They always have what I need and most of the time it's in stock. That's hard to find. They provide a good warranty on their parts and the staff is very friendly. Now that's a winning combination in my book. My business will stay with them...and gladly.

Prompt shipping, part there the next day. Easy to deal with. Ordered one regulator and motor; only regulator was ordered by mistake. I called and they had new regulator and motor shipped in next day and did not charge me price differential. Were very gracious and accommodating.

Went to the Marcellus Car Show at this location and left with a floor jack and a free small tool kit. Great cars, great live band, great people, nice area. Look forward to next year!

Provo's NAPA is 1 good place to Call if You need anything Auto related . The staff I personally have known for many years and always have a kind Greeting . You can pick up Your parts or have them delivered , Either way they're GREAT , THANKS JIM.

Been into this store 3 or more times over the past year trying to get the Check Engine codes on my car read. EVERY time all the employees there say they aren't trained - one which is a lady who is there ALL the time - i'm assuming shes an owner or manager - and she can't read codes. HOW HARD IS IT AT A SO-CALLED REPUTABLE BUSINESS TO TRAIN YOUR EMPOLYESS HOW TO PLUG A MACHINE INTO A CAR AND GET THE CODES. It's not, and therefore this place is not great. The staff every time is also very rude, snotty attitude with every answer they give. Don't recommend this place if you need help with simple projects.
