I highly recommend you using Schmitty's Family Auto in Manhasset, NY. Schmitty and his team are the friendlist auto body shop I have ever worked with. They take care of everything and are excellent communicators. They are just easy to work with and they do excellent work too. I could not be happier with the work they did on my vehicle. If you are in need, please consider Schmitty's shop as you will be very happy with them.

Schmitty at Schmittys family auto is the most trustworthy, honest and professional auto repair man you could find! Schmitty has been known to go out in ice storms to help neighbors who have been locked out of their cars, provided emergency jumpstarts for dead batteries and often does so without taking any payment! He always goes above and beyond for his customers and community and the community should continue to support him and the business!

I have known Schmitty for approximately 30 years and I have never known anybody better or more honest and reliable. He is truly the most honest and sincere business person and the work that they do is beyond top-notch and I will always come here for life and recommend every single person I know.

I had accidentally locked my keys in the trunk at Raindew s parking lot and Schmitty came by to unlock it for me without any questions and wouldn t take any tip from me. What an amazing guy and I am truly thankful!!! Highly recommend as he is such an honest man!

AN HONEST MECHANIC! . I brought my jeep in this morning because smoke was coming from under the hood. I was told a few hours later that my radiator cap was not completely closed. Fluid was dripping out on the hot engine causing the smoke. They could have told me anything and i was prepared to pay. Instead they told me the truth and charged me nothing. That goes a long way with me. I recommend them highly and will absolutely use them again. Thank you very much!

Schmitty is the nicest man in the world. Fixed my car with absolutely no issues. Trustworthy, honest, and on top of things. Family run shop. I met his sons, who are equally just as amazing. Mary Anne (the receptionist) greets me with a smile and kindness every time we speak. I will come here for any car issue forever! I can not recommend this place enough!!!!!

Schmitty is the best. I recommend him to all of my friends. He's fair, honest and won't rip you off. That's hard to find these days. So, I say find someone who you trust & who does great work and stick with them. He is truly the best.

No better Mechanic. Schmitty is such a nice guy, honest and extremely fair pricing. It's very stressful when one has car problems and thankfully Schmitty is the only stress free part of the process. What a nice man and great mechanic. His staff are also great!

I was referred to this place by a co-worker so I had my Audi towed there after my accident. I picked up my car a couple days ago and it came out perfect. My car was in pretty bad shape after being t-boned so I'm very impressed they fixed it like new. My co-worker was spot-on and I am very impressed with this place. Schmitty was very pleasant as well.
