Life storage - Manlius is perhaps the nicest storage unit I have done business with. The facility is new, very clean, and well lit. We have a climate control unit on the second floor. The elevator is spacious and in good repair. I like that they always have several large, flat bed dollies in the lobby that are free to use to transport your items to/from your vehicle. Jeff, has been great to do business with.

Space is clean, safe and secure! I spoke to Jeff and he helped me through the whole process even met me at the hat to help and came down to my unit while unload to make sure I need anything. Jeff is super respectful helpful and careing. Thank you so much best storage experience ever!!!! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone

I recently started renting a unit in Manlius and couldn t be happier with the service. This is the first time I have ever had to rent a unit and was totally clueless. When I came to the unit to get my keys Jeff came right out to help me find my unit and show me how to use the lock. We had a great conversation about buy/renting houses. He made me feel safe and comfortable. The building is clean and well lit. With my work schedule it would be hard to make it during the normal nine to five hours so being able to get to the building as late as 10pm and as early as 6am is a total plus. Highly recommend renting from Life Storage!

This center is so well run! It s safe, clean, secure! It s a pleasure to interact with Jeff! He runs a great place & I always know my belongings are in good hands. What a great place to keep your items! The climate controlled units in particular are clean & comfortable! Best storage in greater Syracuse

My wife and I got a small unit about a year ago but needed more space so we upgraded to a 10x20. The units are incredibly clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The unit works great for our overflow cause now we can come and go to get what we need almost any hour of the day with just our gate code.

Absolute 10/10 experience. This was the first storage unit I rented myself, so I didn t understand much of how the process worked. Jeffry made everything very simple, and I am very grateful. Since then, he has gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with everything.

Very clean and secure. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was easy to rent and access the indoor unit we booked (elevator access and carts available). I d definitely recommend this storage facility to a friend.

The facility is just great - very clean and maintained. Jeff Nicoson is phenomenal and very helpful. I store my car with Jeff and he is a pleasure to deal with and i will keep returning because of the service i recieve.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience, excellent facilities, customer service and nice people. Jeff Nicoson should be leading masters class in customer service. One less thing we had to stress about downsizing our house.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The units are well kept and clean, the whole facility looks brand new but has been around for a while! I dealt with Jeff and he was nothing less than excellent! I would highly recommend renting here, and the prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality that you get!

Very clean and friendly. Easy to move everything in with elevators and carts. Security codes for entry at the gate and to the facility itself give me a lot of peace of mind!

This facility is top-notch. You could eat off the floors it's so clean. I knew/know that it's more expensive than other options, but to me it's worth paying more for the quality and trust-factor.Jeff Nicoson (owner/manager) at the front desk is great; very helpful and willing to work with you to meet your needs.Also, Greg Colvin and Matt Teta (recommended by Jeff) are EXCELLENT movers. Super fair and just awesome to work with.I moved out of a 4bed house with quite a bit of stuff. I have both a 10'x20' exterior unit and 10'x10' climate-controlled unit. I was *barely* able to fit into these and only because I sold off a TON of stuff. I really wished I had gotten a 10'x30' external (rare) and maybe a 10'x15' climate-controlled. (pictures attached of everything moved in; being really organized helped a lot)

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jeffry. He was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable about the storage facilities. He followed up our initial discussion with emails and phone calls asking if I had any questions as I had told him this was my first experience using a storage facility. Security, temperature control and cleanliness are important and my needs were met. Renting on a month to month commitment suits my uncertain time frame. Overall, I am giving the experience the maximum star rating.

Really convenient location and a great price. Our unit was the perfect size and clean. Jeff is super friendly and accommodating, he helped out several times while we were loading and unloading our storage unit. Definitely would recommend!

As a senior citizen the process of moving is overwhelming. I cannot say enough about how thorough and patient Jeff Nicoson is. He explained every detail and guided me through the process with smiles and suggestions which has alleviated so much stress! The units are immaculate and the prices are very reasonable. My move is now going to be so much easier knowing that Jeff is there to help and guide me through the process. I am so very thankful that I found this facility!

We stored items for 8 months at this facility, just emptying it out last week. It was a terrific experience all-around. Jeff was so kind and helpful every time we visited. He truly cared that we were going through a stressful period and did everything he could to be of assistance. It is an immaculate facility, well-lit, and very easy to move your belongings in and out of the building. So glad we chose this storage space and very grateful to Jeff!
