Great service but mike is great employee but they really need more help he was there by himself and over 7 customers were waiting on help but he did great job holfing up ty mike

We were over 6 hours from home base and realized we were missing one of our tool boxes. The staff here we're extremely friendly and the store was very well organized just like the one near us in Massachusetts. They had a very hard to find over sized specialty wrench we highly needed and fresh bolts we were missing from that toolbox too! Very happy to see a familiar store with excellent prices and much needed supplies!

Sometimes the staff is absent on the floor, but not this visit! There were a half dozen about & I was in the store shopping children's marked down clothes when kindly asked if I required any assistance by a female staff, whom I hadn't even seen about 2 rows o over, working with clothing stock. When I went over to try to locate a new teething toy for my tiny toy dog, there were 3 additional stocking staff in this area, 1 helping a customer already. This amounts more floor staff than I've ever witnessed, in total, while shopping here about every 2 months or more often! Sadly, though, their actual stock for my needs was severely negligible; although 3 actual different "teething chewing toys" available, not 1 for "tiny toy" or "small toy" dogs! This is odd to me as I happen to know they're are several "tiny toy dog families" within shopping range; I consider this a real flaw in their sales possibilities. Staff checking me out were helpful, supportive & genuinely friendly. It was a positive experience, overall, but I can't give more stars when even the infant/child clothing I searched through contained 2 actual pattern choices per each, male & female! That is beyond minimalistic.

Every time I come here I find the workers to be super friendly and accommodating. I always find great deals especially in the clearance section. I love this store not just because of the products they sell but also because it's super clean and organized. It's a great team that keeps this ship afloat.

Clean, well organized. Staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Found most of what I was looking for and took advantage of a couple of sales. I'm in there at least once a month for my homestead needs.Update 20 July 2022: Pet food prices still climbing. At least they had it in stock.

I went in looking for some farming boots for my daughter. There was a lot to choose from which made my little girl so happy. She found a pair of boots that she loves. And then we saw the baby chicks. I thought about getting some but our small farm isn't ready for animals yet. But next year watch out! We went to cash out. I asked the lady behind the counter if they, Tractor Supply, would hold a trailer for me after I bought it of course. I was informed that they will hold it for me for a few hours but not long term like days. So I didn't get a trailer but my daughter got her new boots. And they look so good on her.

Tractor Supply has always been a great customer service oriented store they always have what you need and are always willing to answer a question and offer suggestions to help you. My dog all of a sudden started hot spots and uncontrollable itching apparently he developed a allergy to his food . He was been on a while now.i called the store first to ask questions and melony I believe her name was or Nikki was very informative I saw one thing for them and she suggested another so I went there and didn't know what to do what to buy explained it to the gentlemen what was going on and who I spoke to and he knew right away and took me to the area and I even got him some vitamins to help him and food for his skin and coat and it had probiotics in it . Such a win win . I can gladly say since he started on it and its only been 2 days he is feeling and doing much better. Thank you Tractor Supply for your help during a complicated situation especially when vets were still closed from the covid ... 5 stars definately.

Typical Tractor Supply store. The people who work in this one seem a bit more helpful than some of their stores I've been in. Tractor Supply is one of those places I can almost always end up buying things I really wasn't sure I needed, but I like their stores.

This store also, like Runnings has an assortment of items they sell. Tools, animal foods and bedding etc, clothing, pellets for wood stove, different misc items.

The salesman was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I will order from Tractor Supply in Malone NY again I hope we like the product as much as the service

Very annoyed that during the winter time, I can never find wood. This is the time that people need it and I have been to various TSC stores in the area. 1 out of 5 stores had "dry wood" And it was sitting outside in the rain and snow so it wasn't actually dry. You missed a lot of sales from me this year!!

They always have good projects and prices. Clerks on the sales floor are helpful and friendly, cashiers, not so much.
