Viola has amazing service. She was very HELPFUL. I was completely impressed with their professionalism. Diana is a very fluent Spanish speaker. Viola and Diana are both very friendly and give our fair prices highly skilled.

My car broke down on route 95 and Vincents Vincent came to the rescue. The driver was very nice and professional. He told me to the shop so they could replace my tire. The office staff was very nice and accommodating strongly recommend Vincent services . They are the best in the area

We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.

I just had a very bad experience with viola in charge of picking up my Vehicle! She is very rude and condescending and has no personality or customer service skills. Yeah, my experience with Viola was very Terrifying. Viola has has a very bad attitude and no patience. I will never deal with Vincent anymore from this point. I was unable to have an adult conversation with her and she decided to call the police for no reason. They gave me one price on the phone and when I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it was another price more money. I asked for the owners name, and she walked away from me, and refused to give me his name so I can talk to him. I have never been treated this way ever in my life.

I had wonderful experience with Vincent service. I got to go to flat tire. The tow truck driver provided great service, and I was back in business in no time strongly recommend Vincent service to everyone.

The best place in town fast prompt and reliathe girls in the office are greathey even offered my 60-year-old father. Arrived home so he did not have to wait. At no chawhen the car was done. The office manager Wiolaeven delivers the car to him thank you

They charged more than they deserve!! It s kinda robbery!! Lady was so rude at the front desk!!And you guys such a liar bad as*.(you guys saying I put fake plates on my vehicle!! Prove it !! don t try to cover bad side of your face!! People are knows that your company is the worst company ever in Westchester! Shame on you.

I was going through a tough time as my scooter was just recently taken about 10 days ago while the time I was able to get the money together and everything sorted. I realized that I owed more than the scooter was worth. First off I was treated very well Thank you, Alex, and Staff also thank you Monica for your generosity and helping me out in a tough time. Without requesting Monica, the owner allowed me to leave my vehicle for an additional night without charge because of the rain she did not want me to ride in the rain and I had no other solutions she was amazing and it helped make something tough not so bad, She also gave me very thoughtful advice and truly felt bad for the situation I was in. I recommend them for towing and all of the services including. Repairs I think they do them there. The shop is very clean and these folks are really supernice professional.Service: Special vehicle towing

I have used their service a numerous amount of times and they are excellent. They are quick and provide great service to my vehicles. I recently brought my car in for service when my dash lit up like a Christmas tree when my alternator blew and at the same time replaced my tire when I ran over a 5 inch nail. They had my car back to me within a day! Highly recommend, smooth operator!

SO. I had an accident on I95 south it was a roll over. So this tow company was called because it was its jurisdiction. Next day I call about retrieving my belonging and if I could have another tow company come junk the vehicle . A female worker said over the phone if I bring 350.00 I could retrieve my belonging (mind you my wallet is in the car with Apple air tag) so I tell them if I can come down and get my wallet I could pay you they said no come with cash or Zelle!! So I m like wow I have to borrow money to pay you money that s on your premises how degrading. So I borrow the funds I go to the place to pay for my belongings which you would think is your car because I mean the TITLE IS KN MY NAME . So when I bring the 350.00 they say that deal was only if I was allowing them to junk my car if I was going to use someone else they would have to charge me an additional 476.39 . And that also with fees waived !!! So basically he just told me I m paying for the items in my car !!! So this company is a rip off !! This is when I realized it so I hand my title over give him the 350.00 he prints me out a receipt that says 337.05 so I chuckle I got get my belongings out the vehicle so now when I get to get my belongings they had a tow trucker driver there and I asked if we could pull my car in to the lot to get my things he says yes! BUT HE DOES THIS . He gets out his truck and leave a very tiny space to squeeze inbetween his tow truck and the garage gate that opens and close so we were going to just carry the stuff to the because we couldn t fit but when walking out the gate wasn t fully opened so we pushed down and was able to fit while the tow truck driver sat on the phone and ignored the situation. The whole time. So now I retrieve my items I decided to go back to Vincent s tow company and I ask him about the receipt and my change he said he sorry about that but that s how the receipt printed but it s a set rate of 350.00!!!! NOW TELL ME I DIDNT GET EXTORTED BY THIS COMPANY . IF I CAN GIVE YOU GUYS 0 STARS YOU WOULD GET JUST THAT AND EVEN THAT TOO GOOD FOR YOU GUYS.. this receipt says I paid them 337.05 and it s a lie I HOPE IRS DO SOME DIGGING INTO YOUR TAXES!!! Because I paid them 350.00 cash .. 2-100.00-1-50.00-5-20.00 bills YOU DO THE MATH !! Maybe It s Because I m Black AND lesbian !!!

Vincent s Services are some real ones. My class a 33 foot RV was destroyed from a hit on the highways, and Vicente s saved us. They been supper helpful and nice. I was able to get all my property off my RV at such a ridiculous time. BIG Thank you! I was broken down on I 95 and was so scared because I m not from the area. Vincents came, loaded me up right on the flatbed reassured me that everything will be OK. Fast and friendly service. Me and my family were on the way to see a broadway show when we broke down on i95. Luckily Vincent s showed up and jumped my car. We were back on the road in a matter of minutes and made it to our show on time. Lion King was AMAZING!!!

Roger was a life saver. My motorcycle broke down over the holiday weekend right on I95 and Roger went out of his way to help me out. He got my bike off of the highway while I was at work and then took me and my injured bike back home after a long, hard day. Price was the best quote I got.

I had a burned out headlight bulb and picked up a replacement bulb from Toyota City. They didn t have any appointments so they didn t replace the bulb. I stopped at Vincent s Garage for gas and explained my dilemma to the gentleman pumping the gas and he immediately volunteered to put in the new bulb. He didn t charge me anything for the bulb replacement and it took him less than two minutes. Great customer service.

Blew a tire in I-95 last week and they came with a flat-bed tow truck in 10 minutes. They responded quickly and were very helpful in looking for service stations to take the car to. After my car broke down on the highway I was sure glad to see these guys. When they loaded my car up they had me ride in my car while towed on the elevated platform which did not seem safe, wondering if its legal, but, again after being stranded on the side of highway I wasn t about to say no.It took them almost a week to even look at my car, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they may have been short handed which is common these days.I felt the price to fix was very reasonable and honest. The car however had lots of oil/grease smudges on upholstery, steering wheel and dash, and smelled awful for a few days after.

this place stinks! They picked up my car and said it was abandoned and they charged me a total of $150 plus fee and service for a total of $300 dollars and that's not enough, they stole my gasoline from my car, it wasn't even a day in that place, and they opened my car They charged me for my own gasoline and the owner shamelessly will not take responsibility for your gasoline, he said, imagine paying $300 for a service and being told I am not responsible, they are sick because of the money
