1.5 years ago I bought my 2005 low rider in for an oil change, pigtail installment, and new tires plus an inspection. They did all the work, but did not mention that my exhaust was not in compliance with the new 2022 rules, this is something they could have mentioned before spending several thousand dollars only to find out that they would not inspect it. So they completed the work knowing the whole time I could not get it inspected

Brought my quad there to get it serviced and the valves adjusted. When we came to pick it up the motor was knocking like crazy, they played it off as if it was a normal issue after adjusting valves.Turns out that they adjusted them so tight that when they started the motor it bent the exhaust valves and now my motor is toast.A new motor is going to cost me $3000.Worst dealership ever!!!The fact that they actually tried to pass the quad off as running normal when we picked it up and said they did nothing wrong pisses me off more than you know.Avoid this place for repairs, they are butchers and will take no responsibility for any damage they do to your ATV.!!!!!They owe me a motor and refuse to help us out whatsoever.!!!!!

Just bought my first bike here and they made this part of the experience pretty easy. Didn t write me off when I was just in there shopping around and were flexible and helpful throughout the buying process. Answered all my dumb questions without any condescension or eye rolls, and I definitely had lots dumb noob questions. Price on the lightly used z400 I bought was very good when compared with private sellers and other dealers. Bought during winter and they held it there for me until spring no problem. Will definitely go back should I need work done or when it s time for something bigger.

Solid dealership, great customer service and answered all my questions even made suggestions that I agreed too and made my bike much better. Prices are fair and they are just plain honest and reliable.

Bought my bike from them KX450 and all I can say is that they have a professional staff, friendly and with knowledge of all questions asked in regards to their bikes. I also had my sons bike serviced there which had a 2 day turnaround which is extremely good compared to many shops.

Purchased a Z800 and been riding for some 35 years and this is my tenth bike, third Kawasaki. A very pleasant experience all around. Never been treated so well by the staff ( front desk, parts and service departments). The owners are real pros and extremely knowledgeable all around. Highly recommended. Let the good times roll. I shopped around with many local dealers and Anthony was the only one who took time to listen to what I was looking for. Like all the other dealers he didn't have what I was looking for but unlike everyone else he went the extra mile to locate one and then went and got it. I'm now the proud owner of a Vulcan 900 Custom.He's an honest guy looking to help people and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Lifelong customer here. Thanks again Ant!

Always a good experience at Big Boyz Toys order my tires2 days later they were here so it might not even of Been 2 days more like a day and a half. We brought our Rim in and they mounted the rear tire and I was noticing a lot of ATVs and side-by-sides in their showroom and will probably be back down there to check them out especially that white one by the side window I found this place years back when I had enough of Duchess recreational vehicles which suck in my opinion and I've always been a customer of big boyz since then

A few months ago, I got my 2022 KLR 650 from Big Boyz Toys.I had a great purchase experience, Anthony was very responsive, helpful, and professional.Before my purchase I reached out to some other local Kawasaki dealers and got the best price (lowest fees) from BBT. On top of it, it was the only shop that sent me a detailed quote via email within a day.

What a great experience! In addition to selling quality motorcycles (and other machines) they take very good care of you. The first person I spoke with was Anthony. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He hooked me up with Tony in sales, who asked the right questions and worked with me to find the right bike (2018 Kawasaki Vulcan S) without any pressure. Then, when I threw them a curveball last minute and asked for the bike a day early, Anthony delivered (even with a full schedule). I highly recommend Big Boyz Toys (for girls, too)!

Great service, very knowledgeable group of guys. I had my 2016 Chief Indian Darkhorse tires replaced here. These guys care and love what they do. They care for customer satisfaction. and they also price match tires. So if you find it cheaper online they will match you that price. Beats paying for shipping and looking for a place that will mount tires for you after buying them from an outside source, which not all dealers like doing that. Thank you Big Boyz Toyz for making this an easy transaction for me, I truly highly recommend these guys.

Good people to deal with.................may not always be the lowest price, but that is not always why we buy things at a particular dealer either. They work hard to earn your business, and being small, you can always talk to the "right person", not just a "sales person". Give them a try for your next bike, ATV, UTV, or snowmobile. I think you will be happy.

The workers here are pretty honest and will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. My old ATV had bent rims and the tires kept going flat, plus I had oil leaking out of the crankcase. Trying to save me money, they bent the rims back into place the best they could and tried to seal it from the inside. That didn't hold, but kudos for trying. They worked with me in trying to find the cheapest set of tires and rims. They also did everything they could to repair my crankcase leak (other mechanics previously told me it needed to be replaced), but they did minimize the leak. They also offered me the suggestion to find a used crankcase online, and they went on eBay with me looking to find the parts that I needed. They didn't charge me for all of the hours they worked on it since a lot of the time was spent waiting to see if the leak issue was resolved. The staff here were also very courteous and appreciative of my business.

The folks down there at big boyz toys are awesome. I have never had any problems with parts or the work that there mechanics do. Anthony is awesome and if a mistake is made by there mechanics they have always taken care of the problem with never any issues.

I called Big Boyz Toys regarding some new tires for my ducati S4r last week: they had a limited tire selection and I asked them how much a balance and mount was. I was quoted 40 dollars per wheel. I ordered tires online then arrived at Big Boyz Toyz and mentioned my phone conversation with Big Boyz Toyz the previous week. I was immediately lectured on my actions of (purchasing my tires online) because of Big Boyz Toyz price match guarantee . The quotation for each tire (now that I have purchased the tires I wanted online) increased from 40 to 60 dollars per tire. I was okay with paying the increased amount (although it would have been nice to understand this extra cost while on the phone with Big Boyz Toyz last week: we all have to make $ at the end of the day.. I get it). After this discussion: I was questioned if I want weights or beads : I clearly stated I prefer weights. Then I was questioned Why and I respectfully told them I don t have any experience with beads and I don t have any history or any friends with any history. I am comfortable with weights. Immediately I was told it was just a question . During my time defending my decision for weights: Big boyz Toyz just repeated its just a question then again its just a question .. after this they said it s the future..man . At no point did they say we can provide weights seemed like I was not provided a choice at this point.No difference between the weights and beads were mentioned no description of how the beads works (no education). They just questioned my decision for weights. This is called a suggestive question : Repeated questions can make people think their first answer is wrong and lead them to change their minds.I ve been riding for 8 years and have several experiences with Motorcycle repair shops and services: I am also a Sales Manager and have 10 years of sales experience. None of these other shops have ever lectured me nor have they ever used unethical sales tactics (such as suggestive questions) to influence potential customers. Normally, most shops give you information and let you make the decision.I see the reviews are relatively good with ATV s; however, I believe if you have a motorcycle and need service done you should at least look into other shops (in my opinion: it s better to drive 45 minutes out of my way to Middletown to get some honest technicians: even if I pay 100 dollars for each tire for mounting). I hope the service department can use the above for some positive change to their customer s interactions. As of today their approach is unprofessional.

Brought my 07 vstar 1100 to them for a starter clutch replacement . 1300 later I have bent valves and the bike is no longer driveable ! Rude and arrogant service department . Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but big boys toyz !
