Highly recommend CARSTAR New Country in Marlboro. The best experience at a shop I've ever had. Techs were awesome and did a phenomenal job! Courtney was a huge help, very personable, easy to talk to and updated me along the whole way as anyone would have appreciated.Before and after pictures below.

Courtney and everyone at the shop went above and beyond to get my car in and fixed quickly. My Subaru Crosstrek was like brand new when I picked it up, detailed in and out. Couldn't ask for better service! The only thing I would warn against is using Hertz at IBM in Poughkeepsie because they fraudulently charged me insurance I said no to and then argued with me and took a long time to refund it. I understand Enterprise will also pick up from Marlboro so I would recommend going with them

We were pleasantly surprised when we picked up our car today. It looked brand new.... outside and in!! Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

From the front office to the back everyone there is understanding, knowledgeable, and attentive. They understood my needs and were extremely patient with me.They got me in fast and got me out fast. All the work is impeccable, they went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I couldn t be happier with the service I was given. Perfect service! I had brang my vehicle here to get it repaired. Estimate was done same day as appointment. They ran it by the insurance company and gave me a time frame that the parts would be in and that they would begin the repairs. Within a week the parts came and they set up the rental car for me. They gave me an estimated time the vehicle would be completed and had it done a couple days sooner. I ended up completely satisfied. If you are looking for a hassle free body shop, I highly recommend this shop. Thanks a lot!Service: Body & Trim

I have to give a huge shout out to Courtney & Nick at New Country Auto in Marlboro! Courtney advocates for her customers, whether it be with a parts vendor or insurance company, she's got your back! Nick took full responsibility to ensure my car was done to the highest level of quality! She looks brand new!
