To give it a 5 star I gone there a lot of times, and it 1 of the times it was back ordered so it would take 2 more weeks

I came in for a fitting - which they didn't have- but the gentleman at the front counter gave me advice on how to move forward without the unique fitting I was looking for. He offered an easy solution to my problem. He saved me time and money.

We use Lights Auto as one of our main vendors. They are always so helpful and professional on the phone when I call. This past Wednesday I placed and order with Carl who when out of his way to help me. The order was scheduled to be delivered today, so I called and spoke to Spencer who was very accommodating. I highly recommend Lights Auto Parts!

They have a younger counter crew that seems to know what you need. Not running around looking for stuff or asking others for information. They also have small engine and equipment repair stuff that the other parts stores and the big box stores don't. They also make hydraulic hoses.

Decided to switch to Napa parts because I wasn't happy with the quality I was getting from Autozone and the service at Advance is terrible. I did an online order for some brake pads and was able to pick them up on my way home. I ordered the wrong ones, which was my fault, and took them back a few days later to exchange for the correct ones. The process was very simple and the sales people are very helpful. I got the Premium series pads and they are excellent quality. I will be doing business with the Palmyra Napa from now on.

My first choice for auto parts. These guys know their stuff and the parts are of higher quality than the other local parts places.
