Great coffee, the food is gas station food but it's fresh and cheap. They even make some specialty pizza and sandwiches there I haven't seen at other Speedways because locals asked for more variety. After 9pm in this area if you want a bite to eat, this is honestly the only place reliably open. Have a great selection of things one would expect and some you wouldn't expect. The staff are helpful and will stop what they're doing to answer a question. Bathrooms are very clean, whole store is clean and stocked. With their member rewards program, purchases build points which can get you items or go towards gas savings which can add up to significant savings.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They make the trip worth it. The place has great coffee also.

Why is diesel fuel here $5.19/gallon today when the Speedway in Kingston where I fueled up today is $3.83/gallon? That's *only* $1.36/gal more. Say that out loud. $1.36/gallon MORE. For the same fuel, from the same company. It's not transport costs. But with little competition in the area, they can gouge all they want. Like they're doing..

I tried calling at 4 AM to see if they were open which the website said 24 hours and it appears there employee white male with brown hair and glasses unplugged the phone so no one could call. Real professional. Than he refused to sell me cigarettes because i was with someone earlier in the day who did not posses an id, who was older than me. This was an hour later i came back by myself with ID and he still refused. He should be fired, totally not a customer service person. Horrible with people, makes your business look bad with such a lousy employee. Company policy doesnt state you cant sell an adult who is alone a product they request. Its a pathetic power trip. I was alone. I invited him to look in the truck to assure i was alone. Still no. What a nightmare. Only store open within 30 miles.

Large gas station open 247 with lots off pumps and large size store inside for all the usual quick items to be found at gas station convience stores.In spite of other comments on reviews I never had a problem with the staff. Walked in and checked out so maybe I have low expectations. Pumps were always available and worked fine.So I always had a good experience here personally speaking, staff was pleasant.

The workers here are rather unpleasant. They have no knowledge of what exactly customer service is. Katie the employee whom works here is terribly rude. Also this place is buzzing with people, yet none of the employees wear masks during this worldwide pandemic. Speedway is a horrible place, even contacting corporate in Ohio, gets one nowhere. They care not for customer service as they claim, but for the money in which is their god.

Accommodating, clean, fast. They are employees, not mask police. They enforce mask use but, fairly, refuse to be combative, for safety reasons. If you are uncomfortable in an environment that encompasses a lot of traffic and people, don't go there. If you feel the need to demean and argue with staff who are regular everyday people trying to serve you and protect you and themselves, then stop on the Thruway or go to another place. If you are still that afraid of being in the world don't go inside. Pay at the pump.

Employees walk around all day with no masks on or masks only covering the mouth. Not to mention that they allow people in and out all day with no masks, while some people are coughing and touching everything and putting it back on the shelf with no consideration for others. While I enjoyed coming here this pandemic has clearly shown me that these people do not care whatsoever about anybody else's well-being it's an absolute disgrace.* I visited this store hundreds of times over the course of ten years.. it's actually worst it's ever been.

Poor customer service in the evening. The one young man with dark hair is a sweetheart and has great customer service however the chubby girl katie is so damn rude never even speaks to you at all. You know how the saying goes it only takes one person to taint the whole place and it certainly does.

Was in the speedway yesterday May 3, 2020. The two women behind the counter were not wearing masks while all the customers were. The lady with white spots on her eyelids was pretty sour and unpleasant to my children and myself. People should not be working without masks and should not be as unpleasant as that lady was.

That big woman katie that works here is among the most unpleasant of characters that I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. She knows nothing of customer service, toddlers have better communication skills than she. She also detests doing her job. Way to go speedway you sure know how to hire them.

The people working here are so unhelpful and not friendly at all. The bigger girl in the evening named katherine or katie is so dmn rude. She dun even say have a good night, Just you are all set, So help me god

This place has terrible costumer service specially over night, don't be spanish speaker and enter this place... Lady is very rude and will care less about others, looks like she's races as well ...
