Wonderful place good mechanics and good work, came here in the past back in 2021 and even till now 2023 everyone is delightful and kind and I've had a great experience each time with repairs on my cars

cordial and honest. had anticipated an expensive repair only to have been found to be a bolt loosened. couldn't have guessed it and could have easily gone the wrong way. personable service and honest assessments. More than reasonable prices. Very grateful.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

This is a full-service gas station as well as a repair shop. I recently had my inspection done here and they were friendly and efficient. Definitely, give them a try if you need anything done for your car.

I have been a long standing customer of this service station. I have always been treated like one of the family. They are always looking out for your best interest and safety. I would recommend this station for any repair.. Friendly, caring, and accommodating to your needs. Love you, Lisa, Ernie, James! Thank you for all your hard work. I know it's not easy.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Called around to several stations to try and get my car inspected. They were able to take me right away. My partner goes there for her gas all the time because she enjoys the fact they still pump it for her. Excellent service!

Four hours for an oil change with an appointment?!? Charged $100 for an oil change, and I provided both the oil and oil filter. Charged $15 for adding fluids?!? However, I needed to add windshield wiper fluid after the service. Missed a brake need in previous inspection. Recently, predatory and inflated charges. "Thank you for your trust and business," appears on the receipt. Not only ironic, but also deceptive.

Just got my car headlight replaced and car inspected! James was great! Fast, trustworthy, professional and always a great value. I love Al s Rye Neck Service. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! I went to Al's just under a year ago to have the AC compressor replaced in my Acura. After a hot summer and a rough winter, the AC was not working again. I took the car back to Charles and hoped it was not going to cost another small fortune. When I picked up the car, there was no charge for the work. They replaced the compressor under warranty,(it was under a year old). They are honest people and I will always take our family vehicles there! Thanks Guys!

Went for a NYS inspection and oil change. Adhesive from previous inspection sticker was not cleaned properly before putting on the new one. I brought to James attention and right away had it cleaned properly and put on a new sticker even though it likely cost them an inspection/fee. Will go back for the great customer service. Thank you James!

Came here for an oil change & inspection in June/July. When I got home my mom said oil was leaking from my car. I took my car to our family mechanic and he said they put too much oil in my car (August). I didn t really do anything about it lol now I m at Rye Subaru (September) because I have an oil pressure light that won t go off. Their service representative also said it s leaking because there s too much oil. Don t recommend for oil change.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I've dealt with plenty of mechanics before, this was an extremely good experience. We had a rear main seal go on our work truck that made it undrivable (leaking trans fluid badly) and we're based out of long island. they took us right away and fixed all of the problems related (rear main seal,, sender bearing and transmission hanger) by the next day. it would have been enough to fix it quick, but James also kept us well informed and was very friendly. in the end, they didn't charge us a dime over what we needed and everything was fixed perfectly. I really wish they were out on the island, we would take all our vehicles here without a second thought. thank you guysServices: Transmission, Engine repair, Air conditioning

This is my go to shop for everything. They have done all of my work from inspections, oil changes, exhaust fixes, A/C Issues, all belts... They do exceptional work and they will never rip you off! i am a local insurance agent and car enthusiast... They are the only ones who i let touch my car and it doesn't break the bank. Ernesto, Charles, James and rest of team thank you very much for all the incredible work.

Every time I have brought my Jeep here they have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I needed a new set of tires and James did research for me to give me the best options available for my Jeep. Came through in a pinch to repair my tire even though they were getting ready to close. The guy did it quickly, expertly, and with a smile. Other places were going to have me wait a couple of hours. Ugh. Will go back to Al s for sure!
