Highly recommended. I went for an inspection and minor repairs. They were so friendly, and did it on the spot, and were very reasonable in their prices. It is rare to find such service in the auto servicing industry.

This is by far the best Mobil service station around. Whenever my car breaks they fix it and do so fast. Always nice. Love the owner Jimmy, Frank the manager and Danny the mechanic. I highly recommend using them.

It was the morning of Thanksgiving and my son noticed that my tire was really low. We had a long drive ahead of us and I was hoping that someone at Palmer Mobil could check out my tire. I pulled in and Jimmy, the owner, asked me to slowly pull up while he sprayed some liquid on my tire. No sign of a leak. He had me slowly back up and repeated it. Still no sign of a leak. He had me pull up one more time and found the leak! One of his employees patched my tire then and there. Jimmy wished me a Happy Thanksgiving and did not charge me for the repair. Yes, this really happened in 2023! I am so grateful for the repair and for the kindness!

I pulled into the station at 4:30 pm in the pouring rain. I had low tire pressure in one of my tires and it turned out I had a screw in the tire.... Jimmy helped me. He was SO NICE and fixed my tire even though it was the end of the day and he was getting drenched by the rain. I WAS SO THANKFUL FOR HIS HELP AND I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS GAS/SERVICE STATION MORE HIGHLY! THEY WERE NICE, FAST AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU GO AND I WILL CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN!

The best gas station in Mamaroneck!! The owner went above and beyond to help me fill the air in my tires and without question stepped in when I was clearly struggling. Best location and also I always go there for oil change and inspection! It is very easy to pull in and out. Honest good people at this location!!

Jimmy repaired a tire puncture on my car. I was very happy with the service. Jimmy was attentive and expeditious. I now use Palmer Service Station for all services.

Picking up my car after the A/C drain cleaning and I immediately noticed the car fan control only worked on high.Google says this problem can be caused by resistor damage. And YouTube shows the A/C drain is close to the resistor.When I mentioned this to Frank he said "everything is close." And wouldn't even consider the possibility they caused the damage. I said "If the fan wasn't working I would have asked for it to be repaired with the A/C drain cleaning." Then I said "this is an easy fix because the resistor is $30" and Frank told me "If it's so easy, fix it yourself"Ok, so the message was received. You don't value my business, So I left and will never return...In Response to your response. A work of bad fiction because Your missing the most important detail. You were not part of the conversation I know what it feels/looks like to be treated with value as a customer, which I definitely was not. Another shop repaired the fan and guess what? Nothing else was broken when I picked up the car. Amazing isn t it! I haven t check but If any credit disputes closed in your favor I will reopen.

Jimmy is incredible. Very professional, honest, and friendly. Best customer service, which you just don't see much anymore! Thorough. Our family is a regular at the gas station since we live nearby but we would drive long distance because of his service. Car serviced twice: inspection and plugged tire. Jimmy the owner saw that I was struggling at the air machine. Came out. Asked if I needed help. Had me pull into a bay and filled all 4 tires while explaining how much air my minivan required. When I asked what I owed him for helping me he would not take payment. This kind man made my day and we need more helpful people like him in our community. Thank you Jimmy. You rock! Recommend!!

We got to the gas station and realized we had a flat tire. The owner, Jimmy, who was leaving to go home stopped and helped us pump up our tires and was the one who realized our flat tire had a nail. He was so kind as to remove it and plug the hole after he saw we had no idea what we were doing . Thank you so much. 11/10 recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

I recently bought a car from Honda of New Rochelle at the end of July, and sadly ended up having to pay lots of money in repairs they said they did. I handed my car to Jimmy a week or so ago, very worried about my car, and he made sure it was spick and span to put it back on the road. He was very reasonable, helpful, and kind towards me and my mom. If Jimmy is out, Frank is amazing as well. My mom has been a loyal customer to them for years now, and it's the only place we trust. The mechanics are very honest and would go out of their way to make sure everything is how you like it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a quick fix to their car.

They have done work for my husband's truck,vans and car not to mention my entire family since 1998 and it has always been a great experience. Jimmy (owner) goes out of his way for his customers. He's very honest and will always give you his best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. And if Jimmy is out.... I ask directly for Frank! I've been coming to this gas station for years. I love the employees. They are very nice. There mechanic shop is run good. They make sure my car is tested and good.Great coffee also.Fresh any time u come in.Reliable people. I leave my car at night and come next day it's fixed.Talk to Jimmy he's the best. He's the owner.God bless.

My family and I have been going to Palmer Mobil for years. They are not only trustworthy but they always do an amazing job fixing our cars. They go above and beyond. Their services are excellent! The owner Jimmy treats his customers like family. I would recommend Palmer Mobil to everyone!

Jimmy at Palmer Mobil saved my labor day! My tire was losing air. I had my 3 kids in the car and pulled into his station. He was closed for the shop and only open for gas, but he still helped me! He found a nail in my tire, got it out and plugged it. He was SO KIND and I'm so grateful!Service: TiresService: Tires

I thought I had to replace my wheel bearings, but come to find out it was my brakes! I ve never heard brakes make such an awful noise, even when they ve been super low/metal-to-metal. Frank did the work and my car is back to normal! Jimmy took my call yesterday. All staff was super nice. The boy (Mohammad) at the front was training a new boy and he was very nice, as well. Local recommendation; will definitely be coming back here for car work.

Jimmy, the owner of Palmer Mobil in Mamaroneck, NY, has overseen the service of all my cars for the past 15+ years. He is fast, trustworthy, funny, and a great person. I've been bringing my cars there for years and refered friends there as well. They do an amazing job servicing my cars and call me before ordering parts and tell me what every customer needs to know. My friends have called me to thank me for sending them there. I won't go nowhere else to get my car serviced.....loyalty and honesty!!!! Thank you jimmy and staff!

My cars have been serviced there for over 15 years. Friendly and knowledgeable guys there. Problems have always been fixed the first time around and reasonable prices. Never be fooled in this shop again! First and last , Brought my Honda Pilot for an oil change. I replaced my engine oil today since it s due for oil change, and since seem no shop is open I have no choice to do it my self but guess what? out of 5 quarts of my engine oil as recommended they only put 2.5 quarts and not only that, engine cap and dipstick is not properly installed FYI. So Engine lights went on, got the codes checked p3400, p303 pop up. Luckily I got it checked otherwise it ll cause more problem and more money out of my pocket. Lacking lubrications can cause a huge wear off metal parts of the engine. so please be mindful of what they working on and what they having done to your car. You don t want that big mistake and cause you headache. But hey, at the end of the day it s business they wanna make money.
