This place would not mount my brand new m/c tire on rim because I didn't buy it from them, this place is a joke. Also not very friendly! If you want better service go up the road to Gasoline Alley, they mounted and balance my tire no questions asked.

Bought a dirtbike for my nephew. Paid cash & was told i could pick it up in a couple days. (They'd call when it was together). Six days later, I call to see if I can get it. They say they'll put it together by the next day.In less than 2 weeks, kill switch not working, brakes bad & numerous parts loose. Now it's been almost 2 months that they've had the bike. Lied to numerous times & still waiting for it to be fixed. I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT BACK. OH, I ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR THE BRAKES !!!!!!

I waited for over a month for 2 wheels and 2 tires. Granted it took 3 weeks for the tires to come in. (COVID-19). But then they wouldn't mount my tires on the new rim's for 8 more days. My kids 4wheeler was not drivable for most of the summer. Worst customer service ever! Disorganized! Lied to me multiple times.. will never go back!!!!

I have had nothing but extremely poor service here. I purchased a new Seadoo last year and also purchased the NY emergency equipment package. What I received was not a Seadoo kit but rather a bag with some items purchased from a local store. None of this gear, to include the fire extinguisher, fit in the Seadoo. This year I though I would give them another shot and scheduled a service and some recall work. I dropped it off and was told to check back in a week. I called in a week and was told the service was done but that they were waiting for a part on the recall work. I was told they would call when it was done. I was never called. Two weeks later I called and was told the part was still not in. I advised them I would pick it up and schedule the recall work later. I was advised this was fine. I then drove the hour to the dealership from my home to find absolutely no work was done to my Seadoo. I was then told that I could wait 2-3 hours for the oil change and to have the recall fixed. Apparently the part had come in and was located after an extensive search. Additionally, on my several visits to the dealership I have had to wait an exorbinant amount of time before anyone addresses the customer. Stay away from Robert's Sports.

Bought a used atv here. They filled it with gas and loaded it in my truck while we did the paperwork. Quick, easy, enjoyable. I would definetly consider making the 3 hour one way trip to do business again. Very nice crew.

I live over two hours from Malone. Roberts was recommended by a friend in my town. I went there about a year ago for front tires on my Spyder. They had the job done in an hour and a half and I was on my way home. Within 1/2 mile I knew that they had fixed the alignment on my bike and it was great and 1/2 of the price of dealer near my home. So this year I needed a more significant amount of work done. Because of COVID this took more time than would normally happen. Except for rain for the first twenty or thirty miles, the trip home was great. I will continue to have work on my Spyder done in Malone by the Roberts Sport Center team. They greeted me at the door and remembered my name.

We purchased 2 sleds and a Helmet, We were in and out pretty quickly and the woman helped my husband with joining the snowmobile club. She registered sleds and we were on our way.. My husband said they were very helpful and Nice! :) :)

On a Saturday afternoon, they were willing and able to fix our Polaris snowmobile so we could complete our two day trip. I would highly recommend to others.

I purchased an 850 renegade.. I had them install an optional track before I took delivery.. I found two steering / frame (m8 x70)mount bolts that had backed out I noticed this when I installed the helmet visor plug.........and when I was riding the two (m10x60)track/ frame bolts backed out... they never tightened anything when they finished......I emailed them and called I spoke with Scott, he said he would get to the bottom of it. And call me back....... it has been 10 days, I m glad I didn t hold my breath.. I purchased the replacement nuts and bolts at another dealer.. my advice is to find another dealer!!!!...

Great customer service, Wayne and Scott treat everyone like family. The service guys are a mix breed of old and new. Huge selection of toys to choose from. Highly recommended.

Just bought a new skidoo 850 renegade here it was was such a great experience, basically effortless, they do everything for you and are super helpful and very friendly! Will 100% be going back for future business! Thanks guys

Is this place even open still I ve tried calling twice no answer I ve tried email no answer I live 2 hrs away so if I m trying to get information on something you re selling I m in the market to buy don t you think it would be worth your time to respond
