Driving back from a family vacation with 7 children, a pregnant woman and three other adults, we got turned around and ran over something that busted our tire a few businesses over. We were 2-3 businesses down from Precision Auto. Google said they were closed on Saturdays but an employee drove over to us to ask if we needed tools or help. He happened to be there working on something. We got the flat tire off and drove it over in another car to the shop. They sold us a used tire and mounted and balanced it and let us all use the bathroom. They charged a very good price. I ll always remember this Good Samaritan experience at Precision Auto.

Absolutely loved visiting this location. I will officially by coming here regularly for any car decisions that need to be made. As a woman I know a lot of mechanics take advantage of our so called limited knowledge when it comes to vehicles but not this location. They honestly tell you what is wrong with your car, how much it will cost you, and if you need anything else done at the time. I appreciate them to no end and am telling all my friends about this place as well I hope they get an abundance of service .well not too much since I want to keep being able to visit and get fast efficient service lol. The guys at Precision got my car into the shop and back to me very quickly with great communication during it's time being serviced. Honest hard working people. Mike has always been there for me no questions asked when I need repairs. I'm taken care of , in and out. And when I've had breakdowns and needed to be up and running again, they've stayed late for me, and waited for the tow truck to bring my vehicle there, so they could get me mobile again. They go above and beyond every time, which is why I been going here for the last half a decade faithfully !

Never bring your car here. Regardless of the fact the entire staff is rude and unprofessional they had me drop off my car Friday at 9am to get my brakes changed and said they wanted to keep it over night. I called Saturday to see if it was ready... and somebody answered and said they are closed weekends... They had me drop my car off Friday morning and leave it so that they could work on it Monday or Tuesday? Are you kidding? Here I am trying to find people to drive me to work when I could of just had my vehicle all weekend. I will NEVER go back.
