Was recommended by a friend who was getting a second opinion on work needed. The result was that she needed much less than previous garage said. My experience was simply inspection but my car required special pads for lifting. They knew this and showed me the items assuring me that they were prepared and trained. I also liked the choices they made for the waiting area and their friendliness. I was apprised of some future needs which I was aware of but was not pressured to do anything at the time. I will definitely return when the need arises. Good values & honest work!!

He is a good human being! Always a risk buying a car.. but I had it checked out after the sale and it was everything Jeremy claimed. He also went above and beyond. I forgot to bring the plates off my old vehicle, so he personally took me to the DMV and sorted it out saving me a 4-hour drive home and back. I will buy other vehicles from him because he earned my trust and my friendship! You get a sense that God is with this man. Strange to say but he is unique. Thank you Jeremy! I truly appreciate all you did for us!

It s hard to put into words how nice it is to have a mechanic that you trust completely. I spent years as a mechanic in the service and often my own vehicles as well. There have been a few times I knew approximately what needed done but I don t have the time or a place to work on my stuff anymore. He is always at the price I expect something should be or sometimes he is priced better. If I lived in Buffalo or Syracuse I would still drive to Macedon to have my vehicles worked on.I was originally referred to LaMarti s when I needed work done to my 96 Ford F250 7.3L.They definitely know diesel motors!!!!!

First time using them .. they have my business from now on. Initially went in for inspection, they worked around my schedule to get it in. While there a couple issues needed to be addressed, they called and explained it should be addressed now. They were very fair with pricing, accommodated my schedule and still had the car done by end of the same day. As a first time customer of LaMarti s Auto & Diesel Repair I am very impressed by the quick diagnostic, quick repair and low cost. My car was towed to them on Saturday and I received a phone call at 8:35 am Monday morning! Friendly, nice, exceptional customer service with a very fair price. They even offered a courtesy shuttle service when I mentioned I needed assistance. I highly recommend and will definitely use again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had no idea that LaMarti's, which is located minutes from my house, serviced everyday vehicles. So, when I saw a posting on Facebook, I called and they were able to see me for an oil change that next day. They were able to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes which included new headlights install.I'll be having both of my cars serviced by LaMarti's going forward.

They can take my vehicle within a day of calling them. The work is completed in 8 hours and is very good quality. Price is fair. Have been using LaMarti s for over a year and have experienced nothing but excellence.To sum it up in a few words, quality, skilled, honest, friendly, fast, fair, local and family owned.Being a bit finicky, they ve always exceeded every expectation.Over the past year they ve upgraded the building with very significant improvements. Very talented mechanics. And they find the most economical way to fix your problem. I had an electrical ussue with my truck that would have been a $2,000 problem at a dealer, LaMartis figured out how to replace a componet instead of the whole board for less than $500. Wow! Outstanding automotive service near Fairport.Was looking for quality service for our motorhome and found LaMarti s only a few miles away. Besides auto s, they service large vehicles like trucks and motorhome s.The mechanic s are ASE certified with many years of experience. They emphasize quality work. The waiting room is very comfortable, neat and clean.They quickly performed a heavy vehicle inspection, installed Centramatic balance rings and shocks. All the work exceeded my expectations and was reasonably priced. The biggest thing is I m confident everything was done right and is ready for the next long distance journey.Highly recommend!
