I bought a used car only 3 years old and didn t expect to have to bring it in for service in the first 6 months to replace the battery and auxiliary battery. I m so happy I called Midas. They got me in same day and charged me less than the dealership was trying to. Staff was beyond accommodating and I will for sure be servicing both my vehicles there in the future. Highly recommend!!

Took my car in & took advantage of their $20's off synthetic oil change plus I got a free tire rotation. Excellent service, the people that work there are very friendly & helpful & the best part is that u can watch your car getting worked on from behind the glass. Highly recommend!!!

The staff were both kind and courteous. I dozed off while waiting for the work to be completed. The next thing I knew, I was being handed the key to my car. What a great nap and wonderful service combined. I will certainly be doing my next oil change at Midas.

As woman it s a little intimidating when you have to go into an auto shop for repairs . I am very lucky to have found a place I can trust knowing they will be honest and give me a thorough explanation of what I need . I recently had a fantastic experience at Midas Elliot Ave From their prompt service to their knowledgeable staff, every aspect of my visit exceeded my expectations Additionally, their pricing was fair and transparent, without any unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Midas to anyone in need of reliable automotive services.

Went in for an oil change today. I went in for my inspection a few weeks back. Both times the customer service was excellent! Gene, I believe that was his name, is great. Nice guy with great customer service.

I have been to the Midas Shop on Elliot Ave in Maspeth a few times to get many different things on my car fixed . Every time I went I felt at ease with the Professional Staff who after looking at the problem on my car , explained what needed to be done . I just felt trust in this Midas and Staff . That is why I drive 25 minutes past many other Shops to have those excellent Mechanic work on my car !I always feel comfortable when I leave knowing that the work was done efficiently . I highly recommend this Midas Shop and their Staff !

Profesional service. Great place to make any maintenance for your car. I went with my Ford for an oil change and some repairs that I knew the car was asking for and they checked and put my car like new. They showed me the old parts, explained to me why they changed it. The people in the counter and in the maintenance were extremely nice and helpful. I will be bringing my car for any further repairs, tunes, etc. I recommend this place 100%

Found everyone at this location to be friendly, professional, and transparent with pricing. They got me in and out with 4 new tires in no time and at half the cost the dealership had quoted me. First time customer and for sure will be back

My rear passenger side tire was losing air for a couple of days! Turns out there was a nail in the tire! This was the first time I took the car to Midas for servicing. The tire was fixed within an hour and I was on my way! Great and reasonable service!

First experience at Midas, and the Midas team was so kind and patient with me! They also performed the inspection and oil change very fast (under a half hour) despite a busy Saturday afternoon. I ll definitely be back :)

I bought new tires at BJs and asked the worker where I could go for a reliable wheel alignment nearby. He told me that there was a great MIDAS location right on Eliot Avenue. I took the car in and was greeted by a gentleman at the counter who was kind and welcoming. The car was serviced promptly and professionally. I learned that MIDAS offers a full array of services including the sale of tires. My experience was so positive that this will be my go to place for all my future service needs.

They are cheating every one if not on price then on job done on the car. Always ask them to see old parts that they have changed and removed from your car. They have charged me once $600 for changing two rear shacks absorbers and did not do anything just tight up screw on top of left shack. Second job was changing lower arms on front of my ford fusion and they also did not do any think but charged me $700 for it with aliment. Twice they have not tighten oil filter and oil was liking. They even will charge you up to 100% more for of market parts which you can buy a lot cheaper original, and always tell you that they are special heavy-duty just for you! Be careful, if you do not know any thing about cars do not go there!

I urgently needed a tire for a flat that could not be repaired and Gene found one for me quickly. They charged me market price when I was sure they would try and jack up the prices. The service was fast and there was even space for me to work on my laptop while I waited!Thanks Midas team for the help today!

The gentleman disservice me I will leave his name was Jose was excellent and overlooking my car and finding problems did the what else could totally who is very patient is attentive into his share of the city to Miami and do you care of my needs for the car which I purchased for my daughter as a first vehicle I think you so very very much for over looking at finding the problem With the car had it was never filed excellent service I ve read this shop and it s employees at the highest and most prestigious workshop in the area. Thank you so very much for this experience and I pretty appreciate the sincerity and professionalism. Thank you so very much and kudos for the general manager of the person behind the counter. It's been awhile since I came here for repairs to my vehicle. They did not disappoint me. Repaired my radiator. Truck running smooth again. They may have to keep your vehicle overnight in some cases so be prepared for that possibility. But I've always had a good experience with midas.
