This place is a little out of the way... unless you live in Marathon. I don't, but the 20 min drive is absolutely worth it. This place knows what they are doing, they listen to me, work with me and don't cost a fortune. I have always been satisfied with their work.

In addition to always providing excellent mechanical and customer service and charging reasonable prices, everyone is so personable and pleasant, and the music they play in the shop is great to listen to while I'm waiting for the service to be completed.

Was on a 7 Hour Road trip pretty far from home and Mike took us in right away and checked our tire. Told me how to get my tire pressure light off in my car told me exactly where to drive around and waited for me to come back just so he can assure me that my tire was OK before we continue to a Long Drive again.. He was very sweet and gave me the best peace of mind 10 out of 10

Great shop ! Honesty and very helpful and informative. My sons car started acting up on his way back to college 200 miles away from home . I was so nervous but they calmed me down explained the problem throughly to him and I and had him back on the road in 2 hours . They didn't try to take advantage of a scared 18year old and a very nervous mother. There price was more then reasonable. Thank you again I would definitely recommend them to anyone in that area who needs assistance.Service: Exhaust

On a trip from Syracuse to Virginia, my brakes went out due to a burst break line. This happened to be the first place I came to. I told the desk clerk my problem and she immediately got someone to come take a look who right up front told me what to expect in terms of time and $. Their bays were already full, and they didn't have the part I needed, but they sent someone to the next town to get the part, and managed to get me done and back on the road in less than 1 hr. and at a very reasonable price. I can't express my gratitude to these folks, and I highly recommend them to anyone living in the marathon my area. If I lived within 50 miles of this place it would now be my regular service center.Service: Brakes

Got my truck inspected here they have a good staff I was there for maybe 20 minutes. Definitely recommend. I didn't give them a 5 because I have never had any mechanical work done here.

I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. My wife and I had our car towed to Robinson's after an accident. We are from out of town and really had no other choice. But it turned out to be such an enormous blessing. This shop is like a throw-back to the old-days, when customers are treated with courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and a smile. Mike recognized that my family was in a tight spot -- hours away from home with a baby and two dogs -- and he did what he could to put us at ease and then get to working on our car as soon as possible. He treated us so fairly. I really just can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and skill. He clearly explained to me the damage to my vehicle and what would need to be done. And, as I sat in the shop, I saw the same professionalism with every customer that came through the door. Mind you, this was all on a snowy Saturday morning, when he could have taken it easy and told us that he really couldn't do anything for us on the weekend. He rather treated all of us -- not just my family -- with the utmost courtesy, clearly explaining to each and every customer just what it was that he was working on, what he was doing with their vehicle, and when he might be finished.Again, I can only describe this place by likening it to a kind of old-time shop, the kind of shop that you trust unfailingly to do right by you and your family. I encourage one and all to bring your vehicles to this shop. You'll be delighted to learn that places like this still exist.

Travelling with my parents from Ontario Canada, and we had a mishap with our emergency brakes. Michael came out explained everything was knowledgeable and kind. We would 100% recommend these folks.

I was halfway through my 2.5 hour trip and got a flat tire on I-81 at 6:30 am on a Saturday. I got off the highway and parked my car in front of the closest tire repair shop I could find, waiting for them to open. They started working on my tire the moment they came into the shop, replaced the faulty valve stem, and I was on my way by 8:15. I was happy that the work was done so quickly and that he charged very reasonably not taking advantage of the fact that I had no other options. Thank you!

I decided to use Robinson's two two members of my family had really good experiences. In addition the business is locally owned and if we want to see our communities prosper we need to support our local businesses.I needed an inspection and I suspected a lot of work would have to be done on my truck before it would pass. I dropped it off the night before and by early the next afternoon Michael called with the estimates. Not only did he clearly describe the problems he found, but he presented them in a manner that outlined the repairs that were essential to the inspection and then those that he saw needing to be addressed in the near future. I was very impressed. I believe I have found my mechanic!

These guys are absolutely amazing I was traveling from Scranton Pennsylvania to Syracuse New York and needed some tires put on my car I stopped in and was taking care of immediately. While waiting for my tires to be put on I overheard the mechanic talking to customers and with the receptionist , these guys actually CARE about the customers and the jobs that they are doing....... Absolutely great

I have no issues with this shop, it is close to home, I can walk home after dropping it off, the always try to get my vehicle in quickly and if they can change to a quicker appointment they give me a call. My vehicle broke down on route 81. I had it towed to Robinson's because they were the closest garage. They had it fixed the next day at a reasonable price. They were very nice. Thanks for being there.

Was traveling to Syracuse and had car trouble. Pulled off the exit and saw the shop. Michael took our car right in too look at right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Fixed the problem and we were on our way.

I would highly recommend this garage. They were helpful,honest,friendly and thorough. I am from out of town and left my vehicle with them over the weekend .I would have my car serviced here anytime.

Robinson's Repair is everything a full service repair facility should be. Honest, fair pricing, good quality work and locally owned by someone who really cares about his customers. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended.

Horrible buisness. Went to have a tire put on a rim, first I was told $10 then $20 and then that I would have to set an appointment. Receptionist had no clue as to what she was talking about and couldn't answer any questions without asking her boss.
