Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to get repairs for my $81,000 Denali since Late January and it's still not fixed. 6 weeks to get in only to be told parts are on order. Then canceled next appointment saying parts came in but another customer needs them. Rescheduled my appointment for 2 weeks later because that's the earliest they could fit me in. Day before my appointment gets canceled again because the realized there was something wrong with the part. Rescheduled again a week later because that's the next available appointment. Still waiting for this warranty repair to be done. Meanwhile driving a truck with reduced acceleration,check engine lights on, and was told to keep track of the temperature Guage to make sure it doesn't overheat!....GM has been contacted!!

This experience exceeded my expectations. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The staff was outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Ellis to my friends for their future automotive needs.

Do not buy from Ellis , wick to push them out then offer no customer service , spend almost 90 ,000 on a Denali owned it 29 months , been in there shop 9 of the 29 months . Still won t run . Have never even so much as offered a loaner.

For months, Amanda searched high and low for a car that would meet our families needs. We waited patiently until the perfect vehicle became available. Bought a truck in February from them. Paid good money for it. Put upgrades into in. Give them a call to ask about a trade in towards another vehicle and they want to give me under the lowest trade in value. Wouldn't even come close to the middle. Never going to them again. They lost my business. That's not how you treat customers. You treat customers like family so they keep coming to you.

I have purchased my most recent 2 vehicles from Ellis Automotive. I had such a great experience buying the first car that I knew the next car that I purchased would be a Chevrolet. Very easy trade appraisal on my truck, the saleswoman i dealt with had everything in place on the new truck i was buying, when it came time to switch i spent less time at the dealership then i have at anyother in my life, everything was prepared and smooth!

These guys SAVED MY BACON!Long story how I found myself in Malone with 10 miles range left in my Bolt. They went way out of their way to let me charge all day so I'd have enough juice to get to Old Forge.Thanks so much guys!

Ellis Automotive have always been outstanding to work with and this last buying experience was even better! I first bought a 2022 Terrain AT4 and after driving it for a few days, it was just too small. They had a 2021 Acadia AT4 and they had no problem 'unwrapping' the first deal on the Terrain and starting a new one on the Acadia. I worked with Jake Dumas on the Terrain and he was outstanding and then he went on vacation, so I worked with Amanda Bashaw and she was equally outstanding. They even drove the Acadia to me (2.5 hours away) and did a swap at my house. The driver was super nice too! In the end, we ended up with a vehicle that we love and the whole Ellis Team was outstanding every step of the way!

Ellis Automotive is truly not your average dealership. They are like an "Automotive Family" of sorts; always there, ready to support in any way that they can. They are great with both the expected and unexpected, when it comes to vehicle service. This recent unexpected issue with our vehicle could not have come at a worse time; right after the holidays in winter weather. Like the good "Automotive Family" that they are, they were there ready to support and helped dissipate much of the associated anxiety. This community is so fortunate to have such great people serving us in our vehicle needs. Much, much appreciation for you always ensuring our safety and keeping us up and running!

I had a "reduced engine power" warning message come up on my way to work the other morning, which was also accompanied by the engine light coming on. I was able to make it to work and called the service department at Ellis shortly after they opened. Cassandra was very friendly and helpful and had me bring my Terrain right out to the dealership. I was given a nice loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call later that afternoon telling me that they had already gotten it in and fixed the issue. I was very happy to be able to get my vehicle back the same day. I can't say enough good things about the employees at Ellis and the dealership in general. Very satisfied with my overall experience.

Could not be more satisfied. I call on a Monday morning at 8AM and spoke with Amanda. Ellis Automotive had a new Chevy truck on the lot that I wanted to purchase. That morning Amanda provided a full quote, coordinated financing, completed the trade-in offer, and everything essentially done. The next day I picked up my vehicle, spending less than 10-min in the dealership, only to sign paperwork. It was the most smooth, non nonsense vehicle buying experience. I love the vehicle and most certainly recommend Amanda and Ellis Automotive.

My first oil change after purchase of my 2021 GMC last Fall. Service was excellent!All employees were friendly, courteous and helpful. I observed employee interaction with one another as well as with other customers.Everyone was very professional and polite.Five stars all the way! Thank you.

My truck had a code for a sensor on the engine that was making my electric fan to come on and thr truck would go into reduced power mode. I was given a vehicle to use until it was repaired which was a 9 hour job. It was repaired under warranty.

We are very pleased with our service from Ellis. The two times I have visited they were able to give me a loaner car to run errands in town with. I live almost an hour away and both times I had work done I would have been sitting for 90-120 minutes. I had my mother with me in one visit and she was impressed by the way were were handled and commented, if this is how they treat their customers I wouldn t mind giving them my business. Great job Ellis Service department!

Everything went smoothly on the part of sales dept and management, My truck was ordered as I directed and received without issues. Happy with all involved. I ordered accessories from parts dept. and all were received very quickly.

Hats off to Amanda! She is certainly ONE of the MAIN reasons we bought from Ellis! Knowledgeable and friendly, but she REALLY knew her stuff - and if we asked something she didn't know, she dropped everything to find out for us and quickly let us know. If she ever moves on, we may be looking for a new dealer! The guys in the shop were also awesome. They put a hitch on our car IMMEDIATELY and we were able to get the car 3 days before we thought we would. 5 stars all the way for ELLIS! (Oh, and the Buick Envision is nice too - and was a very good deal for us!) Thank you all for making this a pleasant, no stress and pain-free transaction!

Very nice people we were treated very well offered us a vehicle to use while we waited.We did not need the loaner as my wife followed me down.For not buying the car there we were treated so well.When we get ready to trade it will be with Ellis Automotive for sure.
