I had a scary accident and it was my first. I had no idea who to call or how to report this to my insurance. Joey was helpful and dealt with everything from start to finish for me. Just got the car back after only 1 week and it looks better now than when I bought it in 2019. I highly recommend Joey and his company. You won t be let down.

Great shop, great workmanship and even better people. After Bambi decided to play chicken with me on the Taconic, Joe and his team did beautiful work restoring my car back to its original condition. I couldn't be happier and would recommed everyone to use Pro Shop for all their auto body needs.

My alternator went out on route 6 late one evening and my girl called the pro shop for me. Shorty after, Joey comes by with a battery pack and manages to get my car over to the shop. Soon after, they had my car ready with new parts and got me back on the road at a very reasonable cost. It was cool to meet someone that is not only honest and reliable, but that offers super hero service .. Anyways, go check out Pro Shop Auto Body and ask for Joey. You wont be disappointed.

First went in to get a quote. Then, the girl who hit my rear bumper decided to go through insurance and the owner was amazing in handling the entire process. Immediately he asked me when I could leave the car and from there, it was relatively quick! They did a great job, car looks new. They even replaced the broken tail light with the custom ones I asked for!Great experience with the workers and owner there, super accessible (24/7).Highly recommend!!Service: Painting

This shop went above and beyond for me after my accident. They made everything so easy for me by getting my rental ready, dealing with the insurance company for me, and making everything stress free for me. And we all know after an accident we are already stressed and upset. They made everything better and the work was done faster than expected and it was done with absolute perfection! I was kept informed throughout the process as well so I always knew what was going on. Highly recommend for any work needed. They will answer even on a Sunday night if you need them! This business is immaculate!They did the most amazing job completely restoring my car after a terrible accident I endured. The car was deemed totaled by insurance and I was devistated.. but Pro Shop found a way to change that and get me my car I loved so much, in such a dire time with this shortage we're living through. The impossible was achieved and done so in such a timely manner. These guys are great people who CARE and that are great at what they do. I am extremely GRATEFUL!!! If you re looking for a great auto body shop, look no further! They made sure to get the car looking brand new. My bumper and fender had come out. They made sure to get it back to me ASAP. Joey is a great guy! They even cleaned the inside of my car.

Both Joey and Angie are so amazing, they were so understanding and helpful to my situation, which was a bad one. They went above and beyond to help me out when they really didn t have to and I can t even begin to express how much I appreciate a business like this that is totally willing to work with u and help u anyway they can even when it s not their problem! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone! They are the best of the best!

I can t say enough positive things about my experience at the Pro shop auto body north inc! They were so courteous, friendly and professional and helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my car at a great price. I will be returning for all of my car needs in the future! Had front end of car repaired and side door repair work done after hitting a deer. Joe the owner was great to work with ordered parts right away and did work in a timely manner. Took my girlfriend's Subaru here for a rear bumper replacement after a fender bender and we were blown away by how fast the turnaround time was and the quality of work! Joey was very accommodating in letting us drop of the car after hours Wednesday, ordered the new bumper that night and by Thursday afternoon it was all done ready for pickup looking brand new. Not to mention the pricing was very fair, 10% lower than the next cheapest quote we received (and we got 3 quotes) Would definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you need body work done to your car, this is the ONLY place to go! My car was hit by a large tree branch which did a substantial amount of damage. The owner and his staff are ah-maz-ing! With only 14,000 miles on my car, you can only imagine how nerve-wracking it was for me but Proshop calmed me down and took care of everything! They called my insurance company, secured a rental car and made my car look brand new. I cannot thank Proshop enough for all they did for me during this ordeal and making my car look and feel brand new!

Highly Recommend!! This is seriously the best auto shop I ve been to! I can t say enough good things about it. Nicest people! Expert work!When I walked in Ryan greeted me enthusiastically which instantly made me feel comfortable being there. He was extremely helpful and took my car in right away. Everyone there is really nice. From the office I could see Mauricio working diligently on my car. I was incredibly impressed at how efficient and focused he was. I definitely felt my car was in good hands. I was also pleasantly surprised with how fast my car was repaired and how affordable all the work was. I was so happy after, I felt like my car was brand new! I used to hate when I had to get my car worked on, but after going to Pro Shop North I no longer feel stressed about it! I now feel a lot better knowing if I ever need my car worked on there s a place I can trust 100% that my car s in good hands. I was completely blown away by Joey, Angela and Ryan! I walked in the door and they took care of EVERYTHING! They contacted the insurance company, rented me a car and repaired the car in no time at all! They were so very friendly and extremely helpful! Anyone who knows joey or his work knows they're getting top quality work at the most reasonable prices around. You won't leave thinking you got taken or work done you didn't need. They don't get much better than PRO SHOP AUTO BODY NORTH in MAHOPAC. He over extends himself to his customers and always available. I recently was in a car accident and he took care of everything. My vehicle looks amazingly beautiful like I just purchased a new car. Fantastic job done. They made me feel very welcomed and took care of everything for me when my car was backed into. No headaches at all with insurance, they did all the phone calling and work for me. In some cases you can t always rely on the reviews, but in this case the hype is real! These guys are five stars and more, best experience I could ask for, and I shopped around first! By far the best auto-body mechanic you re going to find!! Just one example of what I mean is: the auto shop down the street said it would take months to get in just the parts, these guys ordered everything had it all in less than a week. Stopped by to see what quick fix could be done as I side swiped my car against my garage that morning. Was hoping it wasn t awful (hadn t told my husband yet ). When he asked me what I wanted I said fast and cheap he went to the back, returned with a spray bottle of some magical stuff and a rag (an ancient secret I was told). 2 minutes later it was as if I never swiped my car. No charge! Asked me to tell my story - here I am.I d also like to say he fixed my husbands 2019 Alfa after a front end accident to perfection. Worked seamlessly with our insurance carrier.Kindness, consideration and professionalism at every turn!I ll never go anywhere else.

Go to Joey. He doesn't accept anything but perfection when repairing body damage. I had a part that was hard to find and he refused to compromise by just slapping on some Bondo even though this was under the cover and would never be seen. Honest man and business that only produces the best work for its customers. FIVE-HUNDRED STARS .

Pro Shop Auto Body North went above and beyond! From the time I walked In I was immediately arranged with a car rental and I was informed of every progress during my rear bumper was replaced. The team worked quick and efficient. I will definitely recommend family and friends!

I used Pro Shop Auto Body after a bad accident I was in, thankfully no one was injured. The shop had my car repaired very quickly and in perfect condition. The staff at Pro Shop was very courteous, professional and helpful. Joe kept me informed and updated the entire time about the status of my car s repairs and handled everything. I would definitely recommended Pro Shop Auto Body to my friends and family, and heaven forbid I ever get into an accident again, Im going right back to Pro Shop! Thank you!!

There s lots of body shops around but I found the best! I m the worst customer to have b/c I m obsessed with my Jeep & will dwell on the smallest details. This was a frame change so that means taking my Jeep completely apart down to its skeleton!! Sounds scary? You think this is never going to come out right? You think it s going to take too long? I looked around & seen that all there work was done with pride. These guy know & love what they do & they are just as picky as I am. They started right away & did an amazing job all the way through. I told you I m obsessed! I was able to check in from time to time during the work & felt 100% satisfied with everything every time .These took no shortcuts & really rebuilt my Jeep back better than new. Awesome body work & paint match & to top it all off! when I came to pick it up it was fully detailed inside & out. All I had to do was drive it away & enjoy it! Thank you Pro shop north! They made my bad situation a good one.
