Responsive, quick, direct, painless sale. Told them what I needed via email, they had the quote back to me quickly, I approved and replied, "See ya tomorrow about 10:00AM'. They had the trailer serviced and ready to pick up on less than 24 hours notice. Pleasant to deal with, efficient, no wasted time. I'll use them again without hesitation. That kind of service in todays culture of "mediocre" is highly appreciated.

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon earlier this summer as Nick was about to close up shop, he took the time to show me his current inventory and he didn t have the exact tow dolly I needed. He took my order and a deposit, explaining that it could be weeks or possibly even months before my tow dolly would arrive. As with so many things beyond the control of a small business owner in today s business climate, it did take months. Nick called me this week and I was there within a few days to pick it up. Jim and Nick are super friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly FAIR and REASONABLE !! Regardless of how big or small your trailer/equipment needs are, know that you will get honest and courteous treatment at Jim s

My experience with Jim's was fair, yet stressful and taxing. I was able to secure renting a car trailer through them when no one else in the area had one, and to that I'm grateful. That being said, I won't return, and will solely use U-haul for rentals if need be. Jim's trailer world's trailer has a very outdated and insecure way of securing the ramps. For example, when we picked the trailer up, the right side doors cotter pin, was sheared in half and wedged in to hold the ramp door shut. They had made mention that it's been an issue before of those doors opening and seemed to have no resolution to fix it. Long story short, the trailer was supposedly returned missing a ramp from the doors rattling open while empty towing. Fine, no problem, I'll replace them ramp. The next day i receive an attitude filled phone call being accused of stealing ONE trailer ramp, four days of my deposit being held with no call back or answer. Finally on day 5 of them having the trailer back i get a call saying they're making me pay the cost of the ramp and tried to sell me a sob story on shipping costs like vendors don't deliver to their customers daily.. Now we're past the two week mark, more like 2 and a half. And i still have none of my deposit money back and im sure they're renting the trailer out left and right with no issues. Shame, I heard such good things about Jim's from everyone i talked to.. Will update when/if I ever see my deposit money back but i'm not holding my breath.

Jim and Nick are great guys! Helped my f�ance and I create our own custom trailer just how we wanted it! Awesome customer service skills and attentive to details! Excited about our mew Cross trailer from Jims trailer world! Highly recommend :)

I couldn t be happier with the service and professionalism of this dealership I will definitely go out of my way to drive 6 hours from Long Island again in the future to buy another unit ,really happy with this trailer!!

I bought a new trailer from these guys back in 2021. It recently developed a minor mechanical issue. I took and back and dropped it off and they had it fixed under warranty in under a week. Nick and his dad Jim both went the extra mile to get me back up and running. Highly recommend these gentlemen and their outstanding customer service!

The trailer rental was reasonable, the equipment was in great condition and the staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and would check them out first if I were in the market to buy.

After months of looking and talking with many dealers... I ended up buying a 2021 Pace Outback sight unseen.... that s how comfortable I was talking with them. Excellent customer service, honest and straight forward! Well worth the 3 hour round trip!

We purchased our new 16ft stock trailer today from Jim's. Absolutely great experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company for any of your trailer needs. We live two hours away but I will gladly make the drive to deal with these guys.

This is the second trailer I have bought from Jim s . Jim and his son are the best my first trailer I traveled all over the state looking for a trailer. And I just stopped in and sure enough they had what I wanted. Went looking at differ t options for a car trailer to move my equipment around. Where did we eventually end up but at Jim s trailer world. Thank you guys for you easy going and complete service.

I can't say enough about how great the customer service is. Jim and his son Nick are the best at what they do! Whenever I have a problem they have the parts and take great care of me! No matter where I am I will drive 600 miles to do business with them!Thanks Jim and Nick for helping me out with the flat tire today when I was in a pinch! I had my equipment trailer parked on a customer's driveway and I couldn't compleat my job until I had the tire fixed. I was able to get a new tire and complete my asphalt jobs today and make my customers happy! Was looking for a trailer for awhile and they had the best prices as most places are sold out or waiting months for orders. Jim s answered my emails fast and got me hooked up with the right trailer for my needs. Customer service was worth the 2 hour drive to pick it up. Highly recommend Jims trailer World!

My fianc� and I needed to rent a cargo trailer to bring furniture back up from Long Island. Jim s Trailer World had just the trailer. The prices and service were top notch. The trailer was much better than anything the traditional moving truck services offer. It was all around a wonderful experience! The dogs there are awesome, too.

JUST DON'T GO THERE DURING LUNCH. Went to check out a deal on pickup truck cap. Walked in and there's 3 guys(employees) in the office/ showroom. They said we're eating lunch give us 5 minutes. So I was not too excited about that but I said OK. Walked around looking at stuff on the shelves, finally sat down and browsed a magazine. More than 5 minutes had pass by then and I got up and circled the showroom one more time, stepped outside for about 2 more minutes, then decided that it was time to leave. They saw me get in the truck and quick sent a guy out the door but I was not liable to give my business, which would have been over $2500.00, to anyone who puts thier lunch first before a paying customer.Drove off. See ya. Thing is I had a trailer I purchased from them in 09'. It needs a lot of care and repair. Was going to discuss that and other stuff as well. Oh well, off to thier competition.

Great guys ,my son lost an axle in race car trailer they got him in real quick and got him back on the road. The price was great half of what I thought it was gonna be they didn't take advantage of him .thanks a whole bunch to these guys

We purchased a new 2019 Nitro hybrid snowmobile trailer. The entire process was amazing. Nick was in constant contact with the building and delivery process. When I picked it up, the trailer plug was just a bit short, they gave me a connector extension and made sure everything worked as it should. I can t say enough about the entire process. I am more than happy with their service.
