First the guy tells me when to show up without informing me that one of the two addresses on their website is no longer in service. As it happened, it was the address that I had gone to before when I needed similar work done on my car.Second, he quotes one price over the phone, but when I get there he tells me that it's gonna cost me "a little more ". Says, they "sent him the wrong mirror so he had to reorder " . Ok, but why would the price be different ???And finally, instead of checking I just asked him at the shop if everything worked to which he said, "absolutely". Well! I come home and check the control stick only to realize that it's all reversed! To get the mirror to turn left I had to toggle the button RIGHT. And to move it up I had to... well you guessed it.
