One of the best vendors I ve dealt with in a long time. I had an issue, due to contracting Covid, where I couldn t install an amp that I bought for over a year. There was an issue, my own fault, not OEM Auto Audio, Inc., and they went above and beyond to get me an amp that worked. Wouldn t hesitate to do business with them again. Good people that you can trust.

Had an issue with my radio/nav unit in my Lexus. After a lot of research the cost to replace it even find a used one was outrageous! Purchased OEM s services on EBay, they sent me a free shipping label and I boxed up my unit and sent it in. 1 week later, I got it back working like new again and the cost was much less than any other options out there. Highly recommend their services.

Wow! OEM Auto Audio saved our family significant $$$. We own a 2018 Lexus RX350, and the GPS control unit went bad -- the screen still worked (the screen still displayed the backup camera), but the unit wouldn't load the map/vehicle setting controls. The Lexus dealership quoted $2,900 to replace the radio/GPS console unit with a refurbished unit. Fortunately, I discovered OEM Auto Audio on the web (we're based in California), and they fixed my unit for less than 1/3 the dealership cost!I spoke with Joe by phone. He answered all of my questions so I could verify his business was legit and that they had the expertise to fix the unit. He and his team have repaired thousands of these units, and they have the diagnostic software needed to identify the problem and verify the repair works. He emailed a postage-paid shipping label so I could ship the unit to him. You pay AFTER Joe's team repairs and verifies the unit is working again. Once Joe received payment, he promptly shipped the unit back to me.I installed the repaired unit, and it works like new. FYI, videos on YouTube show how to easily remove the unit for the make/model of your car.I highly recommend OEM Auto Audio!!!

Great service! I called Joe before purchasing a refurbished unit and he was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer questions before I purchased. The unit came with install instructions to help and looked like new. I ve had the replacement in for about a month now and it works like new again.Purchased for a Lexus GX 460 and saved a lot of money for what would have been a ~$5k replacement through the dealer.

This business is awesome! I got OEM Auto Audio, Inc's information from a Youtube video on how to remove the amp for my 2011 Lexus RX 350. I emailed Mr. Flaherty one night and he replied early the next morning and emailed me a shipping label and was able to send my amp off the next day! Total turnaround time was about a week. He got my amp repaired and it works perfectly! I am totally satisfied with the customer service, the price and the warranty and the ease of the process! I would definitely recommend OEM Auto Audio, Inc! Thank you Mr. Flaherty.

OEM Auto Audio repaired my car's radio header unit which brought the car's infotainment system back to life. They repaired the unit perfectly and at a cost far less than what the dealer would charge to replace the unit. The seller is very responsive, often answered my messages within minutes, and kept me informed about the repair work and return shipping. His turn-around time was the shortest possible. I couldn't be happier with the repair service they did for me.

My wife and I have an '07 Lexus RX350. The radio was seen to work intermittently, such that the radio would power on, volume controls would work, station selection would work, but NO sound. Checked the amp one time, unplugged and checked terminals for corrosion (they were clean) and radio started to work for a couple months, so thought the issue was bad connection. Upgraded the radio, system worked and then a couple weeks later, same thing with the new radio, volume and station control worked but NO sound. Called up Joe and described my situation. He offered to put the amp through tests and if he could not find anything, he said he would not charge me, other than for return shipping. I sent him my amp. He tested the unit and found an issue and repaired the unit in a day or so. He called me up about the repair to let me know the findings and returned my amp. Jo provided very good service to repair our factory amp. Thank you much!

OEM Auto Audio, Inc is incredibly easy to work with. They had a part my Dealership hadn't been able to source for 9 months. They shipped it quickly and it worked without a hitch. I sent them the defective part so they could refurbish it and they sent me a partial refund. Very decent thing to do. If I need auto parts again, I will go to OEM Auto Audio, Inc first.

This is a shout out to those looking for a reputable place to repair their car amps at a reasonable cost. My experience dealing with Joe Flaherty, proprietor of OEM, was ever so positive,. Joe was helpful and.professional, quickly repairing and returning my unit within a matter of just a few days! He also shared links to YouTube videos dealing with situations similar to mine as a BMW owner which I found quite informative towards preventing the amp from being moisture damaged again in the future. Having the unit repaired by OEM and installing it myself ended up costing me just one quarter of what I was quoted by a BMW service facility for a new replacement amp and needed subsequent reprogramming!

The radio for my 2004 Honda Accord was not working after weighing my options decided to have it repaired. The shipping was included in the price. Sent it off and had it back less than a week later, 2 day turnaround was spot on and the radio now works great. Highly recommend.

Purchased a refurbished amplifier from them, after installing and having the same issue they helped me troubleshoot and solve the problem. In the end I did not need to replace the amplifier and they told me to return it, full refund, just pay for shipping.Truthfully one of the best experiences I have ever had as a customer. Highly recommend.

Joe was knowledgeable and honest in sharing information to help me detect and easily fix a connection issue with my Lexus RC350 F s communication/entertainment system. It would ve been easy for anyone to take advantage and opt to sell all the bells and whistles right off the bat. Not Joe. This service is a rarity these days and I so appreciated it! Thanks!!!

Joe Flaherty/OEM Auto Audio is a GENIUS! He seemingly knows everything there is to know about car amps and radios, and he's happy to share his knowledge. In our case, Joe remotely diagnosed a challenging Lexus radio problem (over the phone) and patiently explained to to my mechanic how to make it work again. We are so thankful -- OEM Auto Audio saved us thousands of dollars and a lot of wasted time. The sound in my wife's Lexus RX450h radio abruptly stopped working. The Lexus dealer estimated $500 to troubleshoot the problem, and $3000- $5000 to fix it. My local mechanic (whom I love but who does not do radio diagnostics) suggested going to a car audio specialist, and getting a work-around system: installing a new amp, and possibly replacing the radio head unit with basically a tablet. While a less expensive solution than the dealer's, the work-around meant that my radio would still be there but none of the buttons would do anything; we would have to control the radio, etc., with our phones, through apps. Ugh.Neither choice sounded acceptable so we went to the web where we found a YouTube video (Suburban Ranch) that said OEM Auto Audio had repaired their broken amplifier. See link: https://youtu.be/H5kH85xiE5g?feature=shared My wife called OEM Auto Audio and left a message. Joe, the owner of OEM, returned her call about an hour later, and as she started to describe the situation, he stopped her saying, "I know what you're going to tell me. You were listening to the radio and the sound went out, but your screen still works." It was exactly what happened.Joe explained that our SUV radio and amps almost certainly did NOT need replacement. The solution was far simpler -- disconnecting, cleaning, and reconnecting one of two wires between the head-unit and the amplifier. The first connection is located below the center console/shifter area. It needed to be accessed, disconnected, cleaned, and reconnected. Best of all, I could do this one myself. If not that connection, then I would need to access the other connection behind the radio head-unit.My problem was not the first one, so I took my car to a shop (pulling out the head-unit is above my pay grade). They removed the head unit, cleaned the connection behind it, reconnected it and that was it! This fix cost no more than a few hundred bucks. It's rare to find someone in the car repair world who will tell you the truth. As Joe explained, he'd rather provide helpful information over the phone than sell someone a part that would not fix their radio. We were so fortunate to have found OEM AA. Thanks, Joe!

Did an amazing job fixing my GX460 head unit. It's back to functioning like new. Quick turn around. 1 year warranty is a huge plus. Dealership wanted $4000 to do the exact same thing OEM Auto Audio was able to do at a fraction of the price. OEM Auto Audio is a legit company that provides great work at incredible prices.

OEM Auto Audio, Inc is the place to go if you own a Lexus and the audio system, e.g. the radio has ceased to work. This applies to other vehicle makes as well.Joe, who owns OEM Auto Audio, sent me a replacement for my non functioning radio amplifier . I, myself, installed the amplifier and now I have perfect sound again. This picture shows how to get to the amplifier in a Lexus LX470.It is the slender SILVER item that is to the right of the DVD player (black face) when viewed from the rear of the front passenger seat.Four bolts allow you to unfasten that front passenger seat, lifting it so you can the remove the amplifier . There are 7 bolts in all that you will need to loosen to do the job. Take photos of all of this before you begin to insure that you put it back together properly.Raise the front passenger seat FULLY up and then forward, tilting the back forward to get what you see in this picture.Clyde

I can not thank OEM Auto Audio enough. When the audio in my 2017 BMW X5 went silent, the BMW Dealership in Roanoke Virginia said (after a $189 Diagnostic) that I would have to replace the vehicle's amplifier AND the instrument cluster at a cost of $5,800.00 - Found OEM Auto Audio and purchased one of their refurbished amplifiers, largely due to their 90 Warranty. Literally took 10 minutes to install the amp I received from OEM Auto Audio and everything is working as it should. OEM provides you with direct contact information if you were to run into any issues with installation (to which I did not), but contacted them prior to installation just to be sure there wasn't anything special I had to do. Package arrived EARLY from what the expected delivery was estimated and very well packaged. I wish there was more I could write, but this is what the standard for customer service should be.

Joe did a fantastic job at repairing my Lexus RC F's failed amplifier. I had no sound coming from my speakers and sent him the diagnostic code which he confirmed is a fault with the AMP. I sent it off and he got it back in the mail in 2 days time to me. Thanks Joe!

I contacted this company about repairing the amp in a 2014 RX350, and within minutes Joe had emailed back that he didn't think it was the amp and gave me a few things to try first. After a few emails, and even a phone call, he saved us countless hours and money by suggesting we clean the connection at the back of the radio - which worked... I even asked him for his appleid or PayPal so I could send him a tip, but he declined.... THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!

Couldn't recommend more. New part arrived quickly and worked as soon as I plugged it in. They provided a return shipping label in the package for me to send back my bad unit. I received a $25 refund for my old amplifier.

I own a 2015 Genesis G80 vehicle. I was just driving and the audio went out inside my car. I went to dealership to be told it was my radio and would cost $2,000. I also had to pay $169 just for the dealership to tell me that. I got a 2nd opinion and learned that the Lexicon sound systems are known to have amplifier issues. I pulled the amp and sure enough I saw a sticker showing it had already been repaired once! I called Joe and his team with OEM Audio and he sent me a return label and within 5 days I had unit fixed, paid and on the way back to me for under $375 total! Wow! Joe! You and your team are awesome! I send anyone to your company! Regardless if Lexicon, Boise Sound Systems, etc! I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH!Thank YouJason Gensler

I purchased a thx amp from OEM Auto Audio and the system still did not work. I called them and they were extremely helpful in getting to the bottom of what was going on. My antenna control module was also bad, so he asked me to send it back to them and they repaired that as well. Now my audio is working perfectly. Thanks to OEM for all the help and I highly recommend them for any audio issues.

I sent in my amp for a 2017 Toyota Landcruiser after Toyota told me it was bad (Toyota quoted $3k to replace and install the new amp).OEM Auto Audio tested the amp and determined it was not bad. They provide a refund and also provided recommendations on what the issue likely is and how to fix it!I could have easily been charged the full amount and not provided the recommendations, I can't thank OEM Audio enough and reminds me there are good people still out there.
