I had my car at MACEDON COLLISION last week. I never thought in my entire life that my car would ever be the same. But when I went and picked it up this past Wednesday, and I looked at it everywhere, I could have sworn that I had a brand new car. I was extremely impressed at the work that was done. I am expressing my gratitude, gratefulness,& appreciation to each and everyone of you at Macedon Collision for putting all of your pride and hard work you put into my car. There s no words that could possibly tell you how much of a beautiful job you did on my car and I can not thank you enough. This is my fourth trip to Macedon Collision and I am embarrassed to admit this is my first review. Their work is so good that I absolutely should have done a review for each visit. All 4 of my visits have been beyond the usual small fender bender types and Macedon Collision has done superb, professional work each time. The results have uniformly been done such that the car(s) have been returned to me restored to beautiful original quality. There has never been an instance where the work has been less than perfect and I have never had to return to have a problem fixed. Bob, the point man, is personable, patient, and impressively knowledgeable. His estimates are always spot on. Bob also does a great job at coordinating with insurance and keeping the customer informed. I could go on in much greater detail, but the summary here is that Bob and Macedon Collision delivers the best of what you look for when you need someone to do work for you - in a business of any type. I highly recommend them without reservation They are just over the line from Monroe County, so distance should not be a barrier to using their services.

Jeff and Bob happily solved the airbag light problem and also fixed a hole and tear in my rear fender. Their workmanship is impeccable! I felt very at ease knowing that they would tend to my vehicle with their best knowledge and ability. I could not believe it was the same car when I came to pick it up. I was thrilled and appreciate their efforts.

I had a flat, they came changed the flat to my spare and didn't charged me. Great service and great people.

I have 4 sons who aren't the most attentive drivers so I have used MC for a number of years now for both insurance claims and out-of-pocket work. Bob is a perfectionist and the end result is always top notch. He never cuts corners as I have seen other local shops do. He has earned my business multiple times over.

By far the best service and support in town, or even out of town for that matter. I've had two accidents with my WRX. A Deer and a soccer mom. Each time MC provided top quality repairs. They even clean your car inside and out.

I took my car here to have some damage repaired after I had hit a deer coming home from work. They did a wonderful job staying in contact with both me and my insurance company (USAA) throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating when some further engine issues came up before the repair. When it came time for the repairs, they were done in record time. When I went to pick my car up, I almost didn't even recognize it. They made my car look brand spankin' new inside and out. Macedon Collision will be the first place I go whenever I have any car troubles in the future. :)

Went into the shop to find out about an issue on ym vehicle with paint hoping to find a solution. The encounter with the a sitting down six to 8 ft away from me. Yells at me, STOP THERE asks me, WHERE IS YOUR MASK? Unfortunately for me, I m a disabled veteran with memory issues and literally forgot my mask in my vehicle. At no time should a business yell at you for not wearing a mask when he s not even wearing one and or his employees. This is how war veterans are being treated in today s society. This business will never earn mine and hope that other Veterans out there od the same. There s always more respectful businesses out there.

Awesome service, fast and efficient! I love that Enterprise works directly out of this auto body shop. It's a no hassle vehicle rental. Incredibly convenient!!!
