Great service experience! We bought a used UTV from Wayne. It had some issues that no one was aware of, after purchasing, but he got it fixed quickly and at no extra cost. Thank you!

I want to thank Wayne Roberts and staff for the amazing help they gave me on the purchased and delivery of a new Can-Am 570 max XT and also a new 2022 Mach Z . With many snowmobilers out there waiting on their snow checks for missing parts, Wayne did what a great dealer does and made the impossible happen. Thank you again Wayne.

We have had a blast with the ATV s we got here I got a 1000 Xt and I wanted something a lot cheaper for my sons first ATV for him to learn on and Wayne had it lickity split! Looking forward to upgrading my sons next year so he can keep up with me and there s no doubt who I m gonna call. Not sure about some of the bad reviews on here we ve had no complaints at all.

Good experience overall. Paperwork took a little longer than expected since everything was done over the phone the day before. Printing and getting papers ready could have been done ahead of time rather than starting when I arrived.

Went in on a Friday, asked about a CanAm HD10 ($30k machine) said I had a 22 wave runner for trade. Wayne said he would get right back to me. He called that night saying he had a busy day and that he would get back to me Monday at the latest. Monday came and no call/email. Apparently the two gentlemen in the shop were such a timeConsumption (with three other sales reps on floor) that Wayne couldn t take the time to even email a response by Tuesday. Not sure what s going on there but would not recommend this shop to anyone. Time is money Wayne and you will be getting neither from me in the future!

I brought my boat to this dealer a year ago They replaced the fuel pumps and put in new plugs. They charged a pretty penny and had the boat most of the summer. When I got the boat back and put it in the water it was still running just as poor as it was when I brought it to them. I took it back and was told it needed a new jet drive and it was going to double what we already paid. I questioned why they had replaced the fuel pumps if it was the jet drive that was the problem. I was told it had low pressure so they needed to be replaced anyway. Not trusting them I brought the boat home and had two other dealers look at it this year. Both dealers could not figure out what was going on sine all three fuel pumps had been replaced. After loosing most of this year and part of last year I found a repair shop in Vermont who told me they had other customers that had issues with this dealer and was happy to help. He basically went back to check the work that was done and found the fuel pump that had been put in was the issue. He fixed the float and the boat runs like a top. I would never consider doing business with this dealer again. Oh and the jet drive is a little worn but still works fine.

Had a flat on my harley at 330 in the afternoon. got picked up by the trailer. called the owner he said bring her in we will get you hooked up tire war hard they cut it off after hours they worked to get me on the road agin amazing service, friendly, all around good people. Thanks again

Brought my 4 wheeler in for repairs.The efi light was on they said you need a battery .They put in a battery sent it home light still on.Brought it back they called and said you need a new intake boot.Well light was still on.They called and said you need a a new isc.valve well light still on.They called and said you need a new sensor throttle position well light on.So pretty much they must have watched you tube and tried everything they saw.They wanted to sell more parts to me I said get it ready I will come get it.Well when I picked it up they had scratches and marks all over it.They wiped it down with a dirty rag full of oil.what a mess.They also took my 10mm wrench from the original tool kit and did not return it when asked.On the way home the parts of what they took off blew off the wheeler.They never replaced the push pins they removed.Well after sticking me for over 1,000 dollars it was never fixed and I did not need those parts.After taking it to a good dealer all it needed was a new dash set .less than three hundred. I would not advise anyone to bring even a skateboard to Roberts.They have no respect for customers or customers property . ( Michael a.Gaudet) ZERO STARS.

They went out of there way to help me out when I had the headlight on my Burgman 650 go out on me. The nice dude checked all the fuses for me! Turns out I read If it an 05 than your problem is most likely the starter button. When you press the start button a cutoff switch in it turns off the headlights while the starter is cranking. When you release the button the lights should come back on. Sometimes that cutoff switch sticks and they do not. You may be able to get it working again by spraying some contact cleaner or WD40 into the starter button and working it a time or two. If not then you will have to take the switch apart and fix the switch.God Bless the inter-webs!

I d give this company a zero and would not recommend any business with them after dealing with them trying to purchase a trailer. Worst business I have dealt with so far. Hope this helps someone considering buying anything from them. I should have got the message from other peoples reviews.

Bought tires for bike paid in full. Went back next day to get refund and pay 20% restock fee and was told no that there was nothing they could do even though on paperwork it allows 7 day with 20% restock fee

Owner very nice person is caring understanding of my situation. Has great staff try fix my problem machine bought else where. Has nice looking show room and kind caring staff recommended them anyone wants get new machine from.

I rarely ever post a bad review but the more i thought about how i was treated by this man on the phone at Roberts Sports Center the more aggravated i became.I bought my Suzuki Boulevard from them back about 10, 12 years ago. It's a used 2007. I asked the guy on the phone if I could have someone take a look at my Boulevard for it wasn't running properly. He immediately shut me down, stating "welllll we don't really work on Suzuki anymore, it's hard to get parts so I don't know what to tell you," He was the most unenthusiastic person I could have possibly spoken to. I mentioned to him that I bought it there and could he at least schedule me in to have someone merely just take a look at it. I gave him a few minor details and told him that I was advised by someone that it was believed to be a possible electrical issue. Once again he declined without an ounce of interest in what I had to say.I just can't believe how a business such as Roberts won't honor the request of a prior customer the courtesy of at least "taking a look at it". It's not like they don't get paid pretty damn good money for their services. I certainly wasn't asking for a handout.
