My 22-year-old Audi TT Roadster needed a good checkup since I had moved back here and it was several months out in Phoenix waiting for me to have it shipped. Baking in the sun. I read the excellent reviews here and on Yelp and knew I needed a mechanic who was very familiar with imported cars, especially German cars. I needed it to be in good working order to pass the state inspection for my car registration. Jovan is terrific and took time to talk to me and explain all he had done. The charge was incredibly reasonable and I ll be going back ASAP to have a couple of other issues taken care of.

I was recommended by a friend to visit here. Joe the mechanic is very honest and fair. He doesn't try to scam you it double talk you. He listens and tells you the truth about your vehicle issues. I go to him all the time now.

Jovan is the best and most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. I first met him in 1992 when I bought my first Volvo 740 and wouldn't bring my import vehicles anywhere else!

Jovan is the absolute best (and honest!) European Auto Tech in the Hudson Valley. It's rare to find someone with his experience and expertise with my hard headed, beautiful cars that I love. BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Porsche..... he is the ONLY one I trust to fix them right the first time and is fair with pricing. Have patience, there's only one of him and hundreds of demanding customers lol.Thank you for always doing the right thing Jovan!!! One of the most honest mechanics in the area. Jovan is a master mechanic and does excellent work. He is very friendly and easy to do business with. I highly recommend him if you have a foreign car that needs repair.

My car was misfiring bad after a transmission flush done at another mechanic and was unfit to be driven. I was preparing myself for the crushing reality that my 2010 subaru outback sport was at the end of its life when I made one final decision to call Import Auto and see what they could do for me. Got me in the next day, did a thorough investigation, replaced and cleaned up what seemed to be the problem, and got me back on the road! Extremely friendly service and an absolute steal of a price! Jovan has kept my Porsche running for over 200,000 miles as well as other cars. He always looks for the sensible solution to an problem. For example instead of replacing my power steering pump he flushed the fluid to see if that would work. AND IT DID! Saved me from a big bill. Thanks Jo!

I have been a customer for almost 15 years with several high-end European vehicles. Their service is expertise is flawless and cheaper than a dealer. I have had problems which the dealer was not able to diagnose but Import Auto Services took care of it in 5 minutes!I can recommend without hesitation!

I have been using Import Automotive for years for my foreign car. I don't do anything without Jovan's recommendation first. My car was leaking oil all over the place, the front engine seals were shot. This is a time consuming, pain in the butt job. Just got the car back, running like a champ. This guy is a master mechanic. I can't believe how good of a deal this was. In this day and age of ripoff dealerships and shady incompetent franchise car repair shops, import auto is a blessing. We are lucky to have this business in the community. I highly recommend this mechanic.

In short, my car rides like a dream again thanks to Import Auto. They are also trustworthy and my wallet is smiling! :) I've been using them since 1999. Highly recommend them!(I am adding this after I posted. To the person who is recognized as "A Google User" and left a one star rating. Why can't you post your name? That's all I got.)

I broke down on my way home after purchasing a new to me vehicle. I was blessed this shop was right down the street from where I stayed overnight, and more so I was blessed to have people like Kim and Jovan work on my vehicle. Very understandable people, squeezed me in on a holiday and stayed late just to make sure I'll make the trip home safe. Needless to say the actual repair was spot on, reasonably priced and using nothing but quality parts! Whoever lives in the area are lucky because these guys give a true meaning to "reputable independent shop" title! It is an absolute dealership replacement in my book, they don't hold anything from you and break down the problem in plain English language as opposed to dealerships that just try to confuse you thus demanding more $$. Thanks again Kim and Jovan, you came thru for me and this is the least I can do for you!

I ve been knowing them for years. I was referred to them by a stranger after my previous repair shop had missed diagnosed my Mercedes Benz and ordered the wrong part. Well, after meeting them, they enstilled a level of trust and integrity in the business which is truly a blessing and greatly appreciated.

I have had my Mini Cooper serviced here several times and they have even fixed things I didn't know about.I bring my VW here and leave for over a week to fix this very light, break and tune up.Only to get it back a week later and was told we don't do those kind of seat belt repairs.Well thanks a lot. Would have be nice to know.

Dont trust many mechanics. But this guy is a straight shooter. Only place I d bring my pride bmw that Ive owned for 20 yrs here. Excellent work!

Haven't lived in this area for long and went to one of the chain mechanics when I needed things. One too many times feeling ripped off I finally found out about this place and now I will take my car nowhere else! Quick and affordable. The staff is super friendly as well!

Always Take my BMW here. If a light comes on Kim and Jovan say bring it right over. Sometimes tires just need air. Always have peace of mind.
