Stayed here with family and friends and my dog. It was awesome! They are very accommodating. The staff was friendly, and welcoming! The rooms were clean. Coffee available 24/7. Our stay was wonderful ! Would recommend if visiting Malone NY area.Walkability: Every store, fast food place, gas, walgreens etc all your needs are well within walking distance or delivery :)

Beyond our expectations! Great hotel and wonderful staff. Perfect location for our weekend of hiking. Rooms are big, very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was delicious and staff super friendly and helpful. We're planning a visit back in a couple of weeks. I would definitely recommend as a good central location to everything in Malone.Rooms: Roomy and cleanNearby activities: Hiking trails, golf, camping, shoppingWalkability: Great location near grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants.Food & drinks: Good breakfast included

The rooms were very clean and easy to move around in. The beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp and spotless with 3 pillows each. Each room has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All the people working there were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was what you expect. My room was quiet and comfortable. I would stay there again.

The hotel is in a great location - central to pretty much anything in Malone. The rooms are big and the entire hotel is super clean. Breakfast is a basic continental style breakfast with a waffle iron - well stocked with lots of options. The staff are super friendly and really hard working. We ve stayed here twice this summer and we d definitely stay again!Rooms: Big and super clean. The beds are really comfy.Safety: The area felt very safe and quiet.

WARNING. Get your reservation in writing or you ll be without a room!! On 12/22/22 I made reservations for 2 rooms for 2 days (Aug 4 & 5, 2023) to attend a family wedding. We stayed at the hotel 8/4, but on 8/5 received a call from the hotel asking why our belongings were still in our rooms cause we had to check out!!!!! The desk clerk treated us like we were at fault. She told us she couldn t cancel the reservation of customers yet to arrive, but obviously had no problem canceling ours and kicking us out of the hotel. Having confirmation numbers for our reservations meant nothing as she said that doesn t help since I can t find your name in my system !!!!! We were told the manager did not work weekends. Due to a county fair happening at that time there were no rooms available locally. Our enjoyment of the family wedding was tempered with the knowledge that we had to leave at the beginning of the reception for the long ride home to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

CANCELLED MY Credit Card secured RESERVATION due to OVERBOOKING. I was travelling as a single woman with my young daughter - I had made this reservation 3 months prior and when I want to check in at 6pm I was told at 4pm they cancelled my reservation and admitted to not calling me or attempting to contact me. Luckily there was a room at the other chain hotel in town- and I slept very well. I would call to confirm your reservation even if you held room with a credit card. This really sucked!!! The manager is who cancelled the reservation at 4pm

The Staff here are amazing! Very friendly and polite! The on site laundry is a great plus (the old style soap machine could use an upgrade yet does help in a pinch).The free breakfast room is well kept and the food is good! (Could use a few low sugar/low carb options for diabetics yet this is standard at most places). The coffee is great and all day access is a plus. The Ice machines are very convenient.My room was good, comfortable and clean. However if you are offered the newly renovated suite, I suggest that one with two beds over the King size single bed rooms. The Shower and Kitchen are better in the Suite, as opposed to the small tub and smaller room of the King size ones. (We had 4 people and two rooms for our stay.)Plenty of free parking and room for a trailer or truck is a plus while on the road. I would stay at this location again!

This place deserves to be more than a two star hotel. The rooms are huge and spotless. The bathrooms are large, clean, well-stocked, bright and the water pressure is fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient and the staff kept the area clean. Lots of parking and a very walkable area to the pharmacy, grocery and downtown. I recommend the Riverside for a fine dinner.

Right at a main junction great location with price chopper a stones throw away. Staff was nice. But the, well, the beds. They are loud. Too loud for some things. I would not choose this hotel again for this kind of stay Cheap sheet tin of some sort for box springs? Comfortable bed with firm and soft labeled pillows (a first for me, don't do hotels much) clean, but well, you get the picture I guess.

We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We got a room on the third floor, which a secure floor needing card access to. That made us feel very safe. I wished the checkout time would've been 12 and not 11am. Also, there's a kitchenette but no pots, pans, plates, ustensiles, not very convenient.

Not your typical Red Roof. This one is very clean! I owned a cleaning business for many years, so I suppose my standards are high, and I am usually disappointed. However, the lobby and common areas were clean, as was my room. Vinyl flooring definitely helps, I checked the air filters and yes! Checked behind the night stand, another home run! Nice linens, friendly staff, can't vouch for the breakfast because I brought my own.

Fantastic place to stay with an ample breakfast for guests. Room was clean and exactly what we booked.Rooms: Room was clean and exactly what we booked.Nearby activities: The boyhood of Almanzo Wilder, husband of Laura Ingalls Wilder is nearby.Safety: It seems to be in a decent neighborhood.Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious and included fruit, waffles, muffins, breads, cereal, coffee and juices.

All Red Roofs should strive to be like this one. I have stayed at close to 50 RR locations, and this one is in my top 5 favorites now. So, so clean. ALSO, you get a few 5 star hotel extras at a budget price. Hassle free, quick check-in. All accommodations are very well maintained. And again, so, so clean. Nice, quiet location too.,

The people are very nice. It was quiet the rooms were very clean seem like they were.Rooms: The rooms were clean and neat.Food & drinks: There was breakfast in the morning my grandson really liked the Belgian waffles. Would like to have had some kind of buffet where there was eggs and sausage and stuff like that but it was good anyway

This hotel was wonderful. The room was clean & everything worked. By far the customer service was amazing. I believe the front desk ladys' name was Jenna. She worked a miracle for us, she was so pleasant & all around 5 star herself! I didn't get the cleaning ladys' name but she was wonderful as well. All around, staff was pleasant, clean rooms & everything worked down to the ice maker. Thank you to all staff for making our stay an exceptional wonderful experience!

If I could give service more stars I would! There was a cleaner named Kelly and she was making miracles work. It was me and my sisters and all our kids 7 and under in 2 conjoined rooms. Kelly had our kids laughing and encouraged the playfulness. She even lent us an activities bin to help occupy the kiddos. She was such a blessing.Walkability: So close to local stores and parks
