I have been with Sid G Spear insurance for many, many years. And they are a wonderful company to deal with. They look for the best prices for you. Their customer service is wonderful. Julie has always taken care of my account, always returns my calls, very friendly. They always go above and beyond what they need to do. So thank you, to all of the staff. And especially Julie. Absolutely amazing team. They have always been able to find an insurance company with the best rates and same full coverage we have had for years. Also helped our now adult children with their coverage as young adults and just recently went above and beyond to assists us with a new purchase and getting insurance set up the afternoon before a major holiday. 2 reps took their personal time to respond to my questions and assisted us in completing our purchase of a new vehicle. No insurance agency would have done that except Sid G Spear team!

I have used Sid G Spear for many years, for all of my family's insurance needs. Through the years Carrie and Diana have provided us with exceptional service, from the occasional call to remind of an upcoming payment, to out of the blue calls to let me know there may be a cheaper policy or carrier available to us they always go above and beyond to ensure we have the coverage we need at the best price available. So grateful for all the extra care that they put into their jobs and the friendly service I receive with every interaction.

I have been with this agency since I bought my first car, I believe it was 1962. I chose them because my Dad used this agency probably since he had his first car. We now have all of our insurances with them. Excellent service, friendly people who often call and ask if we might like them to look for a better deal, or better coverage. Can't thank them enough.

Carrie Pickering has always gone above, and beyond to help me out whenever I have called there with a question or concern about our insurance policy. Carrie is a very thoughtful person, caring, and she is willing to help out. I feel that Carrie is an incredible asset , and we are very fortunate to have her if we need anything. I became a customer of Sid G Spear several years ago and they have a great group of employees! Carrie Pickering has always been there to answer any questions and always finds me the lowest auto rate. And if Carrie isn't available someone is always willing to assist me! Highly Recommended!!!

Sid G Spear insurance has always been a great help for us to find insurance for auto and home owners and for our atvs. Carrie Pickering goes above and beyond to help find the best policy s that best suit us for all vehicles and anything else we need insurance for. Anyone else I have dealt with there when I call to make a payment or have a question about anything are always very helpful.

This insurance agency has been our everything ever needed agency since we came to Malone back in 1971. Any problems or claims have always been satisfyingly settled in a fast time period.You need a local agent Look no further. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff make you feel like family.

We moved to Malone in January, and have been very happy with the service from our agent Carrie McDonald. We had a problem when we went to register our car in NY, the person at the DMV called her up and she handled it right away. We really like doing business with local companies

Matty has always been just phone call or text message away from answering any questions or to make any changes regarding our policies and or coverages... 4 separate issues in a month ranging from not putting my policy number on any of the paperwork and needing to fax new ones to me and the DMV all the way to not telling me they only have progressive for new drivers so I'd its your first time getting insurance and you don't want progressive go elsewhere they will not help you here. On top of that they also put the wrong starting date for my insurance which landed me a $90 DMV fee which they claim they took care.
