I was referred here by Van Bortel after being in an accident. Wayne was very thorough, honest and easy to work with. He managed the insurance company and made sure I had all new parts for the car. What a great experience I had here today. I needed a photo inspection for my new progressive insurance. Progressive gave me 3 different local place. The first 2 I called told me that is would be well over a month to get my truck looked at.. I called Herrings and they said no problem, come on in anytime mon-fri. Perfect! Walked in and was greeted in a very friendly welcoming manner and atmosphere. While I was filling out the very small amount of paperwork, he ran outside and did his quick inspection and pics. The entire process took no more than 5 minutes. I would def recommend this place to others and will keep their info for whenever I need to get some bodywork done!

They were professional, they were filled with customers that were having their cars serviced, they appeared to have a large staff, they had 1 staff member that was trained and qualified to do what I needed done on my car. I didn t take any pictures. That would have looked a little strange, in my opinion . If I had taken pictures while my car was being serviced .. Well, if I had a problem . OR I saw someone else having an issue I may have, snapped a picture .Keep this company, in your thoughts, JUST IN CASE, you ever need their service or you know someone else, that needs to have their car serviced!Thank You! My 3 month old (1700) miles) 2021 Ford F150 needed two small spots from the factory touched up. The truck cab was loaded with dust and dust smears when I picked it up at the dealer. Makes you wonder if the quality of the paint work that was done is reflected by the quality of the interior that I was left with.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Called and asked about light surface rust removal on my car. Said they are very busy like every other place around. Then told me there s no way they can do it ever. Said sorry and hung up. Great customer service boss

This location was the option provided to get pictures taken of my car for a new insurance provider. I called ahead to check that they do check pictures - the man who answered could not get me off the phone fast enough and all I was told was that they are open 8-5 M-F.This location was about a 30 minute drive for me and I was hoping to get this taken care of before work. I arrived at 8:15 and waited until someone finally came from the back to help me - about 8:30. I was then told that they only do pictures 9:30-4 and that I could wait.I asked why this was not disclosed to me on the phone and all the man could say was that he did not know. There was no waiting area and the customer service was a 0.I left and will be finding another option of a place to go, and judging by their google and yelp reviews they are unreliable in many fascits. I am so lucky to have a great garage by my house that I will continue to go to.

This was my first time here. Easy to find and nice people working. I had to get an interior photo inspection for my insurance. They were thorough and quick. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
