I am grateful for the exceptional Honda service I received that exceeded my expectations.I have to say, the staff at this place is simply wonderful. And when I say wonderful, I really mean it! One person in particular, David, has been an absolute lifesaver. He goes above and beyond to help with all my queries and concerns. If you're looking for a place with exceptional customer service, this is it. I have finally found the Honda dealership that works best for me and my family!

Do not come to get your car service here. First of all Honda s are known to have issues with their sunroof were water leaks to the inside and then to the electronic wiring of the car. No matter what warranty you pay extra they won t admit to their design error. Second if you have this problem you will need to use car insurance to pay for this expensive repair. Third when they do the repair and then break or scratch other parts of your car after taking a long time, they will avoid at all cost to make it right (even thought they acknowledge they caused the scratches). They will tell you they will fix it but really won t, they will just keep delaying till you get tired of going there and they can avoid fixing the problem. Avoid their service and sales from this place. Very shady and to this day they haven t repair or fix the problems identified and acknowledge by them on my car. If I could give them a zero I would but unfortunately Google won t allow me. When they so called fix the wiring, I had to come back again because still had water inside the car, then I told them and showed them door trim scratches and interior scratches, as well as rip on door faux leather they acknowledged it wad their fault but to this day they have not fixed it although they had my car in their service department twice.So them having my car was just all a ploy to delay for you to get annoyed to the point you don t come back anymore and forget about it. Again don t come here for repair, you ve been warned! Avoid at all cost! And avoid the service person named Manny, who is a liar and won t fix it properly.UPDATEWhile I was there they went through a few management changes and nothing happened. Nothing improved and I doubt they will honor their errors! Maybe change in management but same mentality and same employees! Go elsewhere! Again went there for what they claim was electrical damage due to sunroof leak (which I never had on any car previously) and they would not accept the damage due to design flaw but instead had me go through insurance. And when they did the work they damage the interior which is yet to be fixed and was given the run around where they would order parts and those so called parts never arrived! DON T GO HERE GO ELSEWHERE!!! Don t trust this management change!!! They do this whenever they have issues just wipe away claims or reviews!!! They are SHADY!!! SHADY!!! SHADY!!!!

It's quite stressful when looking to buy/finance a vehicle. Karla Deleon at Honda of Manhasset made it so easy and stress free. She was able to answer all our questions. She was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and compared a few side by side. She made the process so smooth and painless. Her focus on her customers is impeccable and very professional. She also took time to follow up with me to see if there is anything additional that she can do and how I liked the car. She has made herself available if should something arises. Thank you Karla for going far and beyond to make this transaction easy.

We purchased a 2021 Black Honda HRV. The sales staff were friendly and accommodating. They did not treat us like sharks. Made us feel welcomed and were very fair with the price and our trade-in. Brandon Burns is a phenomenal Product Specialist. Answered all my questions and listened to my requests and concerns. Also, Joe, the Manager stopped by to introduce himself and the entire dealership congratulated us on our purchase. I will definitely be returning for a second purchase for my husband and will reach out to Brandon Burns to assist us. Empire Honda assured us that we would take good care of us.

Danny So is the best sales consultant I've dealt with within the 6 months period. He is very nice and he made sure my requests were met. He is very honest and sincere which was very refreshing so my experience with buying my fourth Honda made it such a breeze. When you go to Honda of Manhasset, you make sure you ask for Danny.

I had a GREAT experience at Honda of Manhasset. I got what I want and my payments are just what I needed to be at. Karla along with Sales manager Adolfo were GREAT in assisting me in this process. It didn t take long at all for us to reach a deal quick and easy. I ve previously had leased a couple of cars with Paragon Honda but Honda of Manhasset definitely did it for me. My experience here exceeds Paragon Honda. I would be leasing with them again.

Bryan DeLeone. Fell in love with the 2014 Blue Honda Accord V6 Coupe EX-L trim. It s 10 years old but it doesn t even look it! Bryan is an awesome dude and the new team there feels young but still experienced and professional at the same time and the buying process was very smooth. Come to this guy if you need a car, he checks all the boxes!

I buy my parts at this dealer and I always deal with Derrick in the parts department. He's extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He always knows exactly what I'm looking for. Would definitely recommend buying your parts at this dealership.

My experience buying a new vehicle here wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Just be aware of some of the psychological games played by dealerships- like taking your car keys away from you while you browse. I would've preferred avoiding grey auto business practices like sneaking in mark-ups and listing lease returns as negative equity but I felt like they weren't as predatory as other dealerships in the area. I'd do my research and be completely certain as to which vehicle I want and what I am willing to pay before heading in. Be sure to shop around and bring in buyer's orders from other dealerships to reduce how much you overpay.

Brandon was the best! I have visited several Honda dealers and none of them got me satisfied with either their transparency or honesty. When I visited Honda of Manhasset I completely had different experience, especially with Brandon Burns. Brandon was absolutely very honest and great communicator with a lot of patience answering all questions thoroughly until we got deal done. This is a great place to shop cars especially if you meet with Brandon Burns. He will not let you down! He handled everything perfectly! Adolfo helped as well! Glad to have came here!

I had a very positive experience with Adolfo and Brandon. I told Adolfo about my poor experience with the previous owners of this location and he assured me he'd make things right. He stuck to his word and got me into a new Pilot at a better rate than anyone else was offering.

I went in for service of my car that was not from the dealer. They recognized my equity and my 2018 car and made me a fair deal for a 2024 Honda Odyssey sport. The sales team led by Caress And her team, including Daniel, Vinny, Ryan and Russ. I realize later that they act as a team and not necessarily a single point commission so I found them all very helpful. The deal they presented me, which included so much service and extras included was appealing to strike an unexpected trade in deal. Looking forward to a lasting relationship.

After coming to Honda of Manhasset for several transactions, I decided to go a different brand. Low & behold, a few years later, I circled back for my next trade-in. By far the best Honda dealership in the NY metro area. Sales are straightforward, no hassle and fair. Customer interaction is fantastic. The Titan team is expedient without sacrificing service - ask for Brandon & Russ! I wouldn t use any other Honda dealership. Solid 5 stars.

Great experience at Honda of Manhasset. Sales manager Adolfo and salesman Danny So were true professionals throughout the process. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted, and they did not rest until they put us in the car we wanted. We give them a lot of credit. We re tough negotiators. And they did everything they could to make sure that everyone left satisfied. Highly recommend Honda of Manhasset! Ask for Adolfo and Danny So! They ll put you in the car you want!

I do not recommend Honda of Manhasset. I leased my car from then in February 2023, took my car for an inspection and oil change February 2024. After I dropped my car off and let the dealership they called and advised me that my car had a recall and if I would like them to take care of it. I said sure why not the car is there already. They never changed my inspection sticker and I ended up getting a ticket. I brought my car back to Honda and showed them my receipt and stated I requested an inspection and oil change when I made my appointment and it was on the receipt customer requested inspection they told me that doesn t mean anything to them and i brought the car in for the recall. I stated that was lie because I didn t know my car had a recall until I brought it here. They never did my inspection and now I have to pay my ticket because they don t know how to do the one job they have to do every day.

I recently purchased a brand new 2024 Honda HRV and it was a great experience. Brandon is amazing he answered all the questions we asked, was willing to negotiate a reasonable price and always listened to our comments and feedback. Brandon even offered to return our rental car, a service that I never experienced before. If you are looking to purchase a car at Honda Manhasset, ask for Brandon.

John L and the one of the managers, Danny, were nothing but accommodating and understanding throughout the whole process. The dealerships friendliness and enthusiasm does not go unnoticed! My experience with Manhasset dealership has been wonderful! The dealership was bought by new owners several months ago. Vinny was great in helping me secure a new lease and was personable and honest with recommendations and finances!!! I have HATED car shopping in the past but he truly made it an honest and easy experience. For the last 10 years I have worked with another Honda dealership and when I went several weeks ago, i felt that I was not being served the way I deserved to be so I made the decision to switch to manhasset and I will never go anywhere else now. I didn t have to jump through hoops to get a good deal, they spoke to me like family and made me feel comfortable. They are amazing!!!!

I'm extremely happy with purchase today, I have Prince my sales rep showing me the car, he is patient and not pushy at all. Then next the used car sales manager which I apologize for forgetting his name. He is direct, knowledgeable and realistic with negotiating for trade in and final sales price. Lastly William the finance manager, he is professional and provide you any questions you may have with your terms and apr rate, don't forget to ask for extended warranty and other services. Thank you all for the seamless car purchasing experience.

Absolutely amazing how the Staff treated me . I take it into so much consideration of a business when I'm not greeted escorted or assisted properly. I went to the first location couple months back in July in Valley stream and had horrific service when I say I was waiting I was waitall day. day. Their service was very slow and disorganized .This Location 10x better cleaner, nicer, and professional. from the greeter to the front desk and I believe the manager of the store it was quite Welcoming

We just got our very first car! We re so glad to have Caress (Hope I spelled right). She understood the assignment like our situation, budget, personal preference, etc. We could text her anytime we had questions, and she was never late to reply. The best part was she was super friendly, so we had no difficulty discussing any issues or concerns about the car or process. We would recommend her to anyone for sure.We had looked at so many cars and met all those dealers over the months. We had met someone who forced us to get the deals on the day we just saw the vehicle, yelled at us, or even showed attitude when we wanted the deposit back. We always ended up either not liking the car or the person selling it ;) Finally, this time we liked both the vehicle and the person!Also, their finance man was very straightforward and nice as well. Will never forget the moment the whole team in the hallway celebrated us when we were done with the documents and walked out of the office with a key. They have a good vibe in the office lol Thanks for the help!
