I just finished leasing my 3rd vehicle with Familia Motor Group, so this review has been long overdue! Despite working with Bryant this time around, you will receive the best and exceptional customer service from anyone on the Familia team. They make EVERYTHING super easy, no matter what situation you re in, before getting into a new vehicle. In my case, I had a financed 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance that I was looking to get out of. Bryant was able to help me find the highest appraisal for the Tesla and also get me a great deal on the 2024 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. At first, I wasn t sure which vehicle I wanted to get into, but Bryant was able to recommend the best match for me. I received my new car almost a month ago and so far, not only am I saving money, I am also LOVING IT! The whole process was super easy: they personally delivered my new vehicle and transferred the plates over as they picked up my old vehicle without me having to make the slightest effort in doing anything. I highly recommend this organization to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle over any dealership. As a loyal and happy customer, I can easily say, Once you go Familia, you can never go back! Thank you Familia, once again!

This is my second time around with FMG. My first lease was about to be up in 3 weeks, but due to my hectic schedule, I didn t have time to go to any dealerships.What I love about Familia is that they treat you like family, hence the name. No lie from start to finish, you don t have to step a foot into anywhere. They do everything for you. Thank you Samantha for pairing me up with Chariny. C H A R I N Y!! She s the best! She s a sweetheart, knowledgeable, and patient. I was in a base model RDX and she was able to get me into the car I REALLY REALLY wanted which was the RDX ASPEC. We literally only had 2.5 weeks before my lease was up and she went above and beyond! She was even able to get me into a very inexpensive full coverage car insurance. Patience is key and she definitely has that. She put up with my indecisiveness because even til the very last minute, I didn t know what exterior color to choose lol. They delivered to my house after work (I want my pink bow back lol). You won t find this service anywhere else! Trust me when I say, ask for Chariny and tell her Marites C. sent you and she ll hook you up Thank you again Familia

I had the pleasure of working with Jason on Leasing a new car. I can t say enough about how Familia made the process easy and painless. They truly made the experience enjoyable, and got me the exact car that I wanted, with the exact specs, at the perfect price. Familia took care of every aspect, and had me in my 2024 INTEGRA in less than a week. Once the car was ready, Matthew personally brought my vehicle to me and thoroughly explained every feature, answered all of my questions, and even went the extra mile to adjust the car to the exact settings that I wanted. Jason and Matthew are truly there for their customers. In an industry where money usually takes precedence, Familia really put me first, and I won t be buying/leasing any future vehicles from anyone else. I can t recommend Familia enough. If you value your time, and money, this is the only place you should consider for your next vehicle.

I am in love with my brand new 2023 Jeep Cherokee that Henry helped me get! Personally I ve been leasing sedans for a while and I figured it was time for a SUV with that being said, I was super particular with the SUV I wanted and still tried to explore other options and pricing. Henry had nothing but patience with me and still helped with all vehicles I inquired about, he literally told me this is an important investment and there s no need to rush! I never settled and got exactly what I wanted! & let me mention the hardest part was making a choice BUT my car got delivered to my house in one day and I was all set! Super convenient! Familia motor group is my gooo to dealership when it comes to leasing/financing a car. My first experience began with their team back in 2020, during Covid peak times- I got my very own first ever vehicle delivered with the help of Jessenia, not that she only helped me with the best deal with leasing quotes, she made sure I had the most reasonable insurance coverage alongside. This time around, they didn t fail to Wow me again, Diony; helped me with my trade in, made sure to match my budget w the competitors out there. Best service hands down and everything is done from your phone. Jason and his team are super helpful and they make sure the transition is smooth with no worries or hassles. They are loyal honest and they really help you out. I have done business twice with familia and both times have been wonderful experiences. I do not regret and I definitely recommend.

First and foremost I want to say thank you to the familia team especially Chariny she went above and beyond to help us get our new ride she s a great help and helped us out now with our 3rd car Great help and understanding and we can understand now what they mean by familia because that s how the treat you just like family, Chariny is a great help with us and got us our vehicle fast and easy made the process so easy and helped us understand the process and being patient with us we re all thankful for the amazing work she had done for us. i could have not asked for a better experience. i was nervous to buy a new car but they made everything feel so easy and safe. Diony was there every step of the way and I could not ask for anyone better. My family and I are so happy to finally be car owners and I am so happy with my experience. they made everything sound so uncomplicated and I recommend them 100%. Jeff went above and beyond to get me out of a bad deal and into something I totally loved! He even reached out every day to see how I was feeling, as I was nervous about the whole experience. He really is an asset and I see why the company is called familia, everyone that I came into contact with treated me with nothing but respect. Shot out to the tint guy as well! Getting a car can be extremely stressful. Going to a dealership, sitting for hours, haggling etc. Unfortunately, after flooding we needed to get a new car. We were also in a time crunch as we were paying for a rental car. A friend told me about Familia Group, and I couldn t have been happier. Diony is knowledgeable and presented us with car options and financing based on our preferences. The process was smooth from application to car delivery (Shout out to Miguel!). Diony helped us find the best deal for us. This is the first time that I purchased a car this way and will never go back to a regular car dealership. I cannot recommend this place more. You will not be disappointed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE FAMILIA MOTOR GROUP!!! If I can give more than 5 stars I would! I cannot rave enough about them!! Diony is simply the best!! This is my second car with him. When I called him I had one month left on my current lease. So time wasn t on my side. He assured me not to worry and that he ll take care of me, and he sure did!!! Diony was so reliable! Always answered any questions or concerns I had whether it was a call or a text. We spoke Monday morning and by 7pm that evening my new car was delivered! I will forever be part of Familia Motor Group! THANK YOU DIONY FOR EVERYTHING!! For your time, your patience and for reassuring me that I don t need to stress about anything. If you are looking for your dream car come here ! I m sure you have heard horror stories about dealerships but at Familia you won t experience that. And the people at other dealerships who have bad experience just don t have money or bad credit and take it out on the dealership when they can t get their car and leave a bad review out of spite. This is MY experience and this was my first car purchase ever. If you are like me then You may have had your doubts about all of these 5 star reviews and may think they were paid for but that is definitely it the case. This is a major purchase of your adult hood so you want nothing but the best. But let me tell you Familia is the BEST ! I worked with VANESSA who did an amazing job. I did not have to leave my house at all everything was done over the phone. She was very patient with me with all of my question and my concerns. Because like I said it s a major purchase and you can get anxiety when it comes to money. With her hard work I had my dream car with in a matter of 4 days. Miguel delivered my car and explained all the paperwork for me. I am so happy with my Kia Soul 2021 ! Please come do business here you won t regret. Thank you Familia Motor Group.

Updating my previous review because Henry and his team at FAMILIA did it again. This is my second purchase with them but I ve had numerous friends and family purchase vehicles through them. Long story short I was in need of a reliable, gas efficient, clean vehicle. The kicker is that now I m located in Orlando Florida. Henry didn t even hesitate. He found me the car and payments that I needed. Negotiations started on Monday. By Friday the brand new car was at my door step. He did it all for us. Delivered the car from NYC to Orlando In a couple of days. As always the service was impeccable. I appreciate everything FAMILIA! Thank you for my brand new Honda Accord.What can I say. Utterly amazing. Service was superb and their home delivery option is the convenience we re all looking for nowadays. I highly recommend La Familia Motor Group. They work with any credit concerns you might have. Henry (the Co-Owner) is a class act.

I would like to thank Familia Motor Group, especially Henry, for providing excellent service and working hard in helping me find a vehicle in such a short amount of time! I needed to find a car for work after having trouble with my old car and a friend referred me to them. Soon as I got off the phone with Henry, he was already working on getting me a 2019 Honda Odyssey and within 2 days, I had the keys in my hand.
