Rob was incredibly helpful while helping me pick out the specific air freshener clip I was looking for. He made sure all my questions were answered and even looked in the back to see if you carried the specific pink sands yankee candle clip! He is super helpful and one of the best people there! He ensured my experience at Autozone was great and I will definitely be back to ask for his help again! Thank you so much Rob!

Writing this to shoutout your wonderful employee, Aydan.I came to the store to make a return and pick up an online order. Even though the store did not have my pickup order on record, Aydan was polite and patient, and made the exchange go as smoothly as possible. He was great with helping me install my new headlights as well, let alone early in the morning and in the freezing cold.I'm so appreciative of how helpful he was for me today! :)

I bought a battery for my daughter for Christmas. Paid for it over the phone with my credit card and left my phone number. My daughter went there. They told her it was a mistake she has to pay again. Thanks for ruining g a gift. The guy Aiden had my phone number and my credit card number did not call me at all. Does not know how to take down information on a phone. He should not be answering the phone

I went in to purchase some items for my car. I was helped by a young man named Aydan who was eager to assist and knowledgeable, as I was unsure of the exact parts I needed. I was able purchase everything I needed quickly and with ease thanks to Aydan.

James saved the day! I went to visit the Massapequa location to purchase and install my battery. I asked a few of the younger associates and they told me they didn t know how. James the manager grabbed the tools and my new battery and instilled it quickly with no problems. I would only go back to this location for his expertise.

After numerous tries on trying to locate a part to my husband s car Janes was able to help us immediately, James is a very knowledgeable and professional employee. Justin, was one of the best employees I ve interacted with at any autozone by far! He was extremely helpful and helped me install my car battery so I wasn t stranded! Keep up the great customer service justin it s definitely appreciated!

They said their hours is till 9:00 pm but they close the doors 20 minutes earlier. I heard from other customers they do this all the time. The company should adjust their hours or investigate why they are not open.

This Store At 6100 Sunrise HWY in Massapequa Is GREAT!! They are very courteous and knowledgeable. Sean, their on site mechanic replaced my battery and had me on my way in 20 minutes.. Go there guys, they deserve your business.. Great People, saved my day :)

Your employee, Justin, followed me out of the store accusing me of stealing. I emptied my pockets and allowed him to search my bag, and despite confirming I hadn't stolen anything, kept insisting I did, asked me if I was "stupid", and asked for my place of employment so he could gun for my job. Real class act. Great service. Professionalism at it's finest.

Went in last night to purchase a battery for my SUV. Entire staff was great and they even replaced my battery. Thanks Adam!!! Staff was very helpful and definitely recommend this location!!! Thanks guys !!!

Sales associate Justin made sure I got the correct wiper blades for my Acura. He went so far as to come outside&put them on my car. Sadly consumers don't get that kind of service anymore. Thank You Justin!

I had to write a review after my experience here yesterday. My son's car battery wasn't keeping a charge. I called auto zone and spoke with the manager. He advised me he had the battery needed , price and said he would replace the battery for no addtl charge. So on the way to auto zone the car stalled and died. My son barely made it into the old modells parking lot. So I went to try and jump the car again but it wouldn't take the jump. I went with my son in my car to auto zone. I asked if I could borrow or buy the sockets needed to replace the battery. The assistant at the register was very nice. He got the manager who then asked one of his employees (Alex) to take the tool kit and come replace the battery @ the modells parking lot !! I drove us to the car and Alex replaced the battery with ease. He was very Professional. I just want to acknowledge the staff @ auto zone for helping my son and I in such a stressful time. I didn't get the managers name or the young man that rang in my purchase but thank you so much. I also want to thank Alex again for being so helpful yesterday. The manager went above and beyond to help us out. You gentlemen are the best and you literally saved the day for us. Great customer service ...... THANK YOU

Went to get replacement wiper blade. Showed guy at register the blade. He said he didn't think they had it. Told me to go look. The blades are all packaged so it was hard to tell. Got no help. If he couldn't leave the register and was alone, he could have said so. So I will go to another store.

Best autozone I ever been to. Tori was very helpful when she was testing my battery. Even offered to test my alternator and starter. Went above and beyond to help me with my problem. She was even willing to charge my battery instead of trying to sell me a new one

Awesome experience at this place, they were very helpful and were able to find the parts I needed quickly but also offered to help me change out the wipers for me. Truly a breathe of fresh air in a world where customer services seems to be on the way out. I am thankful to the gentlemen who took time to ensure I had a pleasant experience.

Justin is the only one with brains there no joke if u need mechanical advise or anything this guys is your man. I have no idea about cars I went in there with a picture and he knew exactly what I was looking this guys really knows his stuff.

Have been coming here for over 1.5 years & I couldn't be happier with Rendells help with customer service, friendliness & going above and beyond for me is an understatement.. Kevins customer service & job as a manager to satisfy the customers is great & knows where to look for the right parts, if not in stock he will order for you & make sure you have it in time.. Most of all I highly recommend & suggest to come here this is the best Autozone cause of Rendell & Kevin.. Thank you to the two best guys of all autozones.. Also only come when they are on schedule, just call in advance to make sure they are there

Terrible! The one in Huntington was great. The service mnger there assisted me with car running. I needed to make it to the massapequa location as my issue is bad. The rep there refused to do a battery test like the other rep previously. Also my car died I front of the store and they had no equipment to assist and then as they closed up they walked past me still offering no assistance. My car died after I told them I shouldn't turn it off. But she insisted to only help me if I turn off the car. Terrible.

It's AutoZone, friendly and knowledgeable staff.I've only gone 2-3 times since moving to Massapequa to pickup some lightbulbs or sensors for my car.

Really nice store, well stocked with probably any and all the automotive hard parts you could need. If they don't have it at that moment I'm sure it's only a couple clicks of a button away. But the one thing that stood out more than anything else was that I had car trouble in their parking lot today and the young lady rep went more than over and above to get tools out of her own car to help me fix my car and get me back in my way home. Thank !

Very good store for the most part, very expansive inventory some merchandise goes for a way but out there though. The check out is pretty decent just you feel a little (overhauled) by the disconnectedness of the store and its employees. Go to the store with an eye on the prizes and you'll do good.

Walk in business seems to be suffering. I went there between 3 and 4 PM, and no customers came in except me. It's a good, clean store though.

When my engine light came on, I was very worried about any future repairs for my car. Someone recommended AutoZone for a free diagnostic. I could've saved $140 which the Toyota dealership charged me, but now I know better. When I went to AutoZone, they gave me a copy to take to my mechanic. And on my most recent phonecall, the guy was friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Kevin and Tory helped me out great especially Tory she has a good customer service skills. Highly advise to come here instead of Copaigue or any other location nearby.
