I go here for all my car needs. They most recently did a chrome delete and it came out amazing! Sam was great with keeping me up to date on the progress. Everyone is super friendly and professional.

I came to Port Washington Collision after my vehicle was vandalized. Not only was Sam professional, but she was very communicative in regards to updates on my car and any questions I had. She handled all of the logistics from start to finish. My car was repaired much quicker than expected and looks brand new. I couldn t be happier and will definitely be returning for any repairs in the future. I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs it.

My vehicle was in an accident hit from behind. I was upset due to the damages and I wanted the vehicle to look like it was before. I reached out to Nissan service and was referred to Sam at Port Washington Collision. Sam made everything easy from day one. She answer all of my questions and even went above and beyond what I expected from a vehicle collision company. I didn't have to do much since she handle my claim and kept me in the loop. I have to say thank you Sam for all your hard work and for sure I will tell all my friends and family to come see you for any future services. I am very grateful for all you do. I went into the shop a few weeks ago bc I needed tires. I met Sam who was one of the nicest people, but more importably knew so much about Jeeps. She helped me pick out tires that were better suited for my Jeep, took time with me to make decisions on the wheels and when it was finally done it looks so awesome! Beyond what I thought it could be. Sam is a gem. They didn t upsell me and the price was reasonable. All in all it was a fantastic experience. I will be back for all of my car needs. Blown away by the kindness and customer service here at Port Washington Collision. My vehicle was experiencing engine problems and Sam was able to provide me a loaner vehicle as the worked to find the issue. Unfortunately for me, my vehicle was totaled, but Sam went above and beyond, guiding me through the next steps and with absolute minimal costs to me. I will absolutely be returning.

Sam is amazing, she s kind, sweet, very knowledgeable, professional, I can just go on. I ve been looking a long time for a mechanical shop for my truck and always had a bad experience. I was really happy with everything here at Port Washington Collision. I will only be coming here from now on ! Highly highly recommend this place.Thank you again Sam !

Sam was so amazing and helpful!! I couldn t recommend her and Port Washington Collision enough. There s a reason everyone is giving 5 star reviews. My car was totaled after a flood and she took care of EVERYTHING. Helped me with my insurance and set me up with a nice rental car for the time being. Then she provided excellent advice for my next car! She s definitely my go to for all things case related!!!

After an accident, I took my car to Port Washington Collision center for repair. I was blown away by the quality of the work and the customer service. Sam kept me informed about the progress on my car throughout the process. Her knowledge, her ethics and her professionalism were a breath of fresh air, after the accident. I was treated like a family member, which reminded me of good old days, when people were honest and reliable. Got rear-ended, and Sam at Port Washington Collision helped me get the process rolling with the insurance company. She helped me from start to finish - and even facilitated in getting me a rental vehicle. The shop did an amazing job, with the repairs. They even detailed my car and it looks like it just came out of a show room. I can t thank them enough for all the hard work Highly recommend - and thank you Sam for everything.

I went here to get my car repaired, and OMG they were amazing. When you come here ask for Sam! She is the absolute sweetest person you will ever meet! She greeted me with a warm smile and told me everything was going to go smoothly, and it will be okay. Everything went just as she said! Actually, she went above and beyond! She is so caring and super intelligent! This job was made for her! I I definitely knew my car was in good hands! She is also so genuine! When I got my car back after it was fixed, it was as good as new! Not to mention my car was so clean and smelled so good lol! Sam genuinely cares about her costumers and will treat you with such respect. I will be coming here from now on to get any repairs done!! If you ever need to get your car repaired please come here and ask for Sam!!! You won t regret it!!

I dropped by the shop for just an inspection check, but Sam was so professional and reliable, I knew I could trust her with my car. Following week, my husband got into a minor car accident, so of course I knew who to call. It is definitely a one stop shop that you can trust! My neighbor was renovating his house and the construction workers accidentally rear ended my car!!! My car was crying - literally. My neighbor felt really bad and he recommended me to go visit Sam. That s the end of the story I m so happy I met Sam at the auto repair shop. Just mention my name and Sam will take good care of you!! Two thumbs up.

It was a 5 star experience here at Port Washington collision. Sam @ PWC is very kind, friendly, very much knowledgeable and above all amazingly professional. I had a my Volvo XC 90 collision and Sam took care everything from A to Z. The sam s special care have been an absolute pleasure. She is straight forward and all about service. From the moment I walked in I was treated like a family member. From start to finish, it was an unusually simple and stress-less transaction. And when it comes to service:outstanding. She makes it happen. Incredibly accommodating and go to the aftercare to satisfy their customers. What else need to be said. I will definitely come back here. Got a brand new car but due to a crazy storm, I got into a minor crash. My neighbor recommended this place and I trust my neighbor since he s obsessed with his car. After couple of week, my car was in perfect condition. I love this place. Ask for Sam.

I was looking for a reputable auto body and repair shop. Now my long search cones to an end. Excellent service and follow up. The craftsmanship on the automotive repair and body work is superb. They will handle the insurance and rental, takes care of all the stressful part. The staff on duty are knowledgable and friendly. They are very trustworthy. They are the best!! Axel was very quick with fixing my punctured tire and setting the pressure back to where it's supposed be. AND because no one was available at that time to charge my credit card at the front office and I had no cash with me, he didn't end up charging me for the work(!). He demonstrated that he values the customer's time and cares about the firm's long term business and reputation. For that alone he deserves a 5 star.

Dropped my car off expecting to leave it overnight, but David was able to repair my vehicle in just under an hour, without an appointment. Very fair prices and fantastic service. Highly recommend!

My car was damaged after getting into an accident at the supermarket parking lot. I called PWC and Sam explained the different options I have in getting it fixed. The car came back like it s brand new. Sam and everyone at this place are awesome!
