I was contacted by BMW of Mamaroneck in regards to my lease that was ending in May; a month from now. I went in there with no idea of what I wanted because of my growing family and business. I also wasn't looking to spend more than what I was paying. I was put in touch with Brandon and I showed up on the wrong day of my appointment, and he everyone was so understanding and accommodating. Brandon was so pleasant to work with. He got straight to the point and was able to give me an offer for a 2024 X5 that was very attractive. He was not pushy or "salesy" he was so pleasant and quite frankly, if it wasn't for him, I Pbly would have took the offer and kept shopping around. But everyone was so nice and he was the cherry on the top!I'm looking forward to continued business with this dealership, and wish Brandon all the best.

We purchased our first BMW yesterday from Mohammad in Mamaroneck. The dealership had all the options we were interested in. Mohammad was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. One of the managers called Davide assisted us as well with the trade in. David was very professional and straight to the point. Finally we worked with Luke for the final paperwork and he was also amazing. We are extremely happy with our new family car and for sure will get our next car there.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 330ixdrive. Mohammad was very helpful from the day i walked into the dealership to test drive the day, to the second i drove off the lot. Because of insurance purposes, it took a whileto purchase the vehicle. Mohammad kept great communication with me. I am most definitely recommend BMW of Mamaroneck & Mr. Mohammad to all my friends and family and anyone looking for great customer expedience with the purchase of a BMW !

We were in such good hands ordering a 2023 x1 with Mohammad. He went above and beyond to schedule a test drive, gave us a fair and accurate ordering experience and was professional from start to finish (3 months in this case.) I can't find a fault with the experience and anyone lucky enough to be purchasing a bmw in the region should try here first.

Thank you!!!! My new 2022 M240i made possible by Brandon Tutillo at BMW of Mamaroneck. We built this car to spec and Brandon took the time to sit down and go over the options and give us the pros and cons of our choices. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Maybe it was because I got the run around by a sales associate with the initials B.S. (actual initials). I was interested in a loaner car that this dealership currently has (it was posted for sale) as it's difficult to find this particular model. He told me that the loaner needed to stay in service for a certain amount of time. I spoke to him not 5 days ago. Guess what? That car was sold VERY recently. I find dishonesty to be a disgusting sales practice. I guess he didn't want the commission from the sale? He could have been honest, but he wasn't. I refuse to deal with a sales associate like that. I will look to buy my car at a different BMW dealership.

I am a recent proud owner of a beautiful 2022 x4 M40i thanks to the awesome help from Brian Sung at BMW of Mamaroneck. This would be my third built car from BMW and I m always amazed how beautiful and precise it all comes together and matches my vision without me even explicitly telling Brian what it is that I want because he takes the time to listen to his customers. Each time, each experience, he sits with me and spends patient time to customize the car of my choice and always explains to me what each option includes. Even in my indecisive nature, Brian always offers me pros and cons leading me to make the most informed decisions. The most impressive extent to his professionalism is that in between all these years with all these cars, Brian always makes time to answer my random questions about my car or assist in trouble-shooting things that really doesn t have to be his concern after my purchase but he s always been reliable. I enjoy the experience of choosing and building new cars and look forward to working with Brian again.

I have been thinking about buying an X5 for about 7 years but have really procrastinated since I hate dealing with dealerships and pushy salesman.My experience was so good that I wish I had done this sooner. John Sarro was friendly, patient and never pushy. He let me test drive an X5 and gave me options about ordering a car ordered to my preferences or buying one from the lot. I settled on the one on the lot and picked up my new SUV a week later. John even went so far as to make sure there was a bow on my car. Way to make a lady feel special!After signing way too many documents, Volke spent close to an hour showing me all the features of my X5 and the BMW app.All around it was a great experience.

Went to the dealership at an alternated time(i changed the time) that both the salesman, Sam, and I agreed on. Test drove the vehicle spoke about financing and ran both my co-signer and my credit for the vehicle. Sam then asked for a down payment but once I said I didn t want to place a down payment Sam then says I won t be able to get the vehicle today. Then Sam urges me to put at least some money down for a deposit, I respectfully decline and he continues to urge. My co-signer were leaving the dealership after papers were signed and our information was placed so that we could pick up the vehicle the following day and ,Sam says that we no longer need a deposit? Then we get a call the day off picking up the vehicle that I have to put down 8,000 When I agreed I didn t want to put down anything. Terrible service all of this could ve been prevented from the first meeting.

BMW of Mamaroneck was great when leasing my new 2023 Convertible. Everyone there was courteous and friendly. Brandon Tutillo, the salesperson I worked with took the time to explain all of my options going forward. He kept me up to date on a regular basis as to when my new car would arrive. I couldn t be more pleased with the service I received.
