Car would not start and Valley was dispatched by AAA to tow. I could not have been more happy, arrived quickly ahead of estimated time. Although I missed their names both drivers were incredibly friendly, fast, and thorough.Have already recommended to 3 people in 24 hours and would not hesitate to call for any future needs. friendly service like they provided is rare to come across.

Flat tire happened on my way home. Called AAA and they quickly dispatched Valley Towing and Son's. Frank came out and was polite, courteous and an overall great help. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Definitely recommend this company for any towing needs.

Woke up to a dead battery on a Sunday morning. Contacted AAA. Mike from Valley Towing was quick to respond and provided us w a new battery. He was courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend for any services they provide.

AAA dispatched Mike, from Valley Towing, to assist with a battery charge. This is the 3rd or 4th time he has helped my husband and I over the years when we have utilized AAA. Mike has always been very professional, incredibly helpful and super friendly. He goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional service, every time. Truly cannot say enough good things!

Very unprofessional my car got impounded by the cops and my brand new vapes which are $60 a piece 1 of them is gone which the cops left on my seat and told me they left them there. When I called and told them to talk to their driver because it s very unprofessional for something to be missing when no one but them had access to. They just claim it wasn t them but it s obvious no one else had access to my car. And when told it s unprofessional she says it s unprofessional you had your carimpounded very rude.UPDATED: was going through the rest of my car when I got home and found other personal items missing from my bag , on top of it being left open($200 worth missing ). So at this point I have contacted local state police because this is NOT how a business operate. Waiting on police response will update. Very unprofessional and disappointed !

My car stalled & refused to start after I filled up at a local BJ's gas station. I called AAA & they dispatched Valley Towing & Sons. Their service tech, Mike, showed up promptly & quickly troubleshoot the problem to a faulty starter. He worked his magic & got the vehicle started.He is very knowledgeable & courteous.He saved me from having to wait for a tow truck. Kudos also to manager, Christine. She was very reassuring & kept me informed that help was on the way. My thanks again to Valley Towing & Sons. They were very courteous, helpful, & professional.Service: Battery service

Managed to get my car bottomed out on some swiss blocks outside my house. Called Trippel A and Mike showed up in 15 minutes. Mike quickly got a tow truck and got my car unstuck and my tire changed within 30 minutes or so. I can't remember the drivers name but it was a great experience! 10/10 would get car stuck again.

I'm new in the area. I needed my classic towed to Albany.I called 3 local companies, Valley being the 3rd. Valley actually answered their phone, the others went to voicemail.They gave me the best rate, the driver was professional and took great care with my car.

Locked my key in my car at the bowling alley and i called valley towing and they answered and arrived within 10 minutes. Guy who came was very helpful

Very good kind hearted people over here. I would 100% trust them. They not after ur money they really just want to help people. My car clutch went out left me stranded on the road gave them a call after 5 mins they showed up and got me home. Never met anybody who actually loves doing his job and doesn t care about money. Glad theres still people like this out in this world.

I got into a car accident on route 6 during rush hour and totaled my vehicle in the middle of traffic after I was cut off driving to work. I called valley towing and sons and they were at the scene in 5minutes. They helped me tow my car take care of the paperwork and all of the belongings that were left in the vehicle afterward. Very responsive and great customer service! I would absolutely recommend them!

Adam and Frank are awesome! My son was stranded and they had a flatbed there is 15 minutes. They were friendly, professional and understanding. I didn t have my wallet on me and they let me call them later on for payment! Who does that these days!! I ve given their info to every member of my family because as much as I don t want to break down, I d like to see these guys succeed!!Services: Special vehicle towing, Battery

I have a very steep dirt driveway with a stone ledge on one side. When a friend of mine got her car stuck on the ledge trying to pull out of the driveway, we called triple A and Valley Towing was the ones who came to help us. This service was absolutely not an ordinary tow, we had to lift the car off the ledge, move it backwards, and rotate it. Adam, the owner, stuck with it, trying all options in order to free the car. After 45 minutes and some creative maneuvering he managed to get the car free with absolutely no damage besides a couple shrubs in the door. He worked quickly, was incredibly kind, and refused any kind of tip. This company has a phenomenal work ethic and was an absolute dream to help us out of a tough situation.Service: Car towing

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They towed my car after i had accident and next day they did not let me to take my personal staff from my car and told me before insurance did not pay them money i can not take anything. Also most expensive towing company. For 6-7 miles 1400$

We got lucky when we called AAA because they sent Valley and because of that we only use Valley now when we need their help. All the drivers are polite professional and courteous happy to help in your time of automotive need.Not to mention the office manager is super, she follows up to check on how things went (I mean who does that!?!?!)Best tow and roadside assistance ever!Services: Battery service, Special vehicle towing, Local hauling, Tire change, Battery

I got my car stuck in a tight spot in a steep driveway. The front wheels where lifted off the ground and the middle of the car was caught on a rock. I would have had to pay a few thousand dollars to get my car lifted, but Adam kindly did his very best to help, and thanks to his creative maneuvering and generosity, I was able to drive home less than an hour later. Ladies, it can be tough to make a car mistake and feel embarrassed about it because of stereotypes that label us as bad drivers. Rather than patronizing me, Adam was incredibly patient and sympathetic to my situation. I highly recommend this company as I was treated with respect through the whole situation and Adam truly put in his best effort to help. This company was dispatched by AAA to tow my vehicle. The owner of the company showed up. I walked outside and said good morning . He didn t reply, I said hi again, and he told me he didn t need my attitude first thing in the morning. He began speaking to me in a hostile manner and raised his voice to me, and then refused to tow my vehicle. He made a point of telling me he was the owner, so no one would be helping me today. He also made a point of telling me that since he was the owner, there was no one I could call to complain. Well, that may be true. But there s always Google reviews to let everyone know what a rude and truly miserable person he was.

I highly recommend Valley Towing and Sons to everyone because when my car broke down and I was stranded, they literally came to my rescue. Valley was professional and showed up in about 30 minutes from the time I called them. Believe me I tried my insurance company first to use the proper channels, but I was getting no where. Literally got the run around by another tow company my insurance company said they used. I am so grateful I googled tow companies and came up with Valley Towing and Sons. Just wanted to give a shout out to Joey for his kindness and efficiency on 1/2/23. I had just gotten an oil change, and after driving for a bit, started losing oil. He brought me and my Jeep back to the shop; keeping me engaged in some light conversation that really helped me decompress.
