Fantastic overall experience from beginning to end. I purchased from out of state for the first time and Danielle assisted me and handed me over to Nick once she identified my needs and both made the process as easy as possible. I felt extremely valued as a customer throughout the purchase process. Nick got me to where my wife and I needed to be to make our decision and helped make it an easy one. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it was ready and waiting and the entire team helped make the transaction smooth. They worked together to ensure we understood the vehicle inside and out and what was available to us as customers. I highly recommend Park Ford of Mahopac! And when the time comes to make another decision on buying a new or even certified pre owned vehicle they will be my first call!

From the get, the entire team was so helpful & made sure I left with exactly what I dreamt of. My new Bronco is beautiful and I wouldn t have those keys if it wasn t for Brad at Park Ford in Mahopac. Today, I had an exceptional experience with Park Ford's Service Department today, thanks to Rob, the manager, and his team. Despite a busy Monday, Rob went above and beyond to accommodate me and my car. He arranged for Dillon to drive me, and I was impressed by Dillon's professionalism and courtesy.I've been working with Bob D'Andrea, a salesmen at Park Ford, for over 10 years, and each time I go to Park Ford, they always over deliver. The partnership between the Sales Team and the Service Department is best in class. The Park Ford Team's dedication to customer service is truly commendable. I leased my 2024 Edge from Park Ford . Joe P was my salesman . From beginning to end the process flowed with ease . All the information for the car was presented up front . All my questions were answered and I left feeling comfortable with the lease . On the day of pick up , the car was ready , detailed well and the car features were reviewed with me in detail . My grandmother has been going to Dino for 7+ years and he has always given her exceptional service. Last time she was there she threw her back out and was unable to walk or get back in her car. Dino went above and beyond to take the time to stay with her until she felt better and helped her get back home.Nick recently helped me buy out my lease and could not be more helpful and attentive. He made the process so easy and helped me save as much money as possible. I cannot recommend Park Ford enough!

Great recent experience with Park Ford. I received a call from their service department informing me that my vehicle had a open recall and that they wanted me to schedule an appointment. To my surprise they offered to come to my home and remediate it. The technician was great...made the repair in less than 30 minutes. I really appreciated the notification and convenience of the process.

These guys are a class act. I worked out a deal to buy a truck from them. They were flexible about my terms and worked with me to resolve some issues with the high mileage vehicle I was looking at. In the end because of personal reasons I had to back out, and Joe Preziosi was as gracious with my refund as he was when putting together the deal. I have not bought anything from them yet, but they sure made an impression on me. I will be back for sure. Thank you guys for being nice, customer service oriented and gracious. Meanwhile this fantastic Tundra pickup is available again.

I brought my truck here for service and spoke with the service manager, Dino. We shook hands after speaking and I immediately noticed a huge booger on my hand. That s absolutely disgusting! He ought to know better than to pick his nose in his 40s! My little girl is better behaved and would probably do a better job running the shop!

I have been bringing my truck in for service here for a couple of years, and will not any longer. This dealership is more interested in nickel and diming their customers rather than building a life long relationship that yields more dividends. First of all only giving loaners to those who purchased their vehicles there when they are in for WARRANTY work doesn t sit right with me. What about people like me who bought my truck in another state and relocated here and want to make this place my new spot? Their policy punishes anyone who didn t buy directly from them. Second, they are adding market pricing markups AFTER Ford has threatened dealerships to stop .another way to gouge people. Thirdly, forcing people who want to use any warranty other than a ford one to pay $100 Just to have their vehicle worked on when they will be paid by the warranty company. I have been buying cars for over 30 years and have to say this place is one of the worst in regard to how they value their customer relationships.

Went in for oil change, breaking concern and transmission issues. Gave detailed information about each and all I got was an overpriced oil change. They a tated breaking concern was normal when I asked if they checked, and could not replicate the transmission issue. Complete waist of my time to be told they can t see anything wrong and pay more for an oil change then any other location. Don t waist your time here.

Park Ford service department went above and beyond to get my truck in and out for an oil change, inspection and wiper blade recall. They offered to pick up and drop off the truck to make it easier on me but I declined since I was in the area. Anthony and Dino were awesome and we look forward to being all our cars and trucks to them for maintenance and any future needs.

I have a 2006 Ford Fusion that had to go in for a recall on the airbags that I have tried for years to get fixed because they kept saying the parts weren t available. Finally, I have an appointment last week to get the recall fixed so I thought it would be a good idea to have them look into an electrical issue with the vehicle. Bad move! They had the car for almost a week and although the recall was finally fixed, I picked up my car to find the tech s 401(k) paperwork in the passenger front seat and access panels for the vehicle sitting on the floor of the driver s seat. No big deal. I don t complain. The tech gets his papers and he puts the access panels where they belong. I drive home. Next time I m in the vehicle it s a bit warmer outside and I try to roll down the window and none of the windows will roll down - seems like they aren t powered. Hubby takes a look and there is a fuse in the cup holder. I call Park Ford and they tell me where to insert the fuse. I do that and nothing happens. I have to drive back to Ford, wasting another half and hour to get there and back, and wait for the tech to replace the fuse. They told me the incorrect slot to insert the fuse so the tech properly inserted the fuse where it belongs. Fine, I still don t complain. The next day I am driving up the Taconic to Rhinebeck at night and I am getting constant flashing from behind. I had no idea my tail lights, which were working before I took the vehicle to Park Ford, are now not operating as running lights (lights were still operational as brake lights and turning signals). I was a nervous wreck driving, hoping that I had tail lights and if I didn t, I was praying no one slammed into the back of me. Let alone the fear of getting pulled over and getting a ticket for an issue that shouldn t have been. I had to reschedule my plans to return home so that I was not driving at night the following day. Then, I get home and hubby takes another look. The tech had pulled the fuse and never replaced it!!! If this isn t sheer incompetence I don t know what is. A call to the service manager yielded nothing but it s all an electrical issue and bring it back and we will take another look. Did I mention they charged me $250 for the first look? Why would I bring it back for another look when they caused more problems. I m so disappointed in Park Ford. My car was serviced there for years when Lenny was the supervisor and I never had a problem. Left many glowing reviews at the time. The service department jeopardized my safety and I will not soon forget this experience.

Have used park ford for my last 3 vehicles. No nonsense sales people like Lori are the reason i keep going back. Very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle

I brought my cousin s truck here for service and stayed in the waiting area while the work was being done. All I saw was the employees coming in to get coffee and nobody offered me anything, so I got up to get a coffee and saw a ROACH! It s been so long since I ve been back in the hood around ROACHES!!! Absolutely nasty and unsanitary, but I m not surprised.
