No matter the problem we brought to them they fixed it all in a timely manner and hook me up with an awesome hoodie for being made to wait 3 minutes! Awesome group of people!!

Fran in service really helped me out when literally no other dealer would. My truck would have been down for three weeks if not for Fran and his compassion for a one truck owner operator like my self. Aside from that they are very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I also have to give kudos to the guys in parts, they spent about an hour with me to figure out what brake pads I needed for my truck of which I had been trying to get from another dealer for over a year(the guys at Utica Mack had them rite on the shelf) thanks guys!!!

Wouldn t recommend to anyone who owns a small business. They charged me 2k$ To install a starter that cost 250$. I dropped the truck off July 6th and they didn t get it back to me until July 28th. They told me multiple weeks in a row they would get it in at the end of the week. It took them 3 weeks to look at it and I had a scheduled appointment for the 6th. They lied to me multiple times and I had to show up everyday until they finally got it fixed. This place will never get my business again.

I work at a different Mack/Volvo dealership much further south from this one. I recently ordered a part dealer to dealer from this dealership and I had to write a positive note about the parts department. They were shorthanded that day and they still helped with ease. Greg returned my call and was very pleasant on the phone. I was able to get the part I needed for my customer with ease.

I'm writing this review while my truck is still in the bay, with the tip half of the motor sitting on a work bench.NEVER have i experienced such high levels of customer service AND mechanical knowledge/ experience. Fran, the service manager, and his crew is THE GOLD STANDARD of mechanical expertise!Seriously, Fran & crew are the bar against which all mechanics & techs should be measured.Thank you, guys!!!

After trying to get parts for my old Mack truck from other places and never hearing back from them after repeated phone calls I will now bu ALL my parts from Utica Mack through Dan Kiss. Dan gets right back to you the same day to tell you if he can get the part needed and then ships it out the next day. Awesome service. Thanks again, Dan ! You're the best !

I ve had to rely on Utica Mack s Hino service for ongoing DEF issues with my 2012 Hino 258. Fran has been extremely helpful and easy to deal with, and is genuinely interested in getting me back on the road. I appreciate his efforts and will continue to trust him with me service needs. Not the place you wanna bring your truck to get fixed If you want it done fast or cheap. Gave me the ring around. No one could get back to me. Bad business

These guys are great.. opened up after hrs so I could get company truck. Two guy had to come in on a Saturday. Always they have been great to deal with
