I just purchased a super duty truck from Malone Ford and would like to personally thank Megan, Devan, Curtis and all the other very friendly staff at the dealership for making my wife and I feel truly welcomed and the whole experience was absolutely amazing and very simplified from start to driving away in new vehicle. They were all very professional, educated and able to answer any questions we had without hesitation. I promise you if you shop for a new or used vehicle here at Malone Ford you re doing yourself a great favor. Thanks again guys! We ll never forget you! Very happy

I just purchased my first Ford. I would like to personally thank Megan Barnes, Tyler Mcdonald and Devan Monette. They were patient and answered all questions ! All were a pleasure to deal with. It was nice being able to work with a local dealership.

Very impressive experience with Ryan, Devon and everyone we worked with. I was not expecting to buy a car immediately, and was absolutely WowEd by the overall experience. They were so nice and accommodating, made you feel right at home! Ryan is by far the best sales person I have ever worked with. Devon helped complete the title work. Both gentlemen were honest, up front kind and have a wonderful sense of humor while remaining professional. BEST experience buying a car to date! I will be recommending this dealership and referring my friends. Thank you for all that you guys do!

Sales experience was wonderful, although service was not so good. Bought a used 2016 Mitsubishi outlander and pipe on muffler system fell off before 30 days and they won't go good for it. It was pulling to right driving it home and they fixed that. Great inspection of the vehicle!!

My experience at Bailey Ford was great. Tom was very helpful and spent the time to explain everything very well. Tom took the time to maintain a line of communication throughout the process of shopping, choosing and purchasing the vehicle. He was very accommodating to my schedule and availability to get to the dealership. He listened to what I wanted and was able to go above and beyond to get me what I was looking for. After the purchase was complete he spent the time to explain everything I needed to know about the vehicle. I would recommend Baily Ford.

I needed an oil change, my inspection was due, and I had a recall notice. Made the appointment, and everything was done very quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Bailey ford.I can not say enough words how great this dealership is. They should get 10 stars and not 5. Staff is so helpful and really take the time to explain things to you. They treat you like family and makes you feel so at home. Out standing dealership.

Friendly sales department, no push salesman to worry about. Never posted a picture of are vehicle we bought so little disappointed on that. Service seems awesome and friendly. only time will tell. I've been a loyal Chevy owner for over 20 years so this was a big shift for me. All in all they where great and I would definitely buy from them again.

Service was Great! The only thing that has Changed is the every other Oil Change is free. They did not inform me of the change. They have a Great Service Department.

Everyone was extremely polite and worked very well with me. I went in not knowing what I wanted at all for a vehicle at all and they helped me find the perfect and safest vehicle for me and my family. They worked with me in a timely manner, talked me through the whole process, and when I decided it was what I wanted it was ready for pick up that night. My sales rep even cleaned my plates (for I switched from my other vehicle) bc I was talking about how bad they were and they now look great! So highly appreciated that.

I've been dealing with Bailey Ford and buying my vehicles from the for the past 10 years. The salesman are always ready to listen and able to work with what I'm looking for and help to work towards what I want for a payment. Very professional place. My salesperson was so amazing. I explained to her what I needed and she did not make me feel rushed. I felt comfortable with her and she was very down to earth and sincere. She was professional and made me feel secure and comfortable with my decision. I love my vehicle! Since my purchase, she gave me a follow up call to again ask if I had any questions about anything. She also stated that if there was anything else she could do for me to not hesitate to contact her. I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service I received from Kathy was excellent. The service department is great. And do the absolute best to make sure your vehicle is fixed and fixed right.I deal with Cheyenne in service and she s always done whatever she could to make sure I m happy and my vehicle is up to my standards. And that s no easy task. And it s not only Ford, she has made sure my chevy 2500 work truck is in top shape and stays there.The bad, same story everywhere else. The getting of the parts. That needs to be addressed one way or another. People need their vehicle back in a reasonable time frame. Not waiting on parts for a month.Highly recommend Cheyenne for all your vehicles repairs/maintenance

I had been looking for a new Ford Ranger for many months. Megan checked in with me from time to time to see where i was at in my search.. She wasn't pushy and very understanding of what I was looking for. I got a call from Megan last week that one had just arrived and although it was a little over what I had set for a budget I went and checked it out. Long story short they gave me a good deal on my trade and and got me into a Lariat with a payment I was comfortable with.Megan was great and I would recommend her and Bailey Ford to anyone looking to buy their next vehicle.
