rack or a tie rod fair enough i paid the fee what i feel like was over priced and after driving home and reading some of these reviews i dont even think they did a proper alignment honestly i feel like it pulls worse than when i took it in

I went in and requested a battery and 2 tires. They matched the tires on the car rotated my fronts to rear and installed two new on front. They also gave my car a thorough inspection. They were honest after testing the battery and told me I did not need to replace it. Honesty there's something you don't see very often. they informed me I would be needing rear brakes and rotors and presented me with an estimate. I've been using the Massapequa location for many years and have always been happy.on two occasions I had to take advantage of the tire insurance and was impressed to find that they stood behind it and did not try to find an excuse not to honor it. In these times that sort of attitude means a lot to a working person.

I would rate this place zero stars if possible. First of all, Valvoline wouldn t pass me for inspection because my parking brake wasn t working. Fair enough. They told me to go to Firestone. I went to Firestone to get this fixed and while I was already there, they said they d do my inspection. Cut to several months later: my car was making noises in the back while I was driving (not braking) and my wheels were sort of locking on turns. I took it to a family friend mechanic and my parking brake was in pieces. So not only did Firestone not even fix the issue, but they charged me several hundred dollars for basically an illegal inspection. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE TO YOUR CAR WITH THEM.

The technician who worked on my car broke my door handle. The handle was already very damaged and had been for five years but was always functional and not at risk of breaking completely. When I came back to pick up my car, it was totally non-functional.More than anything else what bothers me is that I went back into the shop to talk to the staff about this and talked to the technician who worked on my car - He claimed the handle was already broken.The manager handled the situation as best as could, I suppose - Given my car's sorry-looking state I'd understand if he didn't believe me (and I didn't feel comfortable pushing harder for that reason). He asked if they'd like me to fix this for him, that he could contact his supplier and quote me a cost, and he did call back quickly with a number... $200. I didn't accept, did some research, and changed it out myself with a friend (the part at least, as it turns out, is $10).Outside of this very souring, expletive-filled visit, I've never had any particular problem here with basic maintenance and repairs issues that I just didn't feel like doing myself and this trip was no different in that regard. That's why I'm giving the extra star! They should be good for that, the staff is mostly fine, etc. Just... think a little about what you have in mind before picking this shop.

It's a little annoying that I have to get my Firestone card and punch in my entire card number to access my account every time I pay by phone. But I still appreciate the convenience.

The worst. Had my car towed here ( worst mistake, enroute, i was reading the negative reviews). Radiator went bad and in need of a replacement. No mechanic was ever available when they opened. Only after 9 and even then, the novice that worked on my car clearly had no clue what to do with it. They held my car hostage for 3 days. All while coming up with various excuses on how my car is complicated.They took advantage of me and told me of other expensive repairs needed. When I went to pick up the car, they broke a part that they claimed always has to be replaced when a radiator needs repairing. 6 months later my radiator goes bad again. I did not go back but I inform them of my issue (900 wasted dollars). I'm told to come and " they will work something out. When i do come, the guy at the front desk,,,Dan was beyond unprofessional. He was rude, condescending, disrespectful, sarcastic, argumentative and a couple of other words, The store manager wasn't available and according to this joker, nothing was noted on my account. I called another time, but decided to let it go. i senses the manager was going to give me the runaround, and i wasn't in the mood. Yes I paid for the same job twice, but one thing is for sure I will NEVER set foot in that place again..never. If you need a repair or professional treatment, go to a local gas station!

I came in with a flat tire on my old 2004 MDX Acura that I'm just trying to get through the winter and the staff was very efficient, helpful, and quick. They assessed by tire I was pretty sure it couldn't be plugged but they checked for me anyway. They also notified me about other issues that would need repair, if I were not junking the car after winter. The offered me a very reasonable replacement and I was back on the road in the time it took us to get the soup from Panera that we had originally set out to get. Expensive for soup, but not for car repair. Kudos

Horrible and awful experience at this location. I scheduled an online appointment for a state inspection at 11:00 today on Friday 6/26. I approach associate "Keith" if that's his real name and he didn't know anything. He said give me the key without any estimated time and when I said "Will it be about an hour" he rudely replied "I don't know, maybe more than that, there's a lot of people ahead of you". I took my key and left. Why have online scheduling option? Any shop that I've been to would at least give an estimated time. Horrible experience, a person like Keith who has never been trained on customer service shouldn't be at the front desk.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD! I had the WORST experience with Keith the manage of Firestone in Massapequa Park. He was rude, on the phone and in person, zero ability of time management and in the end gave me the wrong tire. I called and SPECIFICALLY asked for a Firestone tire, when I arrived I had a premier tire placed on my car. When I went to discuss this with him, he was very unprofessional and proceeded to tell me that I never asked for a firestone tire and gave me the premier. After a VERY LOUD back and forth conversation, I requested for my original tire to be placed back onto my car and my money to be refund. When he went back into the garage, it appeared that he had the firestone tire which was what I ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR! I will not be returning to this establishment, nor will I be referring ANYONE to go there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, save yourself the aggravation!

Went for a patch in tire and they refused to patch tire. Tried to sell me on buying new tires. He said he could patch it but he won t rather put new tires on of course because it s more money. Would not recommend going to this place.

I ve never had a bad experience here. Staff have always been friendly and attentive and have gone out of their way to explain the service my car has needed and to answer any questions. Work has been completely in a timely manner and I have never had to return to correct errors.

Took a 2018 Honda Civic rim in to get a nail removed and get a simple patch installed. The quality of work was terrible. They put a huge gash on the surface of the rim with their machine which damaged the rim. They never even had the ethical obligation to tell us they caused damages.

Made appts for today at 2&3 for inspections for myself and my girls TAYLOR and TYLAR; called yesterday evening was able to get one car in at 8am and upon arrival, thanks to FRANK, was able to get both cars done at 8am.!!! Thank you and God bless, Frank!! You are a lifesaver....you are appreciated!
