Valvoline was recommended to me by a friend after I had mentioned that I needed an oil change. Coupons are available both on the company website and on Groupon, making the cost more affordable than other local businesses.I decided to stop by at random on a Sunday afternoon and the wait time outside of the service area was minimal about 5-10 minutes max. I will say that I was a little confused by the drive thru aspect, as there was no designated parking and no indication of where you needed to pay. However, I was promptly waved through and the services w completed quickly and efficiently.While I was only there for an oil change, I really appreciated the staff who worked on my car. They checked my lights, refilled my wiper fluid, adjusted my tire pressure, and let me know about all of their findings as they went along. Everything was explained well and I was happy to get my choice of what services I wanted done. All of their recommendations were printed out for me and a short satisfaction survey online (which I would have completed regardless) gave me a discount code for my next visit.Overall, I m incredibly satisfied with the care my car received and will gladly visit any Valvoline location again.

Quick and painless. I thought it was a bit on the expensive side, but I didn t even have to leave my car. The tech was awesome too - friendly and responsive to my questions. If you want to pay extra for quickness and convenience- I totally recommend this place

Showed up an hour before closing. There was no approach, no communication and then they started closing their doors at 45 minutes till without saying a word to those of us waiting.

Professional and courtesy service, The staff there are knowledgeable and helpful, I will only go to your establishment, because I feel you guys care and you do the right thing. Five stars all the way. Also a special thanks to Joseph, very helpful and knowledgeable, also the gentleman that was working with him on my car that day I apologize forgot his name, both five stars all the way!!!!! I have been to this place one time and was very pleased. There was no wait, and my service only took about 10 minutes. Very friendly staff. The price for an oil change seems to be a little higher than normal. But other than that I would come here again.

I come here all the time with all my cars. I just bought an older car and wanted the fluids changed to be sure they were new. Ask for a coolant flush. Jonathan showed that my coolant was "actually good" and asked if I still wanted it changed. a less reputable place would have just done the job. Thank you Valvoline and thank you Jonathan!!!!

First time here and it was a great experience they got me in they got me out but they kept me in a loop of things going on with the car and and what they were going to be doing not a problem staff was excellent not one negative here

After a previous bad experience at a Valvoline, I was slightly hesitant to take my car here, but with a baby at home and not a lot of time for oil changes at other sit-down and wait places, I made the jump. So happy I did. On a Wednesday morning it took 10 minutes for them to do the oil change, a full winter check, and fill up my tires. All the techs were really friendly and helpful. I think stopping in on a weekday morning before work is the way to go! So glad I came and thanks for the wonderful service.

Good location but constantly trying to sell u additional services. Not forceful but sometimes you just want to get an oil change and not hear about anything else. However, they are nice and do get the job done. The extra services issue is why I gave them 3 stars.

Stopped by for an oil change after work...I was blown away. I've been to Valvoline in the Bronx and Yonkers before....it does not compare. This location operates so efficiently and professionally. Fastest, most friendly and informative oil change I've ever had. I'll pay the extra $ for the customer service, speed and thoroughness every time from now on. Prices are reasonable, for the quality of service.

The mechanic I had service my car was Christopher Torres. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable and communicative mechanic I've encountered, other than doing little things myself. Not only did I receive a quick and easy oil change with proper levels and proof of the fact, but the free inspection around the car for the lights had made me a happier customer. He is the type of mechanic that stays happy when customers leave happy, and to me, that counts more than the service itself.

Never been to Valvoline, expectations were not met. Waited very long, two garages were visibly open and not in use. Female tech just standing off to side chatting. I recommend hiring staff who will work and get the job done. Decided to go elsewhere. I will not be returning.

Friendly staff, brought my own oil and filter they used them with no issues, oil change done in 25 min or less, very simple easy and fast.

WATCH OUT. The guy working today tried to get me to refill the Freon in my car without telling me that it would be $150. He just said hey you want me to refill the freon? My cousin fell for this trick last week so i was on the lookout for it. Also, i had a coupon which i said i wanted to use but he rang me up without asking to see it. I had to tell him again that i had a $10 coupon and he did end up scanning it.Edit: I spoke to Valvoline corporate and I spoke to the store manager of this location and I was assured that this is not how they do business and that it won't happen again. I will continue to come to this location for my oil changes in the future.

Always have a great experience at this location. The staff are professional, and courteous. I moved to Danbury CT a year ago and I still drive all the way to this location for my oil changes because I trust the care my car will receive.

Fast, friendly, efficient service. In and out quickly without feeling rushed. Explained all aspects of the visit. Recommended service but didn't make me feel like I was getting squeezed. Could not have been more pleased with the service. 100% better than other location. Will be back and will recommend to others!!

Great place to get a quick oil change and they check many other things your car may need. They never pressure you to do them there also. Very friendly staff too.

I've always had a great experience here..in and out. It's 4 stars because they once poured the wrong fluid into my Mother's engine instead of oil which ruined the engine and we had to replace the engine...I'm sure it was just one tech that was dumb...aside from that...personally I've never had any issues with them.

This Valvoline location does a good job of allowing you to stay in the car. The "show" they put on is ok. They've got to work on the value... $70 for a synthetic blend oil change and $85 for a full synthetic oil change is overpriced. I hope they're paying their employees $25 an hour; otherwise too much is going to the corporate office.
