The lady that helped us figure out what package we wanted had such positive energy! The service is fast and definitely very efficient. I come from Connecticut to get my car washed here. I love it and definitely recommend!

I recently took my car to Mahopac car wash. Initially, I was disappointed because I was told that they would not be able to get to my car. I was quoted a very high price. Needless to say, Angelette came by said that I was quoted a price that was not for my car size. She apologized and quoted me a fair price. She promised that my car would get done early the next morning and follow through with that promise. I never write reviews but felt that the customer service that was provided by Angelette was superb. She communicated with me throughout the process of detailing my vehicle. She even told me about water that was gathering in the trunk of my car that I should look into. She even followed up days later because she wasn t there when I picked up my vehicle. Short to say they have a customer for life as long as she is there. I am there great job Angelette!!

At the recommendation of a dear friend, I visited Mahopac Car Wash on 2/21/2024. The car wash and the service team are helpful and detail oriented. Angelette is first person you interact with - she is super friendly, professional and welcoming to all who drive up. Try them out - you won't be disappointed!

Employees are wonderful. Angalette is a pleasure to be greeted by. New owners, they raised the prices, which is okay . But wish they would bring back the incentive programs they had. Miss some of the discount options they use to have.

The Mahopac Car Wash is fantastic! They did such a beautiful job on my car this weekend, and everyone who works there is so polite! If your in the area I highly recommend going there!

I come here once a week and it s an amazing experience every time. Angelette is an absolute sweetheart! She informs me immediately about specials that they have going on and takes the time to make sure I m happy with the services. My car looks brand new everything I pull out of the lot.

I wash my car two times a week and I have to be honest the main reason I go is because of the amazing customer service from Angelette. She is the happiest person, loves working and makes each and every person feel like they are valued customers.

Scheduled for a detailing, was told to be there not later then 9am because it s an all day job. They got my info and on the day of the appointment they were closed! At least a phone call or text would be a bit more professional.

Angeletette was amazing. My car was so dirty from all the stains and she made it look like brand new and sparking. I could see clearly through my windows again. Thank you so much! It s a tough labor to work in the heat like that. She is a big asset!My car was never clean like that even after more expensive car washes.Definitely recommend to anyone living in the area.Service: Auto detailing

Rough Wash! Unfortunately ripped the bumper off my car and then crushed it in the tracks so I couldn't even at least put it back on. The crew seemed nice but the manager didn't seem to bothered to even help or offer anything.

So glad that Angela is back. She is the warmest, most friendly person there is. When you go to Mahopac car wash, you re greeted by someone who is really happy you came there. Smart move Mahopac car wash.

I took my car for a car wash here and one of the workers became extremely aggressive because I didn t understand where he wanted me to park. Also after the car wash my car was unreasonably dirty still. (I understand missing a few things but my car still had dust, mats weren t washed, was hardly vacuumed. dirt still in the cup holders etc..). Ever since the new ownership, I have not had a good experience with this car wash! My car is always left dirty after and the customer service is terrible. Missing when Gary owned it!!!Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

This place does a spectacular job. When they do a hand car wash, they even open the doors and clean the ledges. They re very detail oriented which is what you want. But they have an automated machine for car washes also. 10/10; highly recommended.

Was told I would be having the inside armoral. Looks like it was barely wiped down and was not vacuumed at all .. never have had this issue before until today.

Amazing customer service!I got hand wash & detailing done to my convertible the service was marvelous my car looked shinny, smelled amazing button line I will recommend Mahopac Car Wash to all my friends and family.

Great place for an exterior wash. Exterior wash is fast and fairly priced. Interior cleaning can be hit or miss. They vacuumed before removing the mats for cleaning (I had to remove the mats and vacuum). There can be a bit of a wait for interior cleaning but it's worth it. Waiting room is air conditioned and has clean bathrooms. Service is great and all the employees work hard and fast.

Friendly staff. Great service at a great price. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a car wash or detail. James at Mahopac Car wash did it again!! The best detailer around!! Great prices for a very professional and awesome job!

Rarely do I make a rating but the service is just too good! Anywhere from 2-5 people thoroughly clean the car after going through the wash. Worth every penny.Services: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuumingServices: Polishing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

The hand wash was nice. Leave yourself time so you don't rush them to finish. I'll be back to get the hand wash service again.

We had great experiences in the past but we were just there yesterday with 2 vouchers that we paid for maybe 100 dollars for 10 car washes and they are no longer being excepted . The man who worked there pointed to a sign read we are no longer accepting the vouchers. I explained we paid for these at a discounted rate. He just smiled and said see you tomorrow. . We will now use iguana car wash.Service: Vacuuming
