Auto Zone is the best. I needed something for my car I wanted to replace my back light. He says if you can't get it come back I'll help you. I googled what I needed to repair with no problem removing tail lightcover inserting new bulb. They loaned me a screwdriver .

The staff was helpful, the card system was down when I went that day. No posted signs and no info until I went to check out. Parking lot is less than desirable.

Spend money in the store at least 3 times a week. Asked an employee by the name of ernie bilow to cross reference a part, told me he wasn't waisting his time looking for it and proceeded to play on his phone. Asked another employee thats always been helpful found the part in 5 minutes. I'll be taking my business down the road! Just because I'm a regular customer doesn't mean you can be disrespectful!

The employees were super friendly and helpful they didn't try and sell me a bunch of expensive items that I didn't need. Plus they answered alot of my questions about my vehicle. I love the fact that I earn rewards and I am able to score more expensive items for less

Got my online order in the store quick and right! I grabbed the wrong part off the shelf and came back to replace it with no receipt and they pulled up my file and replaced the part with no hassle, awesome service and will be going back again for sure!

Used to always deal with Louis, but since he s gone Heath and some of the other fellas always get me the right stuff for the right price.My only concern is avoid the short dark haired gentleman!

I went to the local Autozone in Malone NY for 2 boxes of hose 3/8 hose clamps well needless to say the employee working there don't know the difference between a package of four and a box of 10 and he also don't know the difference between a 3/8 hose clamp and a 5/8 hose clamp because that's what he gave me so I had to explain several times what I wanted after his third time going to the back he finally came back with a box of 5/8 clamps once again I had to explain what I want he I even showed him the one I had with me then I'm guessing it was his manager told me those would work I told him no I specifically need 3/8 then it almost turned into an argument so I went down the road to Advance auto and wouldn't you know it I they knew what 3/8 hose clamps were the first time so now they will have all of my business Autozone needs to train their employees better in listening to what the customers want

I always got to notch service from a attendant named Cody, one of the best in customer service, but I heard he no longer works there, this Guy should have been offered a substantial raise to stay, because he made auto zone look good. If u can find this gentleman auto zone u would be doing yourself a service.

Most recent trip to AutoZone, checked in to see if they had a rear caliper or rebuild kit for my car. I didn't expect they would have it in stock given the newness of my car. They didn't, but the kid at the counter called every parts store in town to see if he could find the parts for me. no luck there but then he checked to see how quickly he could get the part in for me. To me that's excellent customer service and I appreciate that the most when shopping somewhere.

Caret also kinda wants lunatics in the world famous for their own personal identity . If you like him for multiple reasons then I would advise that he doesn't sound like a crf450l or anything. This is not marketing to the point of failure, but it's also kinda difficult for you to do that in a lake. Just weeds and water in the world of my body. Just weeds and water. You'll eat better than others in order to get a better night's rest.

My preferred place to purchase auto parts. There's usually someone there that can answer those tough questions about auto repair. The staff is fairly knowledgeable with the products they sell.
