The Father Son combo at this place is incredible. Sweet (and funny) people. It s hard to find mechanics you trust, but these guys give that impression right off the bat and then followed it up. The found and fixed a reverse/taillight problem for me completely on the arm. I ll be coming back for all my needs.

I sent my sprinter van for DMV Inspection and didn't get any certificates, what I got was an invoice for $163 for a mechanical check of the vehicle that I never ordered. I lost my money for not agreeing to change the brake discs and pads, when my pads are new, not counting the cost they charge for this service of $1500. I was absolutely disappointed with the service of this company. I don't recommend it at all.

Mr. Singh is a very huge help, I called and was able to do a truck inspection and fix some minor issues I had with my truck on the same day. I would recommend anyone looking for a diesel mechanic to go to VIP Maspeth Auto Repair. These guys are true professionals in their work. Singh took his time in showing me everything that was wrong with my truck, showed me what needed to be changed, and how much it would cost. This is the best experience I have had with an auto shop. Just the kindest, most trustworthy owners and team that you will ever meet. They were so thoughtful in telling me what all would need to be worked on, then let me know if something was going to cost more than originally expected or planned for. They were careful, thorough, and so fast - and did such a good job. They were so patient and made sure I knew what was going to be fixed and explained everything so well. Very kind and very caring the entire time. I went for inspection for a diesel sprinter, and they tried to make sales out of nowhere.. everything was fine with the sprinter and no dash lights on... they didn't accept to inspect it.. I think that was because I didn't service the car with them.

My 2003 GMC envoy wasn't starting. My friend recommended this mechanic. I brought it in, and in less than 10 min they solved the issue and got me out of there. Thanks to Thind and Bishram for their help. Highly recommend this place.
